Great shop for big rig RV owners! All the people here went above and beyond to service our diesel pusher over the course of two days. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them. We spent three nights (we arrived the evening before our 7 AM appointment) in their lot with 50 amp electric. This is a real benefit for full-time travelers like us. I highly recommend this shop to other RV owners. Pictures attached are from the air dryer assembly they replaced. I share them as I was grateful they showed me the old parts they took off so I could see how badly they needed to be replaced. Again, they were patient with me and I learned a lot! Saul, Amy, and Peter were all excellent! Thank you!!

Had to have a front wheel bearing seat replaced. Once they had the seal got done in a day. They provided a place to park our Coach with 50amp hook up for a couple nights @ no cost to us. Helpful and friendly people to deal with. Prices were what we expected so there were no surprises. All in all, good experience. Would recommend them anytime.

Great service and good people and hospitality at a reasonableprice. Replaced leaking fuel lines on our diesel pusher RV. The techs are super knowledgeable and know their stuff. Will be back to WW Williams in the future. There were many other RVS at this location which tells you a lot. Thanks!

Had a quote for front-end work on my diesel pusher from a major local RV retailer for 40 hours of work, NOT including parts. Smelled a fish and heard about WWWilliams, so brought my rig to them for a diagnostic. Literally NONE of the work quoted by LaMesa was needed. There were a couple of items they did recommend tending to and I didnt hesitate to have them do the work. While WWWilliams was aware of what I was told needed to be done, they obviously did not take advantage of this knowledge. They are a rarity in this world and I cant more highly recommend them.

We called these guys this morning from Santa Fe and when we arrived at 2PM Allen got us in and taken care of in no time flat. Fixed yet another set of loose a/c wires that were causing our unit to not work. No muss no fuss just great honest service. If you need RV repairs and youre in Tucson give these guys a chance youll really appreciate it.

Our Alison transmission was slipping or something else causing us to lose power at the top of a long grade. Then, after a long driving day we heard squealing from the engine area. We burned up a transmission a year ago, so we wanted to have it checked before continuing to drive our motorhome across the desert.I called at 6:20 and spoke with Adam. We brought the motorhome in and they ran full diagnostics on the transmission. Everything passed. In process found an AC clutch sticking that could have left us stranded with a thrown serpentine belt, Disengaged AC clutch and gave us copies of all the transmission test results so we could continue to San Diego and then home.WW Williams was sympathetic, extremely knowledgeable, great communicators and thoroughly professional. Adam was genuinely concerned about solving the problem and our safety. I would recommend this place most highly without hesitation.

Got a $4860 estimate of repair from Detroit in Arizona.. estimated down time 3-4days due to lack of parts.Wasn’t able to wait so ended up driving 50mph to El Paso, TX.Found Freddy and his mechanic at a local repair shop. After 5 minutes of diagnostics from them, they pulled out and cleaned a couple of sensors...Truck drives like brand new now!!C’mon Guys you are the representatives of engine makers!!Big disappointment...!!!

Mario Santa Maria helped us last Saturday and was AMAZING!! We had friends traveling to New Mexico in their motor home and it broke down in Tucson. A local friend suggested we call WW Williams. We called and found they were closed but had an on call person and the answering service connected us with Mario.. He was a lifesaver. We met him at the shop and he knew the parts we needed. Within one hour, friends were back on the road!!!Thank you Mario!! You are a true example of what customer service is all about. Many many thanks for your help!!

We had an throttle issue with our MCI MC12, the bus would just loose throttle intermittently. Not only they took us in in the afternoon, Terry, Saul and their team got us back on the road by end of day. Their knowledge of DD 6V92 blew my mind. I would go off my way to go back there, for superior knowledge and customer service.

Went in with my motor home for a chassis lube. Almost got hooked for $ 900 in unnecessary work. First claimed it was rear wheel seal, then steering pump, then front wheel seal. Saw no sign of leaks so took to another truck mechanic. Found the seals dry as a bone. Stay away !

A number one place if you need work on any big rig, motor home etc. They have bedn around for years, so know what they are doing and get things done in a timdly manner. If you are a truck driver waiting for reparairs, theyll have you back on the road asap. New and remanned motors are also avail. If you need big rig/motorhome help in Tucson, Williams is the place to go!

I use to live in Tucson and when I came home I would take my truck to FL to get work done and it seemed like they had people work on my Rig that didnt know what the heck they were doing (nothing diffrent than any other FL Dealership I been to). When I saw work seem to be done half a$$d I took it to WWWilliams and left out the shop running better then when it went in. I now live in Gilbert AZ, when I come home I drop my rig in Tucson so they can do work to it and my wife comes and gets me, a 1 hr 30 min drive one way but worth it. They try to make sure they keep you updated but like any shop always busy, kind of hard to keep updating a driver when its covered under warranty anyways they do the repair and you get a call the work is done. These guys got a spare key to my truck, I drop my truck over night and the next day I call them with my issues and they get the work done. Yes, in some cases you will pay a little more getting it done by any Detroit Diesel but you know its done right. I have never had an issue with work done here thats why I make that extra drive to make sure to bring it to them before anyone else.

I took my RV in for a routine oil, filters to include fuel filters change that usually takes 3 hours plus or minus 30 minutes. Mine took 7 1/2 hours. I think they had an apprentice do the work. They lost the fuel prime (air in line) 2.5 hours later they finally got it running, got grease on one of the rugs, did not wash off the oil and diesel fuel the spilled on engine and aft cowling, and the price was $250.00 more than I have ever paid for the same service at other places. When I got the coach back the key switch was loose and spinning in the dash. That may have been something that was about to occur, but I have not had that problem on any FR we have owned. I had work done there several years ago and they did good work and on time. Service does not seem important to them now. I will not use them again.
