I have used these guys for about 10 years since I acquired a Casita trailer and they had done the prior service. I bought a used trailer in good condition and they have always done a great job in a timely fashion. They have helped me out of a jam a time or two. The best part, they are not perfect. But they back up what they do and have always provided good customer satisfaction. I prefer a locally owned shop vs a national company. I recommend.

Called to talk over the phone. I was nice, tried to look at my schedule. Ken was immediately rude. I asked him some questions to get some information and he continued to be rude. When I finally asked about soonest availability just to get an idea, the response was youre not the only one I service. He was very rude and impatient from the beginning. Found another RV repair shop that is 24 hours.

Fantastic job. The work was exceptional and the price was less than I expected. Had several laughs with the owner and the manager. Great people. My wife and I would highly recommend them if your RV needs repaired. By the way theres one of the stupidest reviews on her where some woman complained because they didnt hold the door for her. I have no idea what that has to do with quality repair work at a fair price. But youll get a good laugh reading it. Again great service. We WILL go back if we ever need work done againMike & Paula G

I would not recommend B & C for any of your RV upgrades. I contracted them to install accessible doors for my lift that never met my needs to begin with. The handle was installed so high that I could not reach it. Also the bracket that held the pin to the door was attached only to the skin of the door the screws ripped right thru.. On the first trip I took the back door flew open while traveling at 60 mph and slammed into the man door which broke the window on it. It was one month out of warranty therefore they would not stand behind it. Although they did refer us to the manufacturer of the door who would have covered the door replacement as well as any damages. But when we sent them a picture of the door they said they would never build such a cheap door as the ones B&C installed they assured us the door did not come from them.B&C will not provide any information on who did build the doors and will not stand behind their workmanship. On our initial conversation Ken commented I didnt think those doors would work anyway. And laughed.I am a paraplegic and unable to do the gymnastics it takes to try to secure the doors in order to keep them from flying open while driving. This has become too much of a hazard to even drive anywhere with my Motorhome. The door will fly open even while parked with just gust of wind.B&C take no pride in their workmanship has terrible customer sercice and does not stand behind their work.

I have stored my RV at B & C RV for almost 4 years now and have also had them complete many small and large jobs which have covered everything from a Major repair to normal maintenance issues. I have been more than pleased with the work that they have completed and really appreciate the relationship with Ken and Eric that we have.Their work has been excellent and their pricing is always fair and honest.I have also referred several other RV owners to B & C RV and each one of those is now a regular customer, storing and servicing their RVs there. We all highly recommend B & C RV

We were in a bad spot, traveling across the state and down to TX where there were heavy thunderstorms and we were on a tight schedule. Our roof vent cover had blown apart. And we would have no way to get on top of our coach conversion to fix the issue ourselves. Anyone traveling on the road for long distances knows the stress this kind of problem can cause.Spoke w/ Eric via phone, he was extremely courteous and helpful, but also let us know that the shop was going to be closing in just a couple of hours. We had a bit of a distance to cover but you can be sure we high-tailed it there. It was a huge blessing to find a shop that would service us same-day, giving consideration to the fact that we were on the road and in a tough spot. Couple other shops we contacted would have nothing to do with us and our quick repair as the other guys wanted us to schedule us out for a couple of weeks. We made it to the shop with time to spare, we were greeted courteously even though it was just a small (but for us, very important) repair. This kind of quick, low $ repair close to closing time with almost no advance notice, and friendly repair staff, was a pretty unusual experience for us. Who does that these days? I’d say a business who cares about the community they serve. These guys are on our go-to list of places to recommend and call on when the need again arises. Work was completed correctly, at a fair price, and a great attitude. Thank you! Phil

