Music Box is my go-to spot for instrument repairs and honest, quality service. Frank and company are a trustworthy resource for musicians of all levels of ability.
The bridge of my violin snapped in half and I called the music box out of the blue asking if they could fix it.. It was a Friday afternoon at 4:30. The technician, Mark, said he would stay late for me to get there, then he shaped me a new bridge in a half hour. It fits great and sounds great. He was personable and charged me $20 after he quoted me $40 on the phone. Other places I called said it would cost anywhere from $60 to $175! I will be going back for any violin or guitar repairs I need. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend! Service was great! Reed helped my young daughter with her new ukulele/guitar. He explained and showed her how to tune it. Thank you very much you made her day!
He didnt have what I needed in stock but was so helpful. I needed it the next day. He actually referred me to another specific music store. That kind of customer service is remarkable in this day. Would go back to him again because of the customer service and because he was a gentlemen on the phone.
The best places to go for anything you need its my favorite place to go

Best Luthier around! If you have a guitar that needs fixing or a setup, this is the place to go. Everything from setups and re-frets, and even custom builds.
I have gotten a lot better at piano because of their AMAZING teachers! I love this place!
Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable help. My son got his favorite guitar there, second hand, reasonable price.
