Worst place ever. Went in for them to clean rail spots on my brand new vehicle and they couldnt even get them all after 2 weeks of buying my car. I literally had to sit there pointing them all out. Also they couldnt even bother to wash the vehicle after the fact and still had this huge grease stain on top of my roof. On a side note I wouldnt recommend Harr jeep to buy a vehicle. Nothing but issues, nobody communicates with anyone. Worst car buying experience of my life! I wouldnt even give either a 1 star.

My Insurance company recommended Harr Collision to replace a door on my Tacoma truck. The staff for the collision and rental departments were very customer focused and a pleasure to work with. The work was completed earlier than expected. I highly recommend them due to the quality, professionalism, and customer service.

I have used Harr for repair to my car after an accident in 2019 and sadly, another one in 2021.They are extremely thorough ( thought i had a new car) and I found the staff warm, accommodating and very flexible.I am appreciative that they are nearby as I plan to use their good services for a very long time!Thank you again, Harr!

My 2020 Jeep Wrangler was taken here by Harr Dodge to fix a factory paint defect. I was told that the vehicle needed to be painted and body panels needed to be blended in order to have all the paint match. I was told that this was going to take 1 week to do . 4 weeks later I received my jeep from Harr Dodge today and it was absolutely disgusting. The jeep looked like they had driven it through a mud puddle on the way to the dealership. they did not blend or paint any of the body panels like we discussed, all the new paint had swirls and the fenders were already scratched and scuffed up. And one of the worst things of all someone there thought I wouldnt notice that they took my black bullet antenna, and replaced it with a silver one that doesnt even match the vehicle. IM guessing someone there liked mine better and wanted to trade.... So now I am stuck with a 1 year old jeep that is 2 different colors and Im back to fighting with harr to correct this problem.

Harr Auto Body was recommended to me after my car was extensively damaged from an accident. They communicated with my insurance company, and even gave me a rental when my insurance rental allowance ran out. There have been issues due to the accident that are continuing to surface, and they continue to do a great job of being patient with me and working with my insurance company. Kristine is wonderful. I would return to use this shop (hopefully not soon! ha-ha).

The service was ok and the people in the office were friendly/professional. Some hiccups were the communicated timelines of repairs to the ordering time of the parts and the actual work being done. I paid out of pocket for a body job and found the parts repaired but notice a hairline scratch adjacent to what was replaced... Like the couldnt have buffed that out? They did provide me a minor discount to the total bill at my request because of the extensive time waiting for my truck to be repaired.

I made an appointment to come in with my car thinking it would be taken then and be a quick job Insurance quoted 7 day repair i had to wait 4 days for them to get parts. Car went in on the 27th of January i have to leave the state February 24th and explained that i would need the car before then. I was told it would only be a week or two at most. Im here on week three and finally got my first update call to say that some parts they ordered are the wrong parts and will have to wait longer for my vehicle. I have yet to receive my vehicle and am very very displeased with the performance, professionalism and punctuality of this shop. I will not return to them for service.

I had an unfortunate accident on January 15, 2016. That Monday Harr came and picked up my car and during repair even had adjuster come to their shop for additional repairs. I was very satisfied with this Shop and they also brought the car back to my resident the following Friday. They are very professional and my experience was GREAT. I give it a 5 star rating from what my experience was with Harry Auto Body. Thanks Bob for all your help.

Like all parts of Harr just the worst customer service, responsiveness, and care about the customer. (I was a customer for three cars and at my wits end I just finally gave up after so many promises but gave a chance to auto body based on my joke of an insurance agent and company). Lets put aside the fact that my original $1700 estimate became MORE THAN $4500 costing me extra points on my license (which they could care less about). (I backed into a pole. My fault. I get it. But basically harr determined I needed the whole back of my car replaced and I think my engine too because they could...) They got my car back to me A WEEK LATER THAN PROMISED and often I HAD TO CALL to find out if I was getting my care back. ALL IN ALL it took me THREE WEEKS to get my car back and even then THEY LEFT OFF ONE OF THE decals and I had to drive back to get it. Harr service and sales and now auto body is a joke. There are countless better places to go that ACTUALLY care about more than just bilking the customer and adding their pockets. Stay away.

I was in a fender bender and was suggested by the auto insurance to bring my car to this place. They did an exceptional job fixing the accident area and also buffed out some marks that I did to my car, which I was not expecting for them to do. Mike kept in contact with me through email and sent me the estimate through email which I appreciated. The total time to fix my car took two weeks but it was well worth the wait for the quality job they did on my car. They also detailed it before I picked it up which just blew me away. I highly recommend this place for any auto body work.

My insurance gave me places to get my car fixed and this place was close by. I had my camry get a ton of front end body work, due to an accident. The work was very well done it looked just like the day i drove it off the dealership lot. not only was my car back to the way it looked before the accident. They detailed my interior and exterior of my car, I was not expecting that.

They did great work on my Corolla but it took them 1 month to fix my radiator, wire harness, and bumper on my Kia.However because it took them so long they covered the cost of the item that wasnt accident related. Which was appreciated!

Very helpful staff. We called before we went down, so they told us how to avoid the wait. They were able to have us in and out very quickly. Our apartment is Monday. Im looking forward to working 18th them to have our repairs done.

Scott and Mike took unbeliveable care of me (and Im admittedly high maintenance when it comes to my vehicles), they without question exceeded my expectations and did a phenomenal job. I cant recommended them enough . Thanks guys! Great job!

Would not give me a clear estimate on how long it would take to repair my car. Tried to pressure me into paying for unnecessary services by misrepresenting what my car actually needed. Next time, I will go to Ramstroms instead as I have been very happy with their service.

My car arrived at Harr October 3rd. It is now November 15th and I still have not received my car. I have called Harr Auto Body multiple times to figure out when my car will be done. I have heard 3 or 4 different dates and all of those dates have past yet my car is not ready. I am amazed by the lack of integrity this body shop has.

I will never go back there again. The job that they did on my car was very bad. They lied about the extra work that did on my car to my insurance. I was going to sue them but I just let it go. What it goes around comes around.
