Well lit and bright gas station with Clean restrooms and showers, the store has all necessary goods even they have variety of Florida souvenirs, t-shirts . It was a great pit stop for us on the way to tampa

Good establishment for a quick off the road snack..restrooms needed attention, when mentioned, attendant took care of the issues immediately.

I’d give this place negative stars if I could. No coffee lids, disgusting coffee and rude staff. Go across the street, you’ll at least get better coffee.

New and clean. Automated shower system was down but the employees were taking the extra time and effort to put us on a list and call us manually when our shower was ready. Really appreciate that. 5 stars

This Pilot store 1128 is by far the absolute best!! Employees are super nice, funny and helpful.The guy cleaning the showers wow he does an amazing job. Cleanest Pilot/Flying J shower we have been in. 1128 will be on our list to stop at again.

Thankful they built this small Pilot not too far from the other in Haines City. This truck stop is much cleaner than that one and the employees are really nice and professional. The grounds were also kept up and provided a great place to walk the dog. Only 2 showers, so they arent automated via the app. However, they keep a quick turnaround on the cleaning and the showers are well maintained. The towels also smelled fresh. The store is well stocked and clean. For a 2 year old truck stop that sees as much traffic as this one does Im really glad the managers are on top of everything (unlike Haines City and other truck stops). It was worth going a bit out of route to stay the night here.

Pay at the pump doesnt seem to work here with any of my usual credit cards. Thats really not good with the virus in total pandemic mode here in Polk County Florida. Locations in and out are very good though.Must repair pay the pump ASAP.

Sick employees at stores with no masks or wearing gloves to handle people food. Its gross to have a clerk hacking all over your purchases. They do that to me and I will the items on counter and leave.I have seen it happening at different Pilots already. Changes need to be done.

Im a mobile independent mechanic and seldom go inside of any establishment when Im in greasy work attire. Mainly because I look rough from working in the field. Despite my appearance I was treated as a king.Simply the best. Arbys has the meat. And its good.The people absolutely provided the best service around.Felt like I was visiting from out of town and was a long missed friend.The service was outstanding.That made me feel good.

I want to give this a 3 star minimum but I cant. Im currently without power due to a tree falling and its been a while.Ive been to Pilot EVERYDAY for a shower and have waited every time for a shower. Last time it was over an hour.Ive called three times since 5 p.m. and STILL a line for showers.Clearly if the showers are being used this much, there should be more than two.My brother drives a semi and told me Bartow is the only location that is set up the way it is.Not cool, Pilot.Being that I pay $12 to shower, I shouldnt have to wait HOURS to shower.Point blank.

Stop in for a shower. It was very clean and hot shower here at this location. Stuart was very knowledgeable about this location and should probably a promotion and his staff was very courtesy and smiling. Good place to stop of its along your route.

The place is new and very nice. The food restaurants need a lot of teaching in food safety though. Which I am sure will be taught to all the employees in time!

Love the Pilot! Great food and the staff is always polite. Couple suggestions though, 2 liters of soda would be a nice addition and whatever changed in the last few weeks with the pot roast isnt as good. Please go back to the previous recipe because it was awesome.

Very nice gas station stop. Clean and well maintained. Self service coffee and drinks. Plenty of prepared food choices and snacks. Arbys restaurant attached is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and professional.

New truck stop in town. Gas prices are usually a little lower than in town prices. You can download and use the pilot app for a discount if you want. It has an Arbys inside that is pretty good. It is a truck stop so there is pumps out back for trucks and it has some parking, not sure how much. Easy in/out with a red light.

Travelling though that area I stopped there to grab a bite to eat. Store was clean and the food was decent. Staff were really nice. You will like it, stop there!

A little out of the way from Lakeland or winter haven, but, if you empty late and have no where to go, you will probably have a spot here no matter what time it is. Brand new very nice store, easy parking, I called before I came here to reserve a spot. Girl on phone said I would probably be okay usually don’t fill up. She was right, and they didn’t. Anyhow good luck and be safe.

Semi trucks beware of getting your fuel siphoned. My driver side tank and reefer tank were empty. I really hope whoever did it ends up getting paralyzed from the neck down and has bloody diarrhea for the rest of their miserable lives.And if it was the guy in the truck next to me... I know what your truck looks like and you better pray I never see you at another truck stop.

Great place to stop and fuel ⛽️ up your 🚗 🚘 🚙 or get some snacks. This is a one stop shop. The store is clean and has great restrooms 🚽 and parking. They even have an Arby’s inside of the store .....so quit reading and go to this Pilot!!

Nice, new, spacious Pilot with an Arbys inside. They also have pizza ready. I was there around 21:00 and there were a couple of parking spots open. They have showers.

Its been a while i gave 5 stars in truck stop! So here it is.. bathroom,coffee area is clean.. fresh foods.. i gave a credit who cook their fried chicken wings super crisps and juicy i like rhe flavor and mac n cheese bites super yummy and spicy..onion rings is okay.. i have my caramel macchiato too..

