On Monday by phone prices batteries $120.00 ea. If installed, clean, paint rack, additional $85.00. $40.00 for testing, but refunded if l buy batteries. Delivered cart to T&T On Tuesday with instruction to test batteries or troubleshoot why they go dead so fast. Now I’m told batteries were $125.00 each. I instructed if I need batteries just remove the cores and I will clean and install. Friday I had heard nothing so I called, was told cart is ready and charge is $90.35. Couldn’t get answer as to what the problem was or what repairs were done. I go to pickup cart to learn it’s setting with no batteries installed. Still no answer as to what was done. Still don’t know if batteries were tested. Was told the batteries were old so they removed them. Asked what the $90.35 was far, told it was far removing the batteries. His statement “these guys can’t work for nothing”. Ok I have to have batteries, what is price? Now I’m told $130.00. I advised that I had note in my phone with price of $120.00. I had to produce the phone in order for them to honored the price. Three people working and three different prices.They then push the cart into my trailer and I bring it home to do the work I feel I paid them to do.I was told $770.40 + $85.00 gets new batteries installed and rack cleaned and painted. I paid $770.40 + $90.35. and I clean and install. $-90.35 to remove batteries when I bought new ones is just so out of reason. This is why I post this. If someone (owner only) would like to discuss this my number is on the work order....

I would not recommend T&T Golf carts. My family has been buying parts for their golf cart from them for several years now. Mainly out of convenience, seeing as how they are the closest golf cart supplier around. As far as parts go, they are not quality. They are also extremely overpriced. My family always pays cash, and over a nine month period the price of their tires completely doubled. My family has had to constantly replace batteries that they have bought from T&T. My mother went in to buy a tire that she had already replaced not even nine months prior, from T&T, (the tire dry rotted) she had previously paid around $40 for the tire, they tried to charge her $104 for one tire! She found the exact same tire for $44 and got free shipping from a different company! The salesman was rude, considering my mother has been doing business with them for YEARS. Needless to say they lost my families business.

I bought 6 6 volt batteries started to have some problems with the batteries dieing after just a few minutes of riding my cart Billy sed the batteries checked good. Had them checked at 2 other places. And found out that I have 4 batteries that are bad. They Will not stand good for the warranty. BILLY IS FULL OF BULL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIM FOR ANYTHING well if the batteries were good why in the hell is my golf cart doing great with the new batteries I had to buy. Your batteries are no good and you all will not stand behind your batteries

Bought 2 golf carts there, the staff is always friendly and make you feel like a valued customer.

I have bought several parts from T&T over the years, in order to keep my old golf cart running. They have always managed to find the parts that I have needed. This last trip, I went there to purchase a new battery and there customer service guy showed me a used custom golf cart. Well, after a little haggling, I left with a much newer custom golf cart and defiantly got more than I expected with the extra accessories. Thanks for the great customer service and if I could, Id give you 10 stars.

Didnt actually get to purchase a golf cart but after reading reviews Im assuming that is a blessing. We made an appointment over the phone to purchase a specific golf cart and upon arrival were told it was sold. The guy that we made the appointment with wasnt even working. They showed us another golf cart that could be built out to match the one we wanted. The alternative was in no way comparable. We pulled a trailer over an hour and no one even pretended to care. Sure seemed like a bait & switch operation. Worst experience Ive had in a long time.

My go to supplier for personal or commercial needs. Even helped out with repairs & parts when we were in a bind. Hard to find a better source to purchase from and best of all, it’s owned/operated by a local family!

Mike Gray knew more about golf carts than anyone I know. Great salesman and mechanic.

One star is or fixing my Dixie Chopper zero turn. It was a blown fuse. No more stars after that. -100 stars for breaking the seat of a new mower with only 23 hours on it. They picked up, the seat was just fine. They returned it with a broken seat. I went to mow when it was delivered back to me and the seat was flopping back on the engine...I’m 5’4”...there is no way I could drive it laid back like that. They said it was delivered that way. That means it was the guy who picked it up and took it to T&T in Trenton, GA. They said that was a third party person. I said they need to get a hold of him...that is what companies like that have insurance for. Also, I didn’t freaking hire the third party person to pick up and deliver my mower, they did. All I know is I paid $100 T&T Golf Carts in Trenton, GA to pick up, fix and deliver my mower. Not to break the seat. I called and called. Owner never called me back. No manager...nothing. Try to keep business local but when treated like that...no way! Stay far away from this place.

I have a golf cart with a dump trailer that I have had for about ten years. I have never had any trouble out of it. I use it all the time. The convenience of being able to drive around my property and do whatever needs to be done is great. The dump bed really makes unloading easy. I have never had any problems with my cart. I would recommend a golf cart for work around the yard to anyone. I WOULD ALSO RECCOMMEND T& T GOLF CARTS AS THE PLACE TO MAKE THAT PURCHASE.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ive felt with them twice since they became an authorized dealer for Dixie Chopper. I had my mower serviced there 2 years ago and Im still waiting for the call to come pick up the replacement air filter that I paid for in the service, from 2 years ago.Ive been waiting almost 3 weeks for a replacement belt. After 2 weeks I went in and asked for the part number and was kindly given it. 3 days later I have it from Amazon. Wrong belt. I did some research and found that not only did they give me the wrong part number, its also for a different mower. Ill never deal with them again

Not only do they sell golf carts, they also sell parts and replacement batteries. They also sell Dixie chopper mowers and replacement parts. They also have a service department, highly recommended.

Friendly service very helpful. Went with to small a trailer. They let me borrow a trailer for the weekend to use my cart at the lake. I would recommend them to you if youre looking for a golf cart. Very competitively priced.

I have bought several items from T&T, but I feel they change prices of their products depending on who you are. I have had 2 different instances where friends purchased something at one price and I call and get different pricing. Guess thats why we have the internet, so we can compare pricing.

This dealership has the worst customer service. What is the point of a 4 year warranty when they wont uphold their end of the bargain? We bought a Dixie Chpper less than a year ago and love it, but this place wont return a phone call, the warranty is pointless, and the customer service is terrible. It must run on the good ol boy system and, since we didnt go to high school with the owner, we cant get a return phone call. Take your money elsewhere!

Buyer Beware! They will sell you a fleet cart rather than a Personal Use Vehicle. You wont know the difference till you start having electrical issues, plus it has less power. Ordered a 2018 QuietTec for retirement and immediately started having issues. Radio quit, bolt fell off wheel, both headlights burnt out. Took it to Yamaha Distributor and they said it would cost $1,000 to get electrical upgraded to be like a Personal use cart. Very dissatisfied.!
