I purchased two 8 ply tires mounted on new rims for my dump trailer from Dave, the store manager. The whole experience was A #1. Dave was professional and courteous while he very quickly located online what I needed and arranged for delivery the next workday. The price was very reasonable and the product came in on time and was ready for me when I returned at the appointed time.They even junked for me my two old tires and rusty rims. Everything matched with the old tires and wheels and I was able to install them without a problem at the job site.I will certainly be going back and recommending them to others.

2 stars for a clean shop and courteous service.A check-engine light diagnosis is quoted as being complementary via Hogans website, however the shop tried to charge me $120 for this procedure.Brought my vehicle in for an oil change at the agreed upon time, but when I returned an hour and a half later (the estimated time of completion I was given) - they hadnt even started.When asked about the check engine light, I was told that I would have to bring my vehicle back another day.Rushed job and dishonest pricing. Would not recommend.

I was visiting my daughter and her family in Westwood and on my drive up, a piece of tire or hard plastic hit the under carriage of my 4-Runner. My wife and I could hear a loud squeaking noise whenever the vehicle was in motion. Concerned I brought it to Hogan Tire and Auto in Westwood where I met Dave Wynn, the store manager. He promptly got my 4-Runner up on a lift and thoroughly inspected the wheels, wheel wells and undercarriage. He found no problems and in fact, the noise has subsided. But his inspection gave me peace of mind for my return trip home. And there was no charge. Dave was friendly and professional. I hope never to have car issues while visiting in Westwood, but if I do, I know where to bring my car.

Frustrating experience with no communication from the shop. I submitted an online request for an appointment for new tires. They say theyll get back to you within 24 hours. After two days with no communication, I called the shop to follow up. They picked up and immediately put me on hold. After 21 minutes on hold, I gave up and filled out an online form for a competitor. They responded back within an hour.

1st the good. Got a good deal on the tires and i like how they ride. Now the bad. No one contacted me to confirm my online appointment as they should have per their email. I had to call the day before to confirm myself. No one contacted be when my car was ready. I had to call them an hour before their closing time to see if my car was ready. My steering wheel was off center to the right after their alignment. I gave them a chance to fix it the following day and it was off center to the left after their adjustment. I gave up and brought the car to the dealer to properly adjust the alignment. I wish the service was better as they offer very competitive prices for their advertised services. The staff at the westwood location appears to lack experience in my opinion during the days i interacted with them.

I was trying to get an estimate for replacing the tires on my car. I called because tires are not my game. Its also not the game of the person I talked too. Trying to get an estimate was like watching an animal get tortured.

Work completed on the car. It was done well for a good price. Really appreciate all they did and made the vehicle seem almost new.

Tried to make an appointment for Saturday. Which was confirmed and then I get a call saying that they had 2 call outs and it can’t be done. Rescheduled for Monday. Find out they can’t get my tires in until the next day when I get there. Thanks for the heads up.In response to your response. First I was told there was an accident (10:05am)and they would be late and then I was told that the tires were not even available and that they would be in the next day. So it seems like someone was lying to cover up the fact that my tires weren’t even available from the start. All of this happened before 10:45 so I don’t know where the 11am time came from.

Needed my tire plugged due to a nail and expected repair would only be $20 as I paid before at a local Firestone. When I saw the receipt, said $40 to plug a tire that’s under 2 yrs old?! Appt was made online for 10am but didn’t leave until after 11:30am. This was my first time customer experience and although service was good, the prices are not and unfortunately will not return as I feel ripped off. I should have gone to Monroe in Norwood as they do flat tire repair and mounting FREE for passenger vehicles. Learned after the fact but good to know next time.

Went in for evaluation and repair of a tire that had a slow leak. Had an appointment and was seen in a timely manner. Turned out to be corrosion on the rim was preventing a proper seal. Fixed it while I waited. Got me back on the road in short order. Special thanks to Colin at the desk and Stephen the technician. Very professional and customer service oriented. Will be back.

I had an emergency flat tire, and went to the location in Westwood, MA. Im not from the area, but based on the reviews it looked liked Hogan was my best choice for customer satisfaction and help. Boy, was I wrong. I was greeted by Sunny (Sonny?) who was not so sunny. He didnt even greet me but instead stared at me. I decided to cease the awkward silence and proceeded to explain my situation to him. He looked at me and said he couldnt help because they close at four. I told him I understood, but being before 3:30 I figured they must have been able to help. I then asked where the nearest tire shop in the area, once again explaining that Im not from the area and he told me he didnt know. Being semi familiar with automotive and greeting tires in the past, I asked if I could just get a patch until I could replace it. He said he didnt have the staff to do it. Feeling disrespected by his lack of customer service and care, I asked for the manager and he looked at me blankly again and said he was the manager. On the verge of tears, I stated I would wait, I really just need help so I can get home safely and begged him to please offer a solution. I explained how I have kids I need to get back to, and how I have to work the night shift and couldnt wait until Monday for a repair. He finally went to ask the staff if they could do it, and they said yes. At this point, I feel worthless and defeated.Will update when service is complete.

This shop did not honor an appointment time set two days in advance. After waiting 30min and watching two other vehicles - whose owners werent present at the shop- be pulled in, my car was still outside in the parking lot. I asked and then the manager told me two different stories about why they couldnt get me in for my Appointment on time (accidentally didnt look at schedule and pulled some other vehicle in, and then two contradicting excuses about lift capacity and availability.I didnt stick around after three different excuses, being lied to, and no action. This is how Hogan Tire lost me as a customer.What is the point of scheduling an Appointment in advance with this shop?If your time is valuable and you want straight honest talk, maybe look elsewhere.

Mr. Hogan.The elderly gentleman who drove forward from his parking spot and hit the curb WAS there before me. He was waiting in the waiting room with me the whole time while his car sat outside to get in for an oil change after he hit your curb.I am sorry that his situation deteriorated after I left. He was still waiting in the waiting room and the police/fire department had not been called prior to my departure 35 minutes after the accident had occurred. I am sure that he is glad that you used his situation to gloss over actually addressing my complaints/review.It is interesting that your manager told you that was the excuse, because he told me that the car in my bay got pulled in by mistake before he got to work a little late at 9am. - the lies from him continue. At no point did he mention that he was dealing with a police emergency or ask for my understanding. Maybe look at the security tape.Also, I did call - twice - and left a v-mail in your voicemail for you on this prior to writing my reviews, but thank you for not returning my phone call or v-mail on this and instead writing the fluff response to my review and asking me to call again. I hope the marketing spin you put on your negative reviews works out well. No need to call me back either.Now I am REALLY going to urge people to buy their tires elsewhere!

I recently brought my car to Hogan Tire in Westwood Ma. I couldnt be more pleased!!! The manager Guy, couldnt be more pleasant and accomadating!! And Tony the head mechanic is a knowledgeable as they come!!! My car had a nagging vibration at high speeds for a while. 4 new tires and an alignment did the trick! I have had this car aligned in the past, but not with the success I received from Hogan Tire!! The ride is so straight and smooth, I really have to watch my speed!! A++++ Shop!!

After price shopping around I bought 4 new tires at Hogan as they matched the deal. In fact, using another promotion they offered they beat out the competition.

I have to say, my experience at Hogans tire and auto was very pleasant and the service was outstanding. Dave and the other crew were very informative about their products and services which made it much easier for me to choose the desired tires. I definitely recommend this auto shop.
