Havent gotten work done here. Called ahead and was told theyre open till 5. Told them was coming from over an hour away. No prob were here till 5. Got there 4:50 and place is packed up and blacked out. Too bad because I heard good things.

The manager is awesome and will do whatever he can to accommodate the customer. Seem installed a Flowmaster outlaw on my 21 F150, AFTER already having an after market install. He did a sick job. The truck came out perfect. It took him no time at all and was extremely reasonably priced. Love this place

They did very good job. Quote over the phone was pretty high, but once I showed up, they lifted my car and told my exactly price, which was much better, than over the phone. They did amazing job and they will explain everything you need. They are best in the area

Fixed a broken tailpipe connection on my 14 year old car while I waited. Another place has said it couldnt be done because the needed part was obsolete.

I went to this establishment because someone recommended me to get work done here. I thought I just needed a muffler but instead needed to get a cat back. When I picked up my truck I asked why was my truck loud and then a week later brought it back to see why my gas wasnt lasting after I just received services. I was told the muffler is suppose to be loud. Found out that was not true. So now within a year later I have to get the same work done again. Not happy or pleased with the work at this location.

A friend of mine had recommended this place and I happen to be in the area and I simply brought my car in for an estimate on a cracked pipe and these guys took care of it right away and did an awesome job...very honest pricing too. I Highly recommend Mufflex

These guys are a Ripp off dont go thereI was charge over $400 bucks for an hour work, I provided my own muffler & tips.The guy said that he needed to Customize totally B.SHe added 2 pieces of steel, honestly I could just walk away but my appointment was made & my car was up & wanted to just get it done so they over charge me about $200 besides the welds arent that good & at the end they scratched my tips, I found good reviews so I gave it a shot so my advice to you is to find another shop. Probably they dont care about bad review but if there was a zero star I would give it a zero.

These guys are awesome! Great repairs done quickly. They replaced a whole section of my exhaust for just $120 in 45 minutes.

Had a broken exhaust and it was welded with in about 30minutes. The guy told me that he welded it stronger than it was and promised that not even Pennsylvania roads will crack it again.

After a section of the exhaust had fallen off due to rust, I was able to drop off my car, get it fixed and pick it up within a matter of hours, and all for less than the dealership wanted. I dont expect to have issues with the exhaust system on my car, but if I do, Im going to Mufflex. Couldnt recommend them more.

I have left negative reviews but still given stars Im at a loss, I called asked if an appt was necessary for a process that can be done to the muffler while still in the vehicle, as I was told by many car enthusiasts. Anyway said I could not make it the next day so said to come by I said be there in 20. As I pulled in someone had to have seen me. So I sat and sat and sat, then called told to wait just a little I had no plans and the patience that most are stunned but after idk, I left, its a $30 job max. So I understand businesses have to make money and if in the same position I would have at least walked over and treated me as if I was buying a new system. I have heard many great things about this place, a member of my family just had work done.....But for what I need to be done Ill go somewhere else part in hand probably to a welding shop where my $20-30 job to put an extra bung in my exhaust.I didnt want to leave any stars but 3 by default - dont use it for ranking.

DONT BOTHER BRINGING YOUR LOWERED CAR HERE. This is an AMAZING shop in terms of their welding skill, however if you’re a younger individual with a lowered car they WILL give you dirty looks and tell you that your car needs to be raised in order to be serviced. I wanted new exhaust tips welded on but they said I needed to raise my car. They’re basically too busy and good for you to roll out some jacks and do it on stands. My normal guy got my exhaust tips on with jacks and did a great job. I’m just disappointed they couldn’t do the same since I had to get different sized tips but it is what it is. Again this review is irrelevant to anyone who’s car isn’t really low, but considering the high amount of popularity lowered cars are gaining I think it’s important to share.

Did a great job fabricating the Y pipe for my Jeep Grand Wagoneer out of stainless so it matched the rest of my new stainless Exhaust. Scheduled in advance and everything went very smoothly. Denny and the crew are the BEST!

Did a muffler delete and had them install my Vibrant Resonator on my Fiesta ST. They used 409 stainless steel for the muffler delete straight pipe. Traveled 60 miles from new york to get quality work on my car. I would def recommend Mufflex to anyone who wants quality exhaust work with fair pricing.

The best exhaust shop for exhaust related repairs; in my opinion. I dont know if they coordinate any performance exhaust work, but Ive taken both of my sports cars there and have been extremely satisfied with the results. They are quick and Professional, and although theyre lot is pretty small that IS the only complaint I can even think of. Love these guys

I was looking for recommendations for having some work from another shop repaired, and these guys were highly recommended. Stopped in to get a quote on replacing the tailpipes, but he said the pipes are fine and hed be able to cut out the boogered mess and make it look good again. Less than an hour later and I was out the door. Look, they may not be the cheapest, but in the end I saved money and had quality work done. I should have came here to have the original work done. Ill be back here again in the future Im sure.

