Wish I could give ZERO stars.I contacted LG customer service regarding an OE error on my dishwasher, which was backing up with water and extremely slow draining. LG recommended that I call local service provider Appliances and Electronics aka American Unlimited Electronics aka Ewing Repair. After setting up an appointment, it was difficult to find out the service window, as they call between 4:45-5:00pm and close at 5:00pm. Once the service tech Alex came (2/03), he was late but courteous. But, he did not speak good English. I had a very hard time understanding him, especially under his mask. The language barrier created a communication barrier. He reset my computer but noted that the extension hose, although functioning, would need to be replaced down the road. He ran the dishwasher for about 5 minutes and said it was repaired. I paid $97.32 for this service.Since Im selling my house, I did not want to jinx anything and did not use the dishwasher after he left. When the buyers home inspector came three weeks later (2/23), they ran the dishwasher and reported an OE error, leaking, and the fact that the dishwasher wouldnt turn off.I tried turning off the dishwasher and nothing worked. I finally had to flip the circuit breaker as a temporary fix. I called Appliances and Electronics/American Unlimited Electronics and reported the problem. I asked if someone could at least come out to turn the dishwasher off. The receptionist Nikki, was extremely rude and said that I would be charged an additional fee since I didnt have the extension hose replaced and there was no way to prove that I didnt use the dishwasher since the last service. I noted that the tech told me that the hose was still functional and did not need to be immediately replaced.The receptionist continued to be rude and hostile. I asked if she could simply send someone out to turn off the dishwasher, not even fix it, and she noted that there would be a charge. I filed a formal complaint with LG and they are investigating given the number of poor reviews and complaints against this business. I have also filed a complaint with BBB.

Terrible company, they should be out of business and not wasting customers money and time waiting for hours on the phone. Unqualified stuff, receptionist refused to talk when call again and put on hold for over an hour, even they dont have any customers. I do not recommend them to anyone!

You know there are times when you can tell the level of service you will receive just by calling the business and asking some basic questions. I can clearly understand why this business has an average 1 star rating. The lady who answered the phone clearly doesnt like her job and did absolutely nothing to make me feel as if my potential business with them was a priority.Im just thankful I didnt waste my time driving and paying them money. No thank you!

I give them absolutely NO stars. This company totally sucks! I was told they are experts at determining factory defects, when I asked the tech how, he said (and I quote) I take picture and leave, I no expert. ANd that is all he did, they had on receipt, before he even got there that it was not factory defect. He didnt even touch my stove other than taking a picture of model and serial number, total time at my house maybe 4 minutes. Dont waste your time or money!

Really bad customer service - came to my house to fix my washing machine and said they couldn’t do it because washing machine was against the wall - isn’t that where washing machines are supposed to be?? Also when I said I was calling the office, the guy just left - no report. As someone else said, the guy ran out of my house.Update: I was given a call to reschedule. I asked for a report when they come, and the lady told me they will not come and told me to find another provider. They then hung up

I brought my vintage cassette deck in for repair and they did a very good job. It works as good as new now and the repair didnt take forever. Only 4 stars since it was a little more expensive than I expected, but i would use them again.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My washing machine was giving an error code indicating there was an Over Load even though we didnt over fill the machine. The tech Alex came to for the first visit to diagnose the issue as a broken computer board. He ordered the part and didnt come back to change the part for 2 weeks. I asked him to wait until I run a load to confirm the issue is resolved and he ran out of my house. Of course, he incorrectly misdiagnosed the issue and replaced a computer board that wasnt broken. In two visits he spent a total of 20 mins in my home. I called their office and their customer service rep. was blaming me for the issue.Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You are better off trying to repair things through YouTube. DO NOT USE!!!

This company has the WORST customer service! They were contracted by Verizon to repair my TV. After I placed the repair request, it was over two weeks until the first available date for them to come out and service my TV. I was told the arrival window was 1pm - 5pm. The day before the diagnosis visit, they called to tell me the window was now 12pm - 4pm. I specifically scheduled my day around the original window, and I couldnt accommodate 12pm. They claimed they never told me 1pm - 5pm, but I know they did and put it in my calendar while I was on the phone with them.The “customer service” rep was completely unaccommodating and unprofessional. I asked if the tech could call me on their way, and I was told “no, they aren’t allowed.” When I told the rep I couldnt be available at 12pm, I was told Id have to start the process over again through Verizon. I asked to speak to a manager, and she refused to let me speak to one. After we got “disconnected,” I called back and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes until I hung up. I contacted Verizon and canceled my appointment, and scheduled the repair with another company through Verizon. Other reviewers had a similar experience. Avoid this place like the plague.

Terrible customer service. I cannot even give one star. Receptionist was rude and incompetent as well as the service person. Do not let them even touch anything you own in your house. They made us wait weeks to fix a washer that my husband fixed in 10 minutes. ( The service man could have fixed it the day he came out). Then had the nerve to claim our warranty was voided. A part was ordered and they said it would take 7-10 business days to get the plastic part that requires same day shipping on Amazon. I dont know how they even stay in business. How can a household of 5 adults be without a washer for 3 weeks with no condolences or sense of urgency? Just because it was covered under the warranty they didnt seem to really care if it was fixed or not. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and Speed Queen so no one has to endure this kind of aggravation. Do not use their services.

Quick to come out to diagnose the problem, but very slow to actually fix it. No one answers the telephone either. Still waiting for them to call me to schedule the actual fix more than a week after they diagnosed the problem. Warranty company selected this outfit, not me. Otherwise I would have used someone else.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Victoria is the receptionist who answers the customer service line and she is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in customer service. She absolutely does not care about her customers and should not be answering telephone calls. The company itself is unreliable and takes forever to get back in touch with you. Victoria would not work with my schedule at all and basically gave no option for even talking about it. When I told her I called back for an appointment to confirm, she told me You did not call or I would have seen it. When I tried to respond calmly and say I did call, but thats fine I am here for the appointment, She cut me off and told me again, You did not call. Worst company ever, do not go to them for service. They are no help.

Wish there was an option for 1/2 star and they would only get that because they answered the phone. They came out the first time and technician was useless. When I called to get the follow-up diagnostics done, the receptionist was rude, unfriendly and incompetent. She wouldnt even look up my reference number and solely relied on the fact that they had no open orders in the system for the last week. Absolutely horrendous!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Appointment was made through Home Depot, as I have a service contract through them, it was for this morning, and since no one called to confirm I called to verify appointment, and I was on hold over 20 minutes, so I hung up and called back. Customer Service rep was a man with a heavy accent, Eugene, he could not comprehend English when I asked to verify my appointment for today he said that they were booked today and he could not make me appointment, I tried to let him know I had an appointment and wanted to verify it, he again told me no appointment for today. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said no, I asked to speak to another customer service rep, he said no. I had to get Home Depot to intervene, seems that this company forgot to make my appointment for today. Home Depot rescheduled me with another company, thank goodness, if this company is so inept I do not want them near my washer!

I would give them zero stars if possible. Very rude and dont provide service on time. Customer service representative Victoria called me half sleep to tell me that my service is delayed again for the fifth time. Threaten me to cancel my service. Unexpectable.

Guy came out to fix power wire on my stove, he cut out problem part of wire and spliced it back together. NOT OKAY!!!! Putting in a formal complaint and called Lg (maker of stove) immediately after he left for different company to service my stove.
