Beautiful store. Had exactly what I was looking for.

The chandelier had shorted out. Almost caused a electrical fire.Took the light in for a repair. The light was ready when they said it would be and has work flawlessly for the past month.Great job. Ill be back

Nice dog Bitc* of sale staff. This is 4th time Ive dealt with this store. 1st time I purchased a $80 fixture and they were nice next 3 times 2 were for lamp parts/ bulbs and a pick up for one of my customers purchases. The 2 little purchases it seemed I interrupted her phone time. Internet is cheaper and just as good of service. SAD

Helpful. Almost all of my lamps and light fixtures are from Lighthouse. Great selection,very helpful. Also have names of installers, repairs and lampshades.

Lady at the front counter unwelcoming & rude as she spoke with 2 others. Openly scoffed at me when I told her I could buy an entire lamp with what they wanted to charge me for replacing the socket (she said good luck!). I felt embarrassed and disrespected. Will not return.
