Run! I bought my car at there Flowing Wells location. First I was lied to about the price of the car. Then whenever I needed help from them they are rude and don’t want to help. Nice when you are buying a car and treat you like trash after. I called to make my appointment. Jason failed to tell me the location had moved so I wasted my time and gas driving to the wrong place. Every time I see the Larry H Miller decal on my car I want to rip it off. I wish I would have gone through Carvana.

Only one FIAT qualified mechanic at new location, I am told. Not enough service advisors for the workload. The move to the new location has not been good for this FIAT customer. Hope others get better customer service.

If there were zero stars about this place I would choose that. Horrible customer service. Set up an appointment and didn’t even come to greet me out. Nice cars but people that work here are very rude and disrespectful! Felt really discriminated. Didn’t even offer water.
