Wish I had seen these reviews before using their website to quickly take my money and then.....nothing! No product, no returned emails, no answered phone calls, nada. Have filed a complaint with Paypal. Maybe Paypal will shut down their account.

This site is a scam. The site is active. It will allow customers to place orders and pay for those item. But the items are never processed and shipped.

Working with PayPal for a refund, website is now down. Business was probably shuttered but left website active.

Ordered Shocks for my Goldwing 2 weeks ago. Order is still in a pending status. Ive sent 2 online support inquiries as well as a voicemail with absolutely no response to any. I wouldve been fine with We are currently understaffed or Theyre on backorder or whatever may be the hold up but Ive literally received nothing. Theres also nothing on their website that would explain whats going on either. Meanwhile Im missing whats typically a short riding season...Update 6/25/20. Ive had to escalate my issue with Paypal. Still have not received any communication from Midwest Cycle Pro and my order still states Processing. What a waste of my time...

Unfortunately I too ordered from the website Midwest cycle pro and have not received what I ordered. I tried calling and emailing with no response and had to start a claim with PayPal. I will note that the business address and phone on the website do not match the google address listed for the business here, nor is the number the same. So I hope someone figuresit all out soon. The site may be shadowed or hacked but there is no way to get to the “real” one if it has been.

Placed 3 orders end of June. Still not received. Phones disconnected. No email response. Have escalated to PayPal and placed hold on credit card. Looks like they have gone out of business taking our money with them.

All the phone numbers are non working and so far the item I ordered 13 days ago has yet to show and no reply to email.

Found the bike parts I was looking for, great prices, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
