We are extremely happy with All-Day’s service. When I called our situation was more inconvenience than a real emergency but I got an appointment the next day with a convenient two hour window. I got text verification of our appointment and the technician, Bill politely called before arriving. Bill explained our options, the broken twenty-one year old unit had outlived its lifespan and clearly to try to repair it again would be throwing good money after bad. So we agreed to a new and better unit. It’s LiftMaster brand which we like, updated and smart phone compatible with a ten year warranty and it was installed in a flash. It works like a charm and we couldn’t be more pleased to recommend All-Day Garage Doors - local, professional and reasonably priced. FIVE STARS 👍🏻

I have been a customer of All Day Garage Doors for a number of years!! They are such a great company!! Our garage door has always gotten a workout as my family all leaves and returns at different times. Anytime we had a problem All Day was there to help. After 15 years we needed to replace the entire door and Lou came right out, assessed the door and gave us options. We were very pleased with the service—and rapid response—that we got from All-Day Garage Doors! We had a broken rusted spring and cable on an old heavy wooden moldy garage door that’s been there for 40 years. We called on a Friday (after seeing their ad in a value-flyer in the mail). They came on Saturday to give us an estimate, and returned on Monday to do the work, giving us a new lightweight steel door that we decided to purchase. The price was very reasonable, the person who did the work (Lou) was friendly and he stayed on task, installing the door and all new tracks and hardware, and carting off the old door and materials. We are very happy with the final result!

Very happy with online scheduling, communication and response time! During installation was quoted a price, which was high for a garage door spring, and not told it was just for the spring so when I went to pay I paid even more for the install. If you dont have an emergency, check around for pricing.

A retaining cable on my garage door broke one morning, so I contacted All Day Garage Doors straight away. They were able to come out that same afternoon, and were able to quickly replace both pulley/cable systems, lubricated all the hinges, and had it all done within half an hour. All Day technicians are highly skilled at diagnosing and fixing garage door issues. We have used them a couple of times now. I had a recent semi-emergency and they were able to get to my issue within a couple of hours. The technician fixed the issue in less than 1 hour and the cost was very reasonable. He clearly explained what the problem was and my options of repairing or replacing and the costs. I just purchased a hone and the garage door broke the night before my moving truck was expected. He and another kind technician not only fixed the spring, they were able to repair the wheels and pulley on the door. First of all 5 stars doesnt give enough credit. The technician, Lou was professional, punctual and extremely courtesy. On his first visit to my home, he quickly assessed the situation, quoted a very fair price. Since parts needed to be ordered in a pandemic, I assumed it would be at least 2 weeks be job completion. Six days later, Lou called and inquired if someone would be home for installation? He installed the new door, and took the old one away. All Day Garage Doors came out quickly to repair my garage door. Im so glad I called them when I did .... the springs were so stretched in one place that they had nearly snapped! They were very courteous and worked very quickly. And, more importantly, they did wonderful work, replacing all of the rollers, springs, and safety cables. And, they even let me know that I didnt need to replace the garage door opener. The garage door works wonderfully now... even better than when I first had it installed !

We had an amazing experience with the technicians who offered the service today. We got our panels replaced since our car hit it by accident. When I was crazily reaching out to all the companies who could fix it they were only advising me to change the entire door which would have costed me more than double of what I spent now. All the other companies were only saying it’s going look odd if I replace just the panel. Updating review since the superviosr came out to address the issueOriginally they installed garage door in June of 2021. Garage door severely malfunctioned on the Friday before Labor day. We heard a loud thud when we tried to open the garage door with the opener they installed (it was working fine before this date). At first they were extremely defensive when we called to report the malfunctioning garage door opener. When the junior tech came out to fix it the Tuesday after Labor Day, he was plain rude, didnt want to even attempt to resolve the issue and said our broken garage door was our fault. He zoomed off in a huff without actually looking into what the issue wasAfter a bit of back and forth, the supervisor Moe came out to the house. 180 degree change in attitude. He was extremely friendly, apologized profusely for the shoddy job the junior tech did previously and redid the work/ fixed the garage door. Management seems fine, but the junior tech is hotheaded and needs to be trained in customer service.

We had a great experience all around with All Day Garage Doors. Scheduling an appointment for an estimate had plenty of availability and our technician came within the designated time frame.