From the advice from a friend in 1999 I came from Pennsylvania (while still in high school) to have Mufflex install a Flowmaster cat back exhaust on my 1986 Buick Regal ( nope, not a turbo 231v6) and they did a great job! Glad to see theyre still around doing business and I think I will be using them again soon for my two vehicles.

Brought in a lowered E30, they managed to somehow fit a 3 mandrel bent exhaust underneath it that doesnt rub, scrape, vibrate, or show any other signs of ill fitment. I suspect dark magic was involved.

These guys did a great job replacing the exhaust on my Eurovan. I brought it in at 8AM and had a new custom exhaust fitted by 9:30. Fast and professional!

I was referred to Mufflex by my dealership, and boy was I glad that they suggested that I go here to get the hole in my muffler fixed! The cost of the work here was a fraction of the quote that the dealership gave me. They didn’t try to overcharge me or sell me extra services that I didn’t need. They were also able to service my car right away, they gave me a quote minutes after I dropped it off and had it fixed that day. Excellent service! These guys were fantastic. Brought in a used car with failing muffler and pipes. Instead of replacing everything like a dealer would, they replaced what they had to, repaired what they could, which is exactly what I wanted for a used car. It was a solid repair and not a frankenstein (no parts hanging down!) like so many muffler shops.

I have been going to Denny for almost 20 years, and I live quite a ways from there.I go because there is simply no one better for custom exhaust work -- done right the first time.About the only negative is that parking can be tough, but thats because theyre always busy, which to me is a good sign. They always try to accommodate my schedule though.

I normally dont write reviews, but I have been getting tired of only seeing pissed off people writing. SO I wanted to take the time to thank Mufflex for their service. Having a G37S most people where I came from (Mississippi) wouldnt touch my car. I looked around when I moved to NJ and Mufflex was recommended to me. When I got there they popped my car up and started drawing out designs. Not just one but all of them were throwing out ideas. They gave me the best design for what I wanted out of the car and a fair price. The biggest thing is they let me think about it. NO pressure, I had a few questions they took the time to answer. When I finally pulled the trigger they had my car in with-in a few days. Told me it would be about 4 hours or so. But the best thing is they kept me involved with the build, picking different tips, to even coming out and listening to the car getting my feedback on if I liked the sound. Had me done in 2 hours. Great people to work with, quicker than they estimated. I will be bringing my wifes vehicle back.

Great shop, I took my 2016 GMC Sierra in, I had purchased a Borla muffler and chrome tip . I asked that the factory resonator be removed .They said lets install the Borla muffler 1st and see if you like it like that .They said it might me too load if we remove the resonator at same time ... take it around the block and and if you want then we can remove resonator ... Well I took it out for drive and, then asked for the resonator to be removed ... I wanted some Growl ... perfect .Thanks Shawn ...

This place is a rip off, charges way more than what should be charged. He changes the prices when you get to the shop, i wouldn’t recommend going here.

I have been to other shops before, I was told to go there by a local mechanic around me because no one wanted to do the fabrication I needed for my custom exhaust. Prices are very reasonable, great work, they are very professional. Im glad I actually did the work with them, def coming back for more work on my other cars.

Although its part of the Mufflex chain, they run an old-school shop that does excellent work at fair prices - and without the up-sell tactics Ive experienced in other places. These guys live and breathe mufflers, and it shows int he quality of their work. While they love doing high-end custom/performance work (they have pictures of some of their jobs on the walls!), they work equally hard at taking care of cash-strapped customers like myself who just need to nurse their old jalopy through another couple of years. Ive brought several cars to them and they have always gone out of their way to find the most cost-effective way to solve a problem.

Ive had two cars worked on by Mufflex. One for a simple replacement of a worn exhaust system and another for a custom fabricated stainless y pipe setup on my Firehawk. They are absolute professionals and have a can do attitude that is refreshing to see. I travel from out of state to have my cars worked on at Mufflex and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

Got my Mufflex muffler yesterday and had to install it today. The hardest part was removing the rubber mounts from the OEM muffler.After I got that done it was only about 15 minutes til I was starting the truck to see how it sounded. It sounded like a truck should (not to loud). The fit was perfect. (2016 Ram 2500 w/6.4 hemi, coil springs)

When I called personally they could not give me an estimate for the work I needed done and told me to come in with my car. I explained I had no exhaust and I was worried about getting pulled over I asked if they could give a possible ball park number and they refused. My girlfriend called later independently on her own and asked the same thing at which point they proceeded to giver an estimate of $200 and said that parts were included. So she set the appointment letting them know it had to be done that day because of no other time. I found this odd, but because of all the great reviews I figured they were trustworthy she made it there safely without being pulled over thankfully, and upon arrival she was quoted a different price of $430 and was told it that it would not be able to be done that day. When she asked about the difference she was told that the what was said over the phone was not true and there was no one there to be held accountable. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, AND FEEL AS IF THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HER. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RUDE TO HER.
