I went to the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Trenton, fully believing they would try to sell me something after the ear exam, yet they did not. Paul Beauch was honest and very strait forward with me explaining what my hearing situation was and that for the amount of improvement I would get, would at this moment, be a waist of time and money. Honesty like this is rare these days to say the least. I will have no qualms of any kind going to Miracle-Ear in the future.

Recently purchased a $5000 set of hearing aids. Could not hear my cell phone with hearing aids in. Multiple trips for adjustment with no or little help. Actually spent a hours trying to correct.Not sure they know how to program them or if they were defective.Returned today and was charged the 10%penalty for returning. $500Not a very reputable company that penalizes you when they cant give you a product that works.Was not my fault they could not get them to work

Paul was our Miracle Ear tech. His level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. My father was highly skeptical of hearing aids based on past experiences with other manufacturers. Pauls level of knowledge, combined with his personable approach, put my father at ease immediately.Equally impressive was the comprehensive testing used to assess my fathers current level of hearing loss. My father is on day 3 of his new hearing aids and he could not be happier!!! Had to get an emergency repair on my hearing aids. I stopped in this office without being a former customer and without an appointment. Although they were busy, they fixed my hearing aid issues in less than half an hour. Super friendly and helpful. These are professional people who are in business to help others.

Steve was very caring and attentive and was willing to answer all our questions. He explained the entire testing process and then on our visit to pick up the hearing aids he spent as much time as was needed to make my husband comfortable with his new hearing aids. Husband has had nothing but issues with his hearing aids. They cut out, wire is loose, humming sound and they cant seem to fix them. He has had them less than a year and has been back at least 8 times to no avail. Would not reccomend .

My Grandmother has considerable hearing loss and is very resistant to change. So she would never consider getting hearing aids. Recently, I noticed how quiet she had become. She told me it was because she cant understand most of what we are saying when we come together as a family. We decided to give Miracle-Ear a try. The staff at the Trenton store is amazing! They took so much time testing for her specific hearing loss and explaining every detail to us. Grandma left confident that she would have no trouble caring for and use her hearing aids. They treated us just like family. Great experience!

The staff are helpful and friendly. When, I had a problem, they was helpful and real fast. The first time I got tested, Paul was so helpful n made it pleasant. He also, found a way I could afford hearings aids by making payments thur CARE Credit ...One thing, I do miss is seeing Paul smiling...

Very courteous staff who appear to be very knowledgeable about hearing aids and how to help you pick what is right for you . Ive been in the office several times (for cleaning of my hearing aid) and the staff has always been willing to help with any situation I have had. I would recommend this team to anyone considering a hearing aid purchase.
