They dont have that much stuff and the price very expensive 😡

Don’t trust their recommendations for online purchase. I got a bunch of discounted bags from the sales lady’s recommendation and paid online but coming with 95% outlet bags. If I want to purchase outlet products, why do I come to your store. And they refused me to return those bag in their store and asked me to do it online even though I ordered through a sales lady working in the store. I felt I was absolutely lied by them. I’ll never come to this store anymore and I’ll tell my friends not to do so.

Earlier this month I was at my wits end after dealing with customer service since October to get a repair done to the hardware on my handbag that was less than a year old (still under warranty) and only carried for 2 months. Aaron, the store manager was great and went out of his way to see to it that the repair was finally completed. Thank you again Aaron for your superb customer service. It was very appreciated!

Purses are nice here but for whatever reason nobody greeted me.

I went to buy a watch and was so excited and when I made the purchase they gave me the watch that was on display. It was scratched and you can tell it was not new. When I told her it was not new she lied and said it was new and that she did not give the display watch and argued about it. At the end she said they are all the same and its ok if I got the display and that I can not return it. They have probably sold used watches to some people. Stay away from them save your money on something new.

Poor customer service. Employees hardly speak to me in welcoming, sincere way. The sales representative hardly acknowledged me or assisted me and only greeted others around me.

Garbage as f***. Worse customer service ever. got a watch for my birthday that didnt fit and they wouldnt sell my a link and they claim they cant do anything about it that i would have to call the warranty.

I had a bag repaired here and they did a very good job on it however, my mk clip on emblem was missing when I got my bag back. Im very upset about that.
