Weve been going here for years and have always had a great experience. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They are quick to get back to you when you call, and you can also text them which is very convenient.They have a wide variety of frames to choose from within all price ranges. Every time we have ordered contacts and glasses they have came in quickly.

These guys are pretty amazing! We go to them for my kids, and myself and they are great with both. My kids really liked the doctors. They are always easy to work with and really nice. I decided to try contacts for the first time at 27 and they were patient and helpful when it came to finding the right ones for me!

Ive been to this facility a number of times and I find the staff there to be quite kind, very happy, professional and funny! The doctors are great, and the office staff is awesome. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place. I have a very complex prescription and they just don’t get it. When I have a problem with the prescription they either tell me there is nothing more they can do or they find a way to charge me more money. I don’t think I’ll ever go here again. I’d rather drive out of my way to find a better eye doctor. Their selection of frames is also poor.

Last week, as a 28 year old, I had my first-ever experience with getting my eyes looked at. I’m so sad to read here that others have had a poor experience! It’s hard to imagine that they’re talking about the same office. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. Dr. Poulter was amazing, and his sense of humor made me feel that much more “at home”, even when I was super nervous. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience, and would recommend this office to anyone who’s considering making an appointment!

I have been coming here for the last 3 years. Easy to work with, a decent selection of frames and were willing to work with me on billing. Didnt have everything I needed up front out of pocket (after insurance) so they let me pay half on my visit and the other half when frames and lenses were ready, which was about a week later. Quick and painless. When one of my frames started having issues instead of trying to fix them they just replaced the frames at no cost - I think they do 1 or 2 year warranty on their frames. I like this place and Ill keep coming back.

Worst customer service, rude and incompetent. I will give credit to the Dr, but the way the office is ran is ridiculous! Very slow, took them 45min to figure out double coverage. When I received my prescription, it was uncomfortable. I called a week later and was told the dr. would call. A week after that I had to call back, as I didn’t here back. They very rudely said I need to “check my text”. For one, I didn’t receive this and 2 didn’t approve them to text me.I picked up trial pair and it was the wrong prescription. When I told the front desk, they said I would need to make another appointment. What, I already had 3?! I left and decided to order contacts through a different source. When the new office called to verify my prescription, Vision Source told them that my prescription had expired and that I didn’t show up to my apt. Again I had 3!! What? I just got the prescription! Now I have to start the whole process over again with my insurance and getting contacts! This office is the worst! Not to mention there good reviews are from the staff. Save yourself the hassle and choose another office!

Dr. Poulter is by far the best optometrist we’ve had. Most of his office staff is amazing as well. My son had difficulty after 20 minutes picking out a frame, so Amber recommended that we go get a bite to eat and come back. When we came back, she’d picked out a few frames that he might like and sure enough, one of the ones she picked, he loved and we purchased. We’ve never had an issue with replacement when needed. I chose a frame and after a week wasn’t happy with it. They worked with me to get a new frame that I liked and that didn’t hurt. Bobbi, Amber, Rita and Corey (sp) are amazing and we love seeing them when we go in. Dr. Poulter takes his time with patients and my son thinks he’s hilarious. Dr. Poulter ensures you leave with a smile. Bust his chops a little bit, have fun – he needs that break during the day sometimes.

The billing lady is rude and snippy I explained that I didn’t have a co pay out of pocket max was met and my insurance is paying them if you take it that is double billing. This lady said I don’t care your paying it. I said fine I’ll pay when am I getting my refund check she snapped if you get one it won’t be for 6 weeks. She did this all while sitting in another room never once came out to talk me just sat back and sent some other woman out. She is rude,Immature person, can’t even come talk to the patient in person. My thought is this if you don’t know how insurance works or how to do your job go learn how to do it. Also don’t hide in another room and snap at customers through door. I won’t be going back there, I wish I didn’t have to give it star at all

Attempted to go look for some new frames. I didnt have an appointment I just walked in. The lady who tried to help me seemed to be put off that I had my kids with me in their stroller. She was not very nice or helpful when trying to get my insurance figured out. She treated me very differently than the other customers who were their. I left, I did not feel comfortable enough to buy anything their today.

Been going here for 10+ years. They always take care of me and get me what I need

After several years of going to Wal-Mart eye centers, I decided my eyes were too important to go the convenient route. Dr. Blanco is great, very up-front and to the point. The entire office staff was friendly and super helpful. Im glad I found them so close to home!

I recently just went there for an eye appointment, I give five stars. The staff were amazing! Good job at hirring people who actually are parents who understand and people who honestly care about the customer. The only thing I didn’t really like was the receptionist. She’s older and that could just be her but someone happy and more engaged with the customer would help a lot. She’s very quite and she just looks really mean and so I honestly was scared to talk to her if I’m being honest. But again that could just be her. I still would give 5 stars cause other than that it was such an amazing experience!! I will keep going back.Dr. Blanco, Carrie, Trevor, Judee.You’re all the best!!!

I called several times before they answered the phone and when they finally did, the lady told me they don’t have time to look up my insurance for an eye exam and that I should figure it out myself.
