Best mechanic I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Chad is always able to diagnose the problem immediately and give it a quality fix for a fair price. He goes above and beyond, explaining the issue and how to fix it. He also lets you know what will need replacing in the future without trying to push to replace it before it needs to be. The most honest and straightforward mechanic there is and works quickly too!I’ve recently moved to KC and have had to have one thing fixed here for double what BC auto would’ve charged me. If I’m ever back in Wichita and need a fix I will without a doubt be returning to BC auto for it.

Chad is your guy. If you need ANYTHING hell either handle it or refer you to a specialty shop. Does regular maintenance, custom work, and specializes is performance work.

I brought my car here with engine troubles only to take it home still having engine troubles. The guy claimed to give me a tuneup, and change my air filter. When I took my car home he told me he still didn’t know what was wrong with it and that it would eventually start up on its own. I took it to another mechanic who repaired it within a day with such minor issues that I don’t understand how this guy didn’t see it and he was super unprofessional. The other mechanic even found the cleaning fluid this guy used in my oil cabin so I had to get an oil change because of it. Would not recommend taking your car here unless you wanna get scammed out of almost $500.

Fixed the husbands old S-10 when we thought for sure it had died, and did it for a GREAT price!

I would not recommend this place at all I have a friend that has taken 2 different cars there to be fixed and both leave with more issues then when confronted about the issue its never there fault and they charge you more. Basically its a jiffy lube!! Scam do not take your vehicles here if you want them to run! How can you be a mechanic and not know what your doing? Do yourself a favor and find a good reliable place to get your car fixed.

This place treated me like I was a person and explained the problem. Also to top it off their prices were more reasonable than anywhere I have seen. This guy Chad knew his stuff and took are of the problem the first time and in a pinch.

Last year my 04 Saturn was having problems with not wanting to start, long to infinite cranks. Went to plenty of shops on the west side and even the Saturn certified techs.They all were scratching their heads with dumb looks on their faces.Just when i was about to call it quits and scrap the car i saw this shop and decided what do i have to loose. The owner listened to my explanation of the problems and he said he already worked on a Saturn with that exact problem and was about 99% sure he knew how to fix it.Even though he worked on it to make it driveable and we decided the full fix was not in the budget, they still got me back on the road and the car is still running fine.
