UPDATE: Its now Wednesday-- NOONE has contacted me from this company over the weekend or even on Monday like the owner had mentioned in his response! And NOONE from the company will answer my calls! For such an easy fix...no one seems to want to do it!BTW my order number that SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED was: BT-25349A COMPANY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY!If I could leave 0 stars, I truly would!! Absolutely WORST costumer service ever! After placimg my order, I immediately realized I had order the wrong color, and called to make a switch. I was told by the woman working at black tie.com she coukd not make any changes to an order, but what she could do is cancel the order entirely and I could then place a new order with the correct items. So I canceled my first order, and placed a new one.However the representative I spoke with failed to do her part and never canceled it. It shipped!! And after calling about it, I was told its better to just keep their mistake because on top of NOT BEING ISSUED A REFUND, I will be charged an additional $8.00!!YES I ALSO EMAILED THE COMPANY-THEY ARE YET TI RESPOND TO THAT!
