BEWARE. Make sure you buy the right part because once they ship it, you are completely ignored. I ordered a replacement mirror glass for my 2020 Ford Ranger. I found the correct part and part number on their website so I ordered it on Jan 26, 2021. Their parts dept incorrectly used an old VIN somehow in the system and even though I ordered the correct part, they kept saying it was not correct but that they will send the correct part. Well, they sent the wrong part. After calling and calling I reached a person and explained the problem. The person said he would have the shipping department send me a return label to send back the incorrect part. Well, weeks go by so I call again. The person on the phone said he saw the message to the shipping department on my order number. Said he would message the shipping department to send me a return label. Nothing. Now its March 9 so its been 6 weeks. I sent my last email 2 weeks ago again asking for help. NOTHING. I think these guys specialize in selling you something, then they forget about you. BEWARE.

Called for an obsolete part and Matthew sent me a complete diagram and part numbers for me to use, and so very polite and helpful doing so!
