Edit to reply to owner: When everything was originally installed the tech told us we would be called to schedule installation of a piece of backsplash that wasnt warped. We had no reason to not believe them. The window sill that was originally installed looked good from far away, but DID NOT fit right, which was only noticeable up close. I have 2 years of emails to prove that I have been hounding you to fix this stuff, Ill post them here if I have to. Also, the people you have measuring all IDIOTS... 1st windowsill too small, 2nd windowsill too big. You guys are awful at what you do and you havent made any attempt to fix it properly. I will be contacting the BBB, as well as the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.0 stars... if I could give negative stars I would. 2 of the pieces that were brought out to be installed were wrong. I had to play phone and email tag for 2 YEARS to get the problems corrected, and they messed up even worse than the first time. Now they are trying to blame the issues on walls that arent square (they are), and they want my husband to fix the mess they made of my wall!!!

I purchased granite countertops for my kitchen remodel from Stone Tech. The available selection in the stone yard was awesome. Danielle was very patient and helped me find the right stone. She also followed to make sure everything turned out how we envisioned. The installers were professional and made sure to shim the stone where necessary. I am very happy with how the final product came out!

This place is amazing! I was a little overwhelmed when I first arrived, as there are literally thousands of slabs to choose from. The person I worked with took pictures of the slabs I liked. When we went into his office, we then scrolled through the slabs to narrow down our selection. In the end, we got exactly what we were looking for and our new bathroom looks better than I could have ever imagined. These guys are the real deal!

Went in, a lady approached and says someone will be right with you browsed the showroom for a half hour and were ignored. Went down the road to euro counters, awesome service.Instead, we were overlooked.Edit after business update: I was in fact ignored, for almost an hour. Please do not dismiss the fact that there were dozens of opportunities for one of your sales staff to mention to my wife and I, that you are super busy and it is best to schedule an appointment. The guy who was sitting in the front of the showroom (probably the owner) playing on his phone, could have mentioned when we walked in. The lady who said Someone will be right with you could have mentioned it as well.Not to mention the two sales people who were standing right near us, who had noticed us when we came in earlier and were waiting for a client to finalize some details could have quickly explained how busy you were. Instead they sat in silence waiting for a response from the couple, while watching us muddle around the edge finish display area.I almost feel like dropping a star for putting this on me. However, you do have a large selection, and hopefully people reading this will schedule an appointment with you. I understand that these times are unprecedented, and the renovations are coming fast and furious. I also know it is hard to keep up with all of the demand. But the customers you put off today, will not be back tomorrow.

Company sucks to deal with. No communication at all. They broke our slab then it was our fault that they decided to take it upon themselves to cut random slab n try n give it to use. Then new slab got pick. Got song an dance bout there edging bit was broke. Now countertop installed seeing big epoxy stop dead in middle of one of the pieces then a gash in another. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but a headache took 2 months to get countertops with all there problems. Held up kitchen remodel with all there drama. Also everytime you call they will just pass you on then say there busy till you show up at there door which I had to do multiple times to get answers.

Plan was to renovate my masters bathroom for my wife. She deserves it! Wanted to give a local company a chance, but it almost seemed like they didn’t want my business. Walked in the door and browsed around for 15 mins. Was finally greeted by a young girl named Kasia. Told me she would help me shortly. Waited another 15 mins and left because my time is valuable. Strange because there were only a few other customers. Selection was impressive though, but will go elsewhere.Update: Wow, why are you so combative? This is a genuine review. Have downgraded to one star. Maybe learn some better customer service. God Bless!

I recently went to Stone Tech after visiting two other marble places. Their selection by far surpassed anything I had seen anywhere else. My husband and I spent over 2 hours looking through one amazing slab after another. Our salesperson was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and he guided us through the entire process. After they came to our home to template, they returned in about a week to install our new kitchen countertops. Their installers were extremely professional and the final product surpassed our expectations. Stone Tech is the real deal.

I stopped into Stone Tech thinking I would have to select from a few slabs (like the other places I previously visited). I was floored to see the thousands of slabs that they had to choose from. Their selection is unmatched, and their service is even better! The final result was new kitchen countertops that exceeded my expectations.

Terrible. Do not use them. They brought the wrong granite, installed it, & when we told them they left. We called numerous times. They acknowledged they charged us for the correct granite but brought the wrong one. A month later & we still have the wrong granite in bathroom. We call and they say “ we will research and call back” but never do. DO NOT USE THEMUPDATE: yes, they reached out to us. Set an appointment to have someone come out at 6:00. No one ever showed up & never called to tell us they were not coming. We called the next day and were told the tile still was still not cut. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Terrible

This company is absolutely amazing! From our first project to our most recent, they have been so friendly, helpful and honest. I wanted to share an unbelievable experience Stone Tech Fabrication . We decided to fully remodel a kitchen and were looking for a stone supplier take on a large project. We planned the project for 15 months. The project was complicated, involving several stone cutouts and large sections of continuous stone. One of the sections was 132” with a sink cut out. Selection of a contractor that “could do pull off” our vision was key to the success of the project. Stone Tech was up to the challenge and produced a masterpiece.From the stone selection, to no pressure sales, to being involved in the layout, to delivery, install, cut quality, these guys are incredible. If you shop for stone, DON’T, just go to Stone Tech.

