I went to this store searching for a rarely used product (Kem Aqua Plus). Jon(John?) was in the store and gave me a lot of information on the product usage and since he had only one of the three that I wanted, he called around and found stores which carried the others. Since I am a homeowner and not a professional, he gave quite a few suggestions on how to use the product. Highly recommend this store. If you get Jon to help, you are lucky!

White, older gentleman Jon was helpful from the start. He really seemed like he cared about my project, but in a professional way. Had a lot of pride and knowledge. The young black woman Desiree was extremely on point as well. She was really diligent about getting me the right Information, and had the same pride as Jon. Great tag team duo made me think twice about ever going to home depot ever again. This was for a front porch brick job Im finishing.

The manager made sure I received the proper paint for my project as well as providing me with a paint swatch book to choose my color from. Curbside assistance and delivery was easy.
