BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I found an item online that I needed, called the store and they found the item and placed them at the counter for me. So when I arrived I just came in paid and was treated so great and very professional. I will definitely go here again!!

I bought an office desk online. After two hours I received an email to pick up at this store. Getting there, 123 very fast and professional people. Within 5 minutes, I was leaving with my desk. I recommend.

Manager was rude and looked like he didn’t want to help anyone. He was also inappropriate with an employee. Another employee was very abrupt and rude. Please explain why these people are in retail if they clearly don’t want to be there..definitely not going back to this location. Won’t be surprised if they are closed for good soon!

Absolute worst location with most incompetent workers. They threw away orders if not picked up within 5 days. What a joke of a business, Save your money go to any other place. Manager is clueless.

The FedEx staff they have inside this store location is completely useless. Each time I try to mail out a pre-paid box, the guy working says that the ONLY person who knows how to mail out FedEx boxes has called out. On totally different days and times this employee has called out? Do they even still work there? Why isnt there anyone else who has been trained to work the kiosk? Why is the kiosk even open when there are zero competent employees to actually do anything? Not to mention this employee has a nasty attitude and somehow they still work there.

Great customer service! The environment of the store isnt great. Lighting is poor and it can be hard to get a good look at things unless you walk near the front windows.

I used their online service. I dont know what delivery courier they are using but I never received the items I ordered and when I called, I was told items have been delivered. I live in an apartment where we all know each other and have secured areas for postal services so where did they deliver the items to. For days,I am still waiting to be contacted for refund or delivery of items.

Tried to place an order online. Item showed free in home delivery but when I proceed for place the order, it was charging me shipping cost. Called the customer service but the rep was unable to explain. Then waited & waited for a Manager. Got some one identified as Amy but can not hear any thing due to poor connection. She took my correct number promised to call back. But never did...,....... what a disservice!!!

First review and I never would imagine I would write one, but my experience here was that bad. Initially walk in to 5 sale associates on the floor talking and sitting on their phones while 2 more in the back having a casual conversation. Not a Single employee approached me after over 15 minutes looking in one single section. Eventually I go and ask only to be talked to in a very rude manner and brushed off quickly being told to wait in the back finally a group of sale associates walk to the back and I ask all of them for help being ignored by everyone except one man who turned out to be the only decent employee there. All I had was one question, but that one question took almost 20 minutes to answer. I see why this place is going out of business it’s horrible.

Shamar is an awesome employee he’s patient and make sure your taken care of. ask for him if you need help.

Good deals for the holidays

The employees staffed today was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me with printing and accessing my daughters report and also faxing over documents that were stored on my phone. Great customer service.

The manager at this location is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever met. From the second I walked in all he did was stare at me. I asked him where a specific printer was and all he did was snap at one of his employees to come show me where they were. I think for him being the general manager he shouldve been the most helpful. Definitely doesnt deserve his position or pay.

Its good location

This store is in the mall where Bradlees & Toys R Us used to be the leading attractions, now they’re gone. Today’s attractions are Office Depot, Lowe’s, Capital One and Applebee’s,and the mall still nice and lovely. I usually visit Office Depot for my writing work needs and they always have what I’m looking for, customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. A+

Lady was a little rude. Not Really helping or caring .Man with braids was nice and Helpful.Good selection of things you can print scan or fax but you need to use a credit card no cash. Overall gets the job done. Plus any supplies you need they will have

After I patiently waited on line for my turn, I was asked to step out of line and wait some more while he get the line down. I waited. I waited and waited only to find out the pickup order that I ordered online wasn’t ready after waiting an hour like the website states. Then the worker looked up my order number and said I’ll be right back. Another 15 minutes past. Still no worker. Still no item. Honestly if my son didn’t need this for a project. I would’ve asked for a refund. This store is the most understaffed unorganized place I’ve visited in a while. Disappointed and upset customer

Walked in and was slapped with the impression they were preparing to go out of business. Lots of holes on in product line-ups where product should have been. An ever popular, and relatively inexpensive BIC stick pen was nowhere to be seen. The large hole was really visible, just no product. And thats why I visited.

Horrible!!! Placed an order at 11 Am this morning for some photo prints on standard paper and it’s now 5 Pm and still not ready. I needed those prints for a project I have to deliver ASAP and I’m not gonna be able to deliver on time. If I had known this would take forever I would’ve gone in person. Apparently they give priority to whoever goes in person.

Staff was not very helpful at all. I asked one of the employees where I would find something and he just pointed and said Ya its over there somewhere He didnt bother to show me where it was or even direct me to the correct aisle. Not cool at all. I know I wont be going back to this particular Office Depot.

This is the only place I have found reasonably priced good quality deals, and Jesse, the manager was a God-sent!! He ordered it for me freenos shipping! There needs to be more people like him who like their jobs and care about their customers! I was so impressed with his willingness to help and his positivity attitude with me and other customers!! Jesse the manager is awesome!! I came into the store with a large sized printing request. After Jesse informed me the copy center employee had called out sick, he did not even hesitate to assist me. Jesse knew all steps, and was familiar with the copy center equipment. He wore many hats, as he managed the store while working on my request. I was able to have my poster board print out, with a laminated design, within less than an hour! Thanks Jesse!!

