It seems there is a lack of staffing. The staff they do have were slow in processing your mailing. Hopefully, with more training they will pick up the pace. In the past I would have rated the store a five. I will say the employees have always been courteous and they still are.

Terrible customer service! Rude and unhelpful employees who have very bad attitude and smart mouths (the older man in particular). Had multiple bad experiences at this location, and I believe I have had enough and will not be going back to this place.Note: Supposedly the owner has written a response but I cannot reply to it. My return was NOT an amazon return, as I stated to the rude man. I had the email for the return and he would not let me pull it up on my phone to show him. Also, he NEVER even scanned the return label that was on the box. I went to a different location and was able make my return with ZERO difficulties. Employees at this location should learn to listen to the customers and be more patient and maybe bad reviews would not be written. And to the owner that replied to my review, you need to train your employees better, rather than post replies that are not factual.

I have been coming to this UPS store for a few years now, and I’ve always thought they provided great, courteous and friendly service, but today they went above and beyond. I showed up a few minutes after they had closed, and the proprietor saw me through the window and let me in. He processed my package and sent me on my way as if the store had still be open. He saved me an extra trip and totally made my day!

Cant say enough about how great this store is! Staff is kind, patient, and most of all, efficient. Theyre always adequately staffed and Im always confident in my decision to go, even during a busy time (like lunch). Never once have I had an issue with any packages, and theyre always willing to answer any questions and even give advice on packaging and other issues.

Everyone was very friendly and did not get upset when I was not prepared with my return labels 😊 the gentleman in the front with the glasses is very professional!EDIT!!!!! - This location does not care to help customers after they take their money. I sent out a box and had my client send it back to me with a laptop that came back damaged even though all the necessary fragile stickers where on it and proper packaging. I opened a claim and went through the proper channels. It has been almost a month and nothing from the manager at this store. I called today and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and the guy Ahmed at the front with the glasses tells me in a very rude manner to call back later.... I need an answer to my claim now. The manager was there at the front desk I could hear him the entire time while I was put on hold VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE. Hope corporate sees this and can do something about it.

I reached there exactly at 6:38 pm and they did not entertain me...even though the office hours are till 7:00 pm...I had to quickly drop a parcel...even the shipping label was attached on it...They should respect the store hours...or update it to 6:30 pm....so one can plan accordingly

Overpriced with no prices quoted or listed, $4.00 was listed as a customer service charge on the bill which was explained (only after I asked) was for the tape and packing it. I would had gladly packed it myself if I was given the choice, the gentleman had taken the computer into the back already and never said anything. First and last time at this store!

I went to this UPS store two times so far for copies, for Notary of 4 different papers, and for questions. Al has been there both times and has been so helpful, patient and very pleasant to me each time! What really GREAT customer service! He helped me with each question, did my notarys and made all my copies and even separated each sheet, for me and stapled them together with the papers they came with before he made copies, saving me the time of doing so when I got home. All of Als help and his employees help and kindness really made my tasks easier and much more pleasant. If you need to send anything or do anything in a UPS store, I recommend this Ewing New Jersey store! You will not be sorry you went there! I went to this location to return two packages to Amazon. There was one person in front of me and 4 employees behind the counter. One of the employees was on his phone and the others let me stand in line for a few minutes before coming to help me. The amazon instructions which I had printed out said to provide the tracking ID and the UPS store would print the label I would need to return the packages. They told me I needed a bar code and to go get my phone. The email on my phone was the same thing I had printed out. They pointed to a bar code they had hanging by the register which I didnt have. I was following the instructions provided by Amazon. I took my packages and left. I ended up contacting Amazon and they emailed me the return labels instead. I wont go back to this store because the customer service I received was poor. Amazon said they could of used the information on the email I had with me to print the labels but I guess they didnt want to do there job. I also dont think employees should be on their cell phones while a customer is waiting in line. Very disappointing experience with this UPS location.

I’ve gone to this store a few times to ship packages. I live very close so it’s the logical location for me. As I went back to ship something else in a very small box I was informed I was getting charged $1 for the use of tape. I was very confused because I provided my own box and also padded envelope so I could keep my costs down. The employee told me it’s store policy so I decided to leave. I returned the following day when the owner was there. I asked him why does he have a policy like that and he just kept repeating that’s the store policy. Acting like he didn’t have any control over it. They are not a corporate location they are a franchise so they have some flexibility. The point is I felt like I’m being nickel and dimed. The store started to get crowded and other people heard our conversation. Only then did he relent and waive my $1 fee. He could’ve done it way before then. And that’s my point. I only use them because I have to not because they provide great customer experience. My advice is to ask for a breakdown of what you’re being charged.
