All I can say after 4 years of looking for patio furniture quality patio furniture the Search is Over finally Quality Furniture at a reasonable price didnt have to spend 3000 for one couch cuz I really dont like the sectional I bought three couches rocker swivel a regular chair and end table for a little over three thousand thick cushions quality

We went to the outlet and then the main store. Great experiences at both! Reasonable prices for premium furniture. Bought our table set, two extra chairs, smaller table for coffee (turns into ice bucket), and chase lounger for tanning. Cant wait for delivery!

This was a great experience! The staff was very knowledgeable. They were very helpful no matter what we needed or had questions about. They were able to work out problems just to make us happy. They know their products so well. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely be back!

We were searching for a patio umbrella and had been to 5 other stores (all were sold out!) Then we realized that Labadies was open, and on July 4th! We were greated by very respectful, friendly and helpful staff! I will always go here first for all my outdoor furniture needs.

This is probably one of the biggest patio furniture stores that I have seen. There is a lot of items to choose from for sure. I walked in thinking one thing and my wife and I actually walked out with something totally different.A big shout out to the sales staff for helping us design our patio. We ended up spending more than we budgeted but it was well worth it.Might I add, we drove over an hour to find the store but well worth the drive. Recommending to everyone.

This is the absolute best place to buy your patio furniture. We purchased a complete set including dining table and chairs, 3 leisure chairs a sofa and end tables from Labadies in 2002. They still looked good after 15 years but my wife wanted new and up to date furniture. So we just bought an entirely new set of wicker furniture including a fire pit coffee table and a huge candle lever umbrella. We love it! Wes is the best!My wife is happy and the neighbors are jealous. How good can it get! Labadies is definitely the best!

We made the drive out here as we had shopped locally and online and wanted to see in person some of the stuff. Big selection here almost too much stuff to be displayed properly but we wanted selection, we got it here. Sales person was busy bouncing and answering questions so it was hard to get any focus on what we wanted and were looking for in our furniture. I’m giving a 3 due to selection, if you want selection it’s here. We did not end up making a purchase here as the sales person kept pushing us off what we were looking at, almost as though we couldn’t afford what we wanted. Looking at oversized dinning tables as we entertain outdoors heavily. It was a weird feeling and we left frustrated and feeling like it was a wasted trip. Ended up going to a garden center local to us and buying one I had seen earlier. We spent just over 5k on table and chairs and that was not with any of the accessories. Seems from other posts this store decides what customers can and can’t afford and it’s a big mistake from what is being said here. Again they do have a big selection they need to ease up on judging what one can and can’t spend.

Ordered a beautiful glass fire pit last week. The customer service was outstanding! We walked around for a good half hour looking at their incredible selections. Made our purchase and was delivered promptly and assembled. If youre looking for a family friendly business theyre wonderful....👍👍👍👍👍

I absolutely would reccomend Labadies to any one of my friends or family looking for great quality furniture! I will never again go into Lowes or Home Depot no comparision at all! Wes and Jim the owners are exceptional! If I could give Labadies 10 stars I would! Very pleased.

Hi Monica, we are terribly sorry we could not service your needs with the particular swivel rockers that you were looking for. When you came in you said you were looking for two swivel rockers. We offered you several other choices of swivel rockers that could have been purchased separately, however, you chose a particular rocker that was sold only as a set with a sofa or love seat. We are glad you did find what you wanted.

Great service and I have had my furniture over 5 years and not a bit of fading in my bright sun room. Cushions are still holding shape after much use. The only downside is every time I visit the outlet I have to buy something, very unique and quality stuff.

We wanted to buy furniture yesterday. Asked for two swivel chairs and a couch. We were told they can only sell us one swivel chair with the couch. And then we can purchase a standard chair, but not a swivel one. When asked why, we were told because they are in high demand and no one wants the standard chairs Basically only one swivel chair per customer, so that they can force you to buy a standard chair to get rid of them. That was the most ridiculous thing we ever heard. We went to Allstate in Ann Arbor and bought 4 swivel chairs, no problem.

My boyfriend and I went into the store to look at patio furniture for our front porch. The owner was busy when we walked in, so we walked around browsing and seeing what they had. When the owner became available, he immediately found us in the store. We told him what we were looking for, and then he then proceeded to tell us that we didnt want any of the patio furniture in the store because it was too expensive. He said we should try their smaller store when it opens next week because the furniture there, while still high quality, isnt as expensive. This was definitely not what I was expecting from a sales person and found it to be extremely rude. He apparently took one look at our age (late 20s) and the clothes we were wearing (jeans and sweatshirts) and decided that we werent good enough for his merchandise. We definitely wont be shopping there any time soon. We wanted to stay local, but it wont be with them!

Pro:Great selection.Con:We also felt we were asked to go to the other store because we didn’t look like we could afford anything in the store. Sale staff had no idea how much anything was that didn’t have a price tag on it. The owner had to be asked how much things were by our sales woman and owner barely looked at us and threw out some prices. You would think with the high over priced costs of this patio furniture they owner would at a minimum make eye contact with you.We were interested in some Adirondack chairs. I had been to the store scouting for them for a mother’s day gift several times. I was told $250. Grabbed my wife and brought to the store so she could pick out the colors. Told again $249. Went to pick them up the day before mother’s day and was told buy the owner this time $349. Very disappointed. Not sure if the was the mother’s day mark up. Anyway went to pool town and bought the same chairs for $250 and received mother’s day discount of $25 offI’m also writing this for the owner to understand what they are doing. Stop telling customers to go the the other discount store when they are leaving. It’s offending them. I honestly believe that your sales staff if saying that as an insult as if that particular customer does not qualify as one of your high end customers and they should go somewhere else. If that’s not their intention then use a different tactic,Hope this helps

I was very disappointed in the selections, they advertise the largest selection in Michigan and the place was so crammed you couldnt even walk through the store without tripping over furniture. It was very hard to find.

Pretty expensive furniture however quality of most of the products is wonderful.

The patio furniture was nice...and averagely expensive...not like I thought an outlet would be priced. I walked in, was snubbed by the lady working there...I only wanted a smal side table and she had to think if she had anything.....then brought me to the only place in the store without sets and a huge stack of side tables. Then she walked away....so I walked out.

My fiance and I visited the south location to plan a purchase an outdoor entertainment structure with a sectional and fireplace etc for our new house in West Bloomfield. The store staff was not helpful, but worse they insulted us on multiple occasions suggesting we couldnt afford the products they carried. We look young, early thirties, but we could afford anything we wanted in the store. Although I am familiar with some of the brands they offer and they are over priced. Walked out after looking around and feeling insulted.For the companies record of their demographics, we are late 20s and early 30s couple and own a home off in GI (that is how we are aware of the store location, we drive by). We had budgeted to spend $4k that day, if not on lounge chairs. We are 3rd time home owners with advanced college educations. Ill let our peers know you dont want our business.