Ordered a laptop. After an hour got email saying the item is not available and the order is cancelled. Not sure how could I order the item when it is not available. Better not to buy anything from Office Depot.

The general Manager Jessie is very approachable and caring. He was very welcoming and supportive.

I ordered a product on line. It said they had one left so I ordered it. When I went that day to pick it up they gave me a different product. When I question the supervisor about it he said the one I had ordered was damaged so they gave me a different one. I told him I didnt want it. He said that this one cost more and he was giving it to me for the same price. I said no thank you its not what I ordered or need.

BEWARE: THERES A REASON OFFICE DEPOT IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESSI went in to redeem coupon rewards earned from their new Alibaba purchase promotion. The employees had absolutely no knowledge of this promotion despite standing right next to a sign about it. The staff was highly unhelpful and dismissive. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - the employees very clearly didnt want to talk to me or work with me - they wanted to get back to staring at their phones from behind the counter.I tried calling the corporate line for help and they were just as unhelpful.No one here knows what is going on, but that doesnt matter, they wouldnt help you even if they did know.STAY AWAY. The employees glare at you, sigh and groan loudly when you ask questions, give short vague responses to everything, and generally give off terrible vibes. This was the experience I had with 2 store associates and 1 manager. Highly disappointing, but at least now I know why this horrible company is dying - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The cashiers are not very knowledgeable and will tend to overcharge you if you are not careful. I questioned on 2 different prices and the cashier made lies regarding the reasoning behind the different prices. Only come to this location if you know what you need but confirm the price on their website before you pay for anything at this location!

They should close this store. I wish i can give it zero rating. The customer service reps are absolutely horrible . I had called before going to this location. On the call, Jimmy Martinez— the customer service manager said an item was available for purchase at their store. I drove from NYC to this location to find out they didn’t have it available.The manager should be reprimanded for his negligence. Based on this type of horrible customer service, the company should terminate his employment.A very bad look for Office Depot. Going forward, I will use another company to purchase office goods.

Service with a smile but they didnt have everything I need

This Jersey City location is the absolute worst store I have ever gone to . Unfortunately, I have to continue to use it because of where I live . Every time I call for assistance to run my business the employee and manager cannot answer my questions . They are uneducated with their supplies and Stock. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for them to find watercolor paper sizes, which I buy at least 3 yikes a month there, and they swore they don’t ever carry it . I had to drive over there just to find it on the shelf. The last package I shipped as “ fragile “ for my business was smashed and destroyed before it ever left the store . Many times I have tried to ship my packages there they say they cannot accommodate my 11x18 sized shipment . It’s absolutely ridiculous . I should not have to tell them how to do their job. They supply a service . They need to hire people who are willing to do just that .

The worst. You call and they don’t pick up the phone and the wait time is extremely long to pick up your printing order.

Horrendous service. Their print station is never available to print for one reason or another. Tonight the excuse was they have another large order so they cant service even someone who wants to print a few pages. You wonder why they have to close locations.

I entered the store this evening with my daughter and her friend. They needed a label maker and I needed ink for my printer. We shopped for about 20 minutes. There was a very nice and helpful (tall) gentleman who assisted with the selection of the label maker and the additional cartridge.As we were finishing up with our selection, my daughter noticed the folders for 1 cent. We walked over and read the sign. I told them to pick out 10 folders each. While we were selecting folders, a manager (Sharon) came over and told us we could not get all of those folders and how we had to leave some for other families. I, first, asked her why she was assuming both girls belonged to me. She continued to say that we only could get 10 folders because that is what the sign says (as if I could not read it myself). Then she quickly walked away. I was taken back at how she handled that situation.Not to take away from my wonderful shopping experience up to that point, we continued to select our folders and proceeded to the check out line. Once we approached the cashier, she notified us that Sharon was talking to her, through her ear piece, at the same time telling her we could not get 20 folders because it was one per household. I asked the cashier to please call her to the front. When she approached, I first nicely asked her for her business card. She obliged. I then asked her to explain, again, why I could not completed my $147.00 purchase and allow my daughter and her friend to get these folders? I was going to split the purchase in order to meet the minimum required ($5). She then abruptly stated in front of the young girls... Look, you can make your purchase, but you are ONLY going to get 10 folders! One per household! Thats it! and she will NOT split this order up for YOU!There was a short line behind me and they witnessed the entire, humiliating situation. She, again, quickly turned around and walked away. It was very unprofessional for her to speak to me in the manner she chose every single time.YOU LOST a customer over 10 cents and Sharons RUDENESS!We immediately got in the car and went to Staples. They matched your prices and even allowed me to use YOUR coupon at their store! They apologized for the RUDE manager at another store! that belonged to another company WOW!I hope your store, and especially Sharon reviews what GREAT customer service is all about and not have any other customer experience what I did. I will be canceling my rewards membership with your company. I am done and Staples now have a loyal customer!

Everything you need for school and office even for projects is there. It is also open at a convenient location time.

Ive made three different online orders for in store pickup with this location. All three orders were cancelled because the item was out of stock even though it said online that it was in stock. By the time they realized their mistake the promotion was over and I was not able to order the item from another store at the discounted price. Do not trust the stock that it shows online for this location, these guys have no idea how to track inventory.

A very large store with a wide variety of office supplies has a little bit of everything for you to organize your workplace or school supplies. The problem is that it has little staff, they dont help you find what you need and make you wait. to pay
