Well, they dont rent vans to be driven to Niagara Falls, so save yourselves time and dont call them. However, the guy who picks up the phone also makes assumptions about who is calling - I called them for the first time in my life, and he says - I already told a guy yesterday that we do not go to Niagara Falls, so not sure if you are his friend or something, but we do not go to Niagara Falls....

We reserved a 15 box truck the day before our move and went to pick up said truck and they rented our truck to someone else.What a disappointment!

Charge you 130 a week for insuranceEven though you have insurance. Watch the waY they charge
