Best place to shop for your wife or girlfriend but they also have a great variety of mens fragrance. The teakwood is one of my favorites. They have seasonal items that are always popular. The help here is excellent. Highly friendly and helpful staff. 😊 They just need more cashiers lol lines get long but its a good thing too I guess. If your not into great smelling lotions or candles or anything else that makes you smell neat then I wouldnt go in here. 😛✌🏽

Always go in for one thing but leave with more..love their semi annual sale. Got all my summer scents. Love smelling new scents and getting my tried and true ones.

Had 20% off coupon good on one transaction. Got enough soaps for stockings, friends, and family. But when checking out, they limit how many items you can have on one transaction. If that was posted anywhere, it wasnt in an obvious place. So I had to do two transactions to get the sale price, then couldnt use the coupon on the second transaction. Not cool.

B&BW is perfect!!! I love the products and the associates are always so cheerful. They were perfectly prepared to handle social distancing along with hand sanitizer. Always exceptional service.

If you’re store is going to require masks, maybe you should provide them.. and mention that before getting in line to wait to enter. It’s fine though I’ll go support elsewhere

I have difficulty breathing...Liz was so kind & got me a wheelchair. Then, she pushed me around the store to get choose want I wanted for my granddaughter. Absolutely wonderful people and service!!!@

Went in today to grab a last minute gift for my daughters friend. The assistant manager was at the door was so rude and informed us that only three of us would be allowed in and that they were closing soon. My daughter waited to come in until someone left but she accidentally left her mask. When she asked for one the lady said she didn’t have one (even though she had a stack of them when we walked in) and lectured her on how we are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and she should be wearing a mask. Wish I had known. I would have taken my money elsewhere. If you are going to require customers to wear a mask in your store, perhaps you should provide one?

The staff are always so friendly and patient with us as we take the time to make our selections. They always make a point to direct us to where we need to be and ask if we have any questions or need any help. We never leave with anything less than a great shopping experience.

I found a unicorn cat sanitizer holder here and absolutely love it. The spray stuff is pretty good too.

I dont understand how they get away with charging so much for cheap products. If I didnt have daughters would never go I. There again.

I had recently taken advantage of a great sale on line. I had mistakenly ordered body wash instead of lotion. They very nicely traded me out for the lotion I intended to buy instead. Really lovely sales woman.

Amazing smelling products, every man should just pick something up for his wife/girlfriend/fiancee here. They even have a mens line, my hubby loves it, shampoo and body wash in one, cologne, lotions. They have all the good smelling wonderfully delightful items, hand sanitizer that smells great, candles with the best smells, you might think theres even a pie being baked in your own home. Just love this place.

My granddaughter and I has a great time wandering through the store smelling candles, trying lotions and body sprays. It was her 1st time to do it so it was a special thing.

I dont go into Bath and Body very often, just because I usually buy enough @tuff to last a while. I absolutley love going in all of the stores, because the employees that work here are amazing. Out of 20 some stores I have visited, I have NEVER had a bad experience there. This store in Twinn falls is no different. The young lady who helped us, wasnt pushy, or overbearing she just asked a few questiong pointed us in the right direction, and would occasionally come by to see if we needed any help finding anything. When It was time to sheade sure we had coupons, and any great deals we could get. So friendly, helpful, nice, and genuine. Loved it there!
