Len and his team are excellent. They are honest and professional. As a small business owner myself, I tend to look at other companies to compare their operations. I feel that Cooks Glass has quite a good setup, and they did a great job. I plan to have them back soon for the last three windows I need to be replaced in my home.

I had Cooks out to fix a bedroom window. The gas inside of the window was leaking out. My window after they fixed it never looked so crystal clear. The people there are so nice and very informative on what needed to be done. I had another company out that knew nothing about the gas inside the window. I highly recommend Cooks Glass & Mirrors. Got to know about this company on Google. My basement window was blown off overnight by strong winds. Called, they asked me to bring it and get it back in a few days. They actually fixed it within one hour because their techs were back from the field. But whats so special is their enthusiasm to help, moderate price and friendliness. Good company to deal with. Good place to go and find those hard to replace windows you cant find at the big box store. Was also able to get glass cut for the tops of wood dressers. No more worrying about them getting scratched up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service guys are always very professional and clean up like they were never there.

We are a Mercer County area grounds maintenance contractor working primarily at condos and townhouses. We have the unfortunate experience of occasionally breaking windows, it happens once or twice a year. I had a patio door rescreened with a special netting in March. The work and price was great.About a week I noticed the bottom buckling. I called and spoke with Ana. She wants very nice, understanding and professional. After a few questions made an appointment.The repairman came out fixed the screen no problem.Do not hesitate at all to hire Cooks Glass, company very reliable, great prices, customer service kind and im very happy with the service.

I remodeled and enlarged my shower in August, 2019. I had Cooks Glass install the doors. I will never hire them again for anything. In fact, 2 friends of mine asked me how they did, and I told them never to hire them.My wife took the day off work when they first came in to install the shower doors. When I got home, I noticed one of the doors was chipped on the bottom corner, and the workmen tried to hide it by smearing clear caulk on it. I was furious and called them the next day. They came a month later to replace the door. My wife had to take another day off work for this second time they came.It is 6 months later, and I noticed water leaking from under the bottom track. I thought to myself there shouldnt be any leaks if they had put caulk on the bottom track like they should. Upon investigation, I discovered no caulk was placed on the bottom track. In fact, no caulk was placed in the screw holes either like they should have done.I am now incensed to the tenth degree. I cant take a day off from work. I dont get paid if I dont work. I cant trust Cooks to do a good job this 3rd time around. Im going to have to fix everything myself.

We are a non profit Historical organization. We needed a piece of glass for a large antique table that had just been refinished. Cooks Glass came to our rescue. They came to our building to measure it.A few weeks later they were back with a piece of glass to cover this beautiful table.We can now use the table without worrying about scratching or harming it.It was a pleasure working with everyone in this company from Anna and Christine in the office to Len and Michael who measured the table and delivered the glass.

Cooks did a shower enclosure and two bathroom mirrors for me last week, the gentleman chris and his helper did such a beautiful job and I am so happy, it looks like a piece of art, they were so courteous and nice! just the way he explained how everything works and why was really informative! they even took their shoes off the whole time they came in and out of the house, really great!

Great work but horrible customer service! Went here to drop a window off to be fixed. Got a call saying the window was done when I went to pick it up I just received a glass with no frame, so I was told to leave the window and they would have it installed in the frame and to come back by 5 o’clock that same day... I arrived at 4:48 on Friday and no one was there. So I made 2 pointless trips to pick up the window and wasted my time and gas! Glass looks good but a lot of aggravation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They replaced all of the windows in my home including two bay windows and it has literally changed everything about the house from appearance to climate control to sound levels. My heat does not constantly run, I dont have to cover all my windows with plastic and thermal curtains and the house is practically soundproof. The dogs dont even know we are home until we walk through the door! The whole experience was amazing -- beginning with Lens knowledge and experience which is evident from the first conversation you have with him, the scheduling process is a breeze with the pleasant office team and right up to the last day of installation where every last piece of debris is removed. I own a hair salon in the small town of Cranbury! The windows that we were replacing were actually considered historic and where very think, heavy, and difficult. Chris and John came out did an AMAZING job! They cleaned up everything while working, and after everything was finished it was like they where never even here! Our mirror looks really nice. The design was exactly as ordered. But the customer service was extremely difficult. I was originally told it would be 2 weeks, it actually was 4 weeks. During our pick up, they only gave my contractor one mirror. My contractor specifically asked if both mirrors were in the box and was reassured yes. But he got to our house and only had one mirror! so we had to go back again for the second mirror.Would not recommend Cooks Glass - you can get a similiar product with less of a headache at someplace else

I have an old double hung window where the upper sash literally fell apart before my eyes and broke. When I first called, I had little knowledge of the proper terms for the window components so I misspoke and told them the frame fell apart. The woman that answered literally suggested I try to find the parts cheaper to save money instead of gouging me. I went online to look at the correct terms and realized it was the sash that had broken, so I called back, set up an appointment to have it measured. The guy showed up a day early, got my measurements and gave me a 2-4 weak estimate to get the glass. They window arrived in a week and they did an excellent job putting it back together. I highly recommend!

Called looking for installation for a door I wanted to order from Lowes. Woman said they were basically junk and good installers wouldnt install them. So I decided to get a price range from them for their doors. I started to explain that I am trying to buy 3 doors and have them installed since we are in the middle of wrapping up 3 bathroom renovations and have an unexpected out of state job move. Since we are selling I dont want to spend too much but this is a $500K house so I need decent quality. She cut me off because she didnt want to take the 30 seconds to listen to what I wanted. Very rude. If someone cant take the time to listen they cant provide good service!