We were disappointed with B&C Marine and RV repair. We had just purchased a 1993 Beaver Patriot that we brought into inspection. We were quoted $260 for a full inspection. However, after we went to pick it up they informed us they were unable to open up the cargo doors with the keys we provided. I am frustrated they did not call us when they encountered this problem as I would have informed them those keys did open the cargo doors, and they needed to try all the keys. At worst case I would have been happy to come down to show them how to insert the keys and open the cargo doors. As such, the majority of what I wanted out of the inspection for was not done. They also informed me that there were things wrong with the RV that supposedly did not work. Yet they had been working before I brought it in, and worked after I retrieved the RV. I understand not everyone is comfortable working on older RV’s, however I wish that they would have informed me they do not have experience inspecting or operating older RV’s, instead I feel that I wasted $260. I am also not confident in the inspection they did of things that did work, per the previous issues outlined above. As such I cannot recommend this place. Perhaps if you have a new RV it would be fine. I would suggest you be present while the inspection is happening though. I also left them the manual in case they had questions, but they brushed me off. Overall, highly unsatisfied.I am writing on my daughters google account. My name is David Davis.***The owners response is unsatisfactory. If they could not open the bay doors they should have called me. I have been opening the bay doors before/since we dropped off the RV for inspection. My issue is with this companies unwillingness to communicate with its customers. As I stated before, the repairs that they suggested were issues that were mainly cosmetic that I didn’t care about or were with things that actually still worked once I picked up the RV. The issues that I wanted to know about had to do with the RV’s inverter, which are accessed through the bay doors. They were not willing to get the bay doors open, this could not complete a full inspection. Furthermore, the company said that the leveling system was broken. I leveled the RV both before and after their inspection—which leads me to believe that this company did a terrible job inspecting this RV. We also were not referred to this company. We did a cursory google search and found their company to have good reviews—it said on their website “we deliver more than we promise”. Ha, that is not the case. And we certainly do not have buyers remorse as almost everything they said in their inspection that did not work, actually does work. The things we wanted inspected were located in the bay doors, which they did not access thus could not get inspected. Also the keys do not have rust on them. I have attached a picture as proof. Beware of this business. They will take your money and not do anything.

18 years ago I bought my RV. Less than a week later I managed to poke a hole in its side, not a huge hole, but still a hole. The dealer I bought the rig from said I had to replace the entire side of the vehicle, at a rather extravagant cost. Then I found B & C (Big Als). Not only could they fix the problem, it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Since then Ive spent more money there (how many time can you hit the same tree branch in front of your house and need to replace the ladder?) it is an RV after all. Ken, Eric and Elana have helped keep my rig running well and me safe. Im still waiting for the free paint job, but in the meantime I will recommend this business to anyone with RV need.MarthaP.S. the answer is 3, 3 times same tree:)

Eric was very knowledgeable. We added a generator service, which was not a problem. B and C did a very valuable inspection, that mainly gave us peace of mind, but also tipped us off to our RV tires being way out of date (the DOT was not visible to us). He even found us a local dealer who could take care of us that day.

After Buying a boat on craigslist then to find out it had a bad motor. I was left with the decision of what to do. That’s when I met Ken of B and C we immediately clicked. I brought my Boat in and they determined it would need a new motor. Ken and I sat in his office and discussed the Pros and Cons of putting a new engine in my 1995 Chaparral. After determining that the boat itself was in excellent condition we decided ( when I say we Ken at that point became my boat Guy. That may not mean much to some people or even to my wife, but to me I have someone I can trust and who is not going to take advantage of me) to go forth with the new engine. The engine project went so well that Ken has pretty much restored the whole boat for me. The following year I had him polish it up and bring her back to showroom shine, new bimini top, upholster and the list goes on. Not only do I receive the best quality service, every one of my friends I sent to see Ken he has treated them the same way. Whether it’s your boat or RV ( which Ken has fixed my brothers travel trailer for him. I made sure that my brother brought his trailer up from Sierra Vista because when talking to my brother I told him I have a “guy” that I deal with. It’s a guy thing.) B & C RV& Marine will fix and treat you with outstanding service.Thank you Ken for always taking care of my needs and never selling me something I don’t need. I value our business relationship, but more importantly the friendship that has developed over the past years. One very Satisfied and Happy customer!Shaun Dale

Be careful here. They dont ask/advise of issues. They just do what they want and then charge you. Then you are left to argue about the bill. Their work is good, but its scarry to not know whats coming when you pick up your RV (and not expecting the expense) They are also not good at estimating what a repair will cost.

Called with little notice needing a set of Happi-Jac tiedowns for my truck. I spoke to every authorized Happi-Jac dealer in the state and none seemed interested in getting me what I needed, much less on a deadline. I call B & C and they were on it. Helped me find the correct kit, has it overnighted from the warehouse promptly notified me upon the parts arrival. From phone call to parts in hand it was barely 16 hours. Remarkable customer service. 10 of 10 stars.

They did some work on my 2001Levey craft New Era. They changed the gymbal Bering and it appeared to be new after removing the out drive but they put it back together with old shift boot and parts which had been compromised with disassemblie and almost sunk the boat. They also put the main billow in and never crimped the expansion ring.so it also leaked from there. They also put it back together with ujoints that were questionable and a leaky main seal.
