The staff are polite and friendly. A very good place to grab a fast bagel for breakfast. Unfortunately, they dont have a great collection of coffee. Just regular brewed coffee.

Very tasty breakfast sandwiches, i stopped here few times on my way to work and its always good bagels, also tried the omelet it was awesome specially hash browns were delicious.They are very clean too, the guy who cook food was wearing gloves which is plus now a days.

So. Its very unfortunate when people dont listen to your requests. I went in early and only one other person was in the establishment ordering so it wasnt busy. I asked the person at the register for an Everything Bagel with a Fried Egg and Sausage with NO Cheese. I specifically said no cheese 3 times and he shook his head acknowledging what I said. I wait about 3-4 minutes before its done and then I walk out to my car. As I go to check my sandwich, I open it and it seems they put extra cheese. It was melted everywhere. I go back in, request a new one and then wait again. They apologize and hand me the new sandwich. I give this place 2 stars because the placed lacked management considering he was yelling at some customer because of politics and their staff cant listen to simple requests. If it werent for the actual quality of the food the place would get 1 star but I actually enjoyed my correct sandwich. I wont be returning and I wont recommend this place to others.

More than twice Ive ordered TURKEY BACON BLT and was given PORK!!!! Not only was the order incorrect but the attitude of the employee that took my order was RUDE! I spoke with the owner, and as she attempted to resolve the problem the RUDE co-worker continued to rant in the background. I will NEVER order from this place again and neither will my coworkers!

Did not receive sugar in coffee and did not receive the meat in my omelette platter. Hashbrowns were also over cooked. Disappointed is an understatement. When I brought it to the managers attention I was offered a partial refund of 3.00$ and was told my food could not be redelivered.

Their drive though management at rush hour is the best! They have about 6 people outside walking up and down the lines taking orders and payments, and then bringing the food to your car. Very fast and efficient!

Very deceiving place. Whizzing by on 22 East you only catch the name New York city bagels and immediately think of only breakfast. So I decided to try it out. Not only do they have lunch, it was made fresh and good.

Amazing breakfast wraps! I order a bunch of them to freeze and heat up in the morning. Would highly recommend the addition of mushrooms and spinach. Very nice owners. 👍

I have been waiting for a true NY bagel since I moved here a long time ago. Just heard about this place and tried today. I was very happy with the bagel. I did not order anything on it so I can not speak to that but the bagel was great!

Excellent bagels and service. Bagels are always fresh and if you get there around 7am still a bit warm. Hands down one of the best bagel shops on the area.

I stood there waiting while what I believe to be the manager argued with one of the workers. When she finally acknowledged me she came over to the register with an attitude, what do you want? Rude.

In my Jersey girl bagel-loving opinion, these are some of the best bagels that I have had in NJ. Recently I tried (for the 3rd time) Bagel Chateau in Westfield and I was so disappointed. Their bagels stay fresh longer and are just really good, especially the marble rye! MUST TRY!

In an era of fierce biz competition, having a rod up ones a$$ vs a friendly service experience, can and does break many....decent bagel though.

Go there enough that once they know you (they see your callerID) and you call in, theyll ask you if you want .......... order? Itll be ready when you arrive. The whole staff is great and friendly!

Quick service and yum food to grab bagels. Loved their salmon and eggs with bagel! Salmon quality is better than alot of brunch places Ive been too. Not a fan of the coffee so we grabbed bottled juices.

Nice little modest breakfast and lunch shop. They do have a above average selection of Bagels. Moderate speed on the service and they do have a self-serve counter for coffee. There is one gent who comes from behind the counters to give a little warming greet to those who eat in and if they request anything else.

I eat breakfast bagels here every weekend and if I wouldnt get super fat and broke, Id eat here more. 😂 Best bagel spot around here in NJ!

My GOTO place in the area if i want breakfast or sandwiches and they even make a nice salad. I often order online which is easy and fast.

I thought I was a value customer because every morning I get my breakfast n coffee there but today at 11am I go for my decaf coffee and is not easy to close rt 22 but I get there they out of decaf and not making anymore..so i go to 7 Eleven and they also out so I go to the front desk and told them...and they apologize and told me pls wait a few minutes and Ill make a new pot....Now thats customer service

Disgusting.. no soap in the restroom and flies all over. Mold on the handle for the toliet! I didnt get greeted when I walked in, so I went to the restroom, but once I saw the restroom, I cant image what the kitchen looks like!!