Convenient but plan on becoming DEAF by the time you finishing fueling up. THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD!!!!!! Turn it down please - or else I will need to go across the street.

My husband is a truck driver has been for over 20 years. I was able to go with him this time for a week to the South. He chose the Bartow truck stop to shower, park for the night & fuel up in the morning. I was so impressed with how clean the store, showers, restaurant & rest rooms were. We left Sunday from PA where were from, stopped at a couple flying Js on the way down. The one was absolutely disgusting! The floor was really dirty the ladies room garbages were over flowing. This one was Great! Kara was very friendly, helpful and nice when we spoke to her. My husband has stayed here before on his way through. One reason is my dad is a full time resident of Lake Wales and they try to see each other being so close. The only thing my husband said is, it could use more showers & parking. Keep up the great work! Well definitely be back.

Good place and good people, clean and the hotdogs were fresh. Didnt have any Sweet tea at the time I was there. Be prepared to switch to Coke.

This is a real nice store / gas station. In addition to a convenience store, there is an Arbys inside and a good selection of phone chargers and other small electronics. Nice helpful staff.

Now the season of love bugs, why managers will not put a brush to wash the windows? Not one brush was not, stood in a queue that would call on the pump, and there are no brushes, it is also if you removed the brush in the winter !! New point Pilot, everything must be ideally!, You were saved by the water in the pump ..

The Piolt (7990 State Rd 60 Bartow,Fl location...aka Alturas)part was fine. The 1 star is for the Arbys in it. Got food there the other day and my turkey sandwich had one piece of turkey and it was not that big. For a restaurant whos slogan says we have the meats they sure dont use them...at all! Then I went there a couple days later to get 3 more of the orange cream shakes and after like 10 mins or more was told they didnt have enough stuff to make them. Not happy and think Ill stay away from Arbys period!

Everything is clean. Most staff was very pleasant eager to help us with food orders. As we took a few items to the counter to pay for them we were greated with a stern scoul by Karen. Then when my husband politely asked for 2 packs of smokes she rolled her eyes and scouled even harder as we were putting a burden on her to get them for us. we didnt say anything but I gave her a look of we are so sorry we put you out of your way. After ring up she sarcastically whales out have a good night in such a manner I was like REALLY? She let us know she was so releaved to be done with us. Well we wont be back Karen to bother you anymore.

To properly explain why someone would give a 5 star review to a gas station Ill explain each star and why it was given. 1st the place was exceptionally cleaned no dirt piled up in the corners or anywhere. 2nd was very well organized as far as products to buy inside. 3rd the bathrooms where clean, smelt amazing and yes even after my friends tried to destroy the smell with their own. 4th the flow to get in and get out of the store was very easy to navigate for someone who hasnt been here before. There was no need for complicated signs or directions. 5th each of the different stores inside the pilot all had one thing in common, friendly customer service. I made it a point to check out each one they were patient with me (I tend to ask a lot of questions about everything). So yes I would reccomend this Piolt Travel Center to my friends.

The outside is clean & well-maintained, the staff is always friendly, and they have a good selection of snacks and drinks. Ive made this my regular pitstop in my frequent travels between Sebring and Tampa.As a female traveling alone, many times at night, I appreciate how well-lit the parking lot is. Also, Ive never seen any of the loiterers or pandhandlers this type of business seems to attract which adds to the feeling of safety.And, last but certainly not least, THANK YOU staff for the extra effort you put in to keeping the bathrooms nearly spotless. I know that cant be your favorite part of the job, but I so appreciate it and Im sure many others do too.

Transflo never works, since the place opened, complained about it numerous times. The woman manager, Yolonda, scanned my bols in wrong behind the counter on purpose because I was complaining about the transflo never worked rught, her response was you dont have to take it put on me, which i dudnt. but these people dont do anything about it. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET ANYTHING DONE!!!! AT THAT PLACE IT DOESNT MATTER, NOTHING GETS DONE ANYWAY!!!

Brand new store opened in August 2018 with Arbys inside. The coffee is very good and worth. Ive enjoyed hot coffee and iced coffee from the machines that grind the beans fresh (Guatemalan is the better of the two light roasts) as well as their cold brew coffee. Fountain drinks are fairly expensive compared to other convenience stores. The Circle K truck stop on the opposite corner has a much better selection of fountain drinks and is just 79¢. Packaged food and fresh cold food selection is decent. The Arbys inside is fine. I havent tried their other food, including made-to-order pizzas that you can customize and order from a touchscreen ($11.99 for one meat). Id give it 4.5 stars because of the expensive and poor choice of fountain drinks and their fresh food selection is great but not comparable to Wawa.

What idiot designed toilets. How you are supposed to roll out toilet paper when dispensers are mounted so low, that is almost impossible. Every PFJ toilet, and I am not fat.
