I will never shop at this store again. I needed a new battery. This store closes at 9 pm. I got there at 7:30 pm. And asked the employees if I bought a new battery with them, would they install it. The answer was “No it’s too late in the day but we can sell you a battery to install yourself” I was blown away by this terrible customer service.

Had an awful experience. Your staff know nothing about customer service. Will take my buisness elsewhere from now on. They called the police on me and had me trespassed over not wanting to loan out loaner tools. I came down to auto zone and had no problems and no police called. Advance workers Christopher and Dana have no customer service skills whatsoever. I work in a retail store myself and would have been fired if i treated my customers the way they do.

Ive been here a few times and havent always had the best luck or service. Today I needed them and they came through! Battery light came on my dash today so I ran a few tests with my multimeter and assumed my readings were done well but with marginally low volts. They tested my battery and alternator, had a replacement alternator in stock and even allowed me to write a check because I didnt have my debit card on me. Will be back

The customer service was GREAT! We have an older style car with hydraulics which requires 4 batteries to run properly.. We were a little confused on which batteries would be work best for the cars performance and The lady who we spoke to was very helpful. Her name is Terri. I feel that she went above and beyond to help us find the best products to use to get our car running great again, for now on..I am definitely going to request for Terris help specifically.

We live out of town and My 79 year old mother was stranded in Bartow after leaving her lights on during an old change at take 5. Advance Auto Parts drove to my mom replaced her battery and made sure she was able to make it back home. I will forever be grateful to them. Bless you!

I was in dire need of water for my Navigator and had not gotten paid yet, the 2 gentleman that was working was kind enough to give me a bottle of anti freeze so I could use and told me not to worry about paying for it. If it wasnt for them me and my 2 grandchildren would not have been able to get home. People like that are very few and far between. A big thank you for caring.

Old Katheen road. Jacob changed my battery out for a new one!!! He was really nice!! And battery was still under warranty! Getting weak & when Jacob checked it, it said replace so he did. Advance Gold, three year battery!

Over the years, I have bought numerous parts here. Whether I come in, call to order or order the parts online, I have always had a good experience.The parts are generally competitive in the area and most everything Ive ordered I could pickup the same day since the parts were in stock.

DO NOT ACCEPT WARRANTY!!! It’s extremely frustrating when they said they are not connected and that you have to buy it to the exact location you purchase it. Is this even legal? They are nonchalant about it too. Of course we have no recourse but to get it then as we are in a time constraint. I felt we were taken advantage off. Not to mention the slow service and poor customer service. Let’s see next time what will be the excuse. You are a consumer yourself, you should know better. GO TO AUTOZONE next time!

Would not honor a bogo deal that the winter haven store had going. The winter haven store was out of stock. Better priced on amazon anyways just figured Sunday pickup would beat Monday delivery.

What can I say it the auto parts store. Hit and missKnow what you need before you go in staff is always very helpful and kind. They changed out my battery and my wiper blades. No charge gotta love that

Dont buy a battery at these stores. Their computers are not interconnected. So they require you to go to store where purchase was made to honor warranty. Bartow store gave me the runaround on replacing a defective battery. Will never use these stores again.

Manager rolled her eyes at customers like we are stupid...cashier i had had no idea what she was doing ..no men at all working in store. Manager finished my order and talked to me as if i was 10 years old. I am. 43. I always liked discount auto but i will not be returning to the bartow store. Ill go to auto zone or napa

Mrs.Lisa at the Bartow store is a very caring and has great customer care she took care of my situation checked it for me before I bought anything to make sure that was the problem I will come to do all my parts shopping with mrs.lisa at Bartow store.