I recently used StoneTech to furnish and install countertops for a new kitchen I had completed in my home. On the front end, I worked with Kasia on finding the right product for my kitchen, and I can’t recommend Kasia more. She helped me navigate their massive inventory and provided a ton of valuable insight and assistance during the decision making process.My renovation was plagued with one issue after another and StoneTech was patient and flexible at every turn. I wish more of the vendors I dealt with during this renovation were as professional and easy to work with as StoneTech.On the tail end, I interacted with the template & install team. Once again, StoneTech exceeded my already high expectations. Even during the constraints of Covid-19, they were fast, respectful, and followed all guidelines making for a smooth and painless process.They were amazing. I searched for granite countertop companies and decided to contact the first 3 that showed up. The first two companies that I met with appeared to care more about getting the deal closed than what I wanted as a consumer. I am not the type of person who deals well with salespeople who pressure me. After having a bad taste in my mouth I contact the 3rd company on my list, and needless to say, I inadvertently saved the best for last.The representative who helped me was Chris. His knowledge of all the materials was almost as impressive and overwhelming as the amount of product that Stone Tech had on their lot. Chris spent hours with me (not pressuring me) but educating me and helping to guide me to make the right decision. I gave him my rough measurements, finalized the material, and the rest of the process was a pleasure. I was contacted the day before my templating with a window, the templating took less than an hour, and 10 days later my countertops were installed. The process by far exceeded my expectations, and this company knows their stuff!!! I could not imagine why anyone would show anywhere else for this type of product and service.

I LOVE my countertop and backsplash from Stone Tech and had the best possible experience with them as a company. From the start, Kasia asked questions to understand my vision and showed me many stones that met that criteria, in addition to one she thought might work the best. Hands down, her stone selection was by far a great match for the space. They were easy to work with from sales to templating to install. The attention to detail for piecing the stone sections while ensuring overall flow is great, particularly with the box they cut to hide some exposed pipes in my kitchen. It was easy to add on a backsplash with same stone after my unsuccessful attempts at finding something that would look good with the stone. I had an issue with the range not fitting the space, which was in part due to inaccurate information that the range vendor shared. While it cost extra money to cut the stone, Stone Tech came out the next day with someone very knowledgeable and cut the stone in place. Everything looks wonderful and I couldnt be more pleased.

From the time we met with them to the day the granite was installed, they were extremely professional. The slabs that they used for our countertops are perfect, and the installation is so incredible that it looks like one giant piece. These guys are the real deal! Complete disgraceful. Joanne sold our granite . She blamed our kitchen contractor because she never received a deposit . When my wife and I clearly told her since we were having a difficult time finding granite tops we would give her a deposit that night. Long story short she dropped the ball and had our slabs sold..Im in service industry. She said she has 15000 customers, so I guess my kitchen didnt matter. I would never recommend her.

NEVER use this company. They measure incorrectly, fail to cut per the specs, and routinely cancel or no show for appointments. It has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. Save the frustration and go somewhere else.

Had kitchen and fireplace hearth done by Stonetech. Kitchen was great, but the hearth was wrong size and color. When the owner (Dino) got wind of this, he stepped in personally and handled. They recut the correct stone, installed and it looks fantastic. Im very appreciative of this attention given the volume Stonetech handles. Highly recommended, ask for Roksana, Patricia or Cindy. They were all terrific.

They do not know the meaning of customer service they are terrible...once they take your money they are finished with you. We worked with Dhimitri who listened to our needs and patiently took us around their huge inventory on an extremely cold/windy day and walked us through the details of each slab we were interested in until we came to a final decision.The counters were just installed earlier this week and we couldnt be happier. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Stone Tech and specifically Chris Lista. I have waited years to get my kitchen remodeled and when I arrived at Stone Tech I thought wow this is going to be too big and too complicated for me! I opted to not use a Contractor. I was greeted by Chris outside and I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. He walked the entire lot with me (several times) and patiently waited while I changed my mind a few good times, and once I made my decision he was with me the rest of the way. Every question, call and email was responded to quickly. All of the Staff that I encountered from the Laser Tech doing the measuring to the Scheduling Staff and finally the Install Techs were all very professional and the whole experience for me was so personal. I would highly recommend Stone Tech! I am one Happy Customer!

I chose a rare (As I was told) blue color granite. When I saw the layout based on my cabinets I was disappointed with one of the seams, thinking that the pattern shift was so obvious and did not match at all. I expressed my concern but signed the contract and paid for the granite. The next day I was sent an adjustment to the layout. On the day of the installation, the installers were meticulous with the seams, mixing colors and whatever. When they left I had to look hard to find the seams, as did every other person involved in my kitchen project. And Joanna, the sales rep, is amazing at designing. She helped me choose and ordered my handles, pendant lights, and today brought backsplash samples to my home. She helped me make the best choices. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and my new kitchen.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered countertops and backsplash. We were promised by Joanna that the two would match. Not only did they not match, Stone Tech failed to create a template and then over charged me for items I never ordered. It has been over 3 months and they still have not issues the refund or addressed their failure to have the countertops and backsplash match. The installers left adhesive all over the quartz and have failed to remove even after repeated requests.

All I can say is WOW! This place has such an unbelievable selection of marble and granite that it took me almost an hour just to see all the samples. The staff was fantastic, and the final product surpassed my expectations. Their installation team was extremely professional and quick. These guys are the real deal!

Hands down the best Marble & Granite company on the East Coast. They have the largest inventory of material in all price ranges. And, compared to all the other yards in the area - by far the best prices. The hardest part - is picking what you like because there are so many good options.The staff is very professional and do not settle for less than perfection. We had a large custom home done and everything came out spectacular. Dino, the owner went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations.I highly recommend visiting their showroom - if you go there first, you wont waste time going anywhere else. And if you go there last, you will think to yourself - why did I waste time going to the other shops?

I went to over 8 countertop places, in the tri-state area, even one close to me that claims to be the best, either the selection or service was not good.When I arrived at Stone Tech knew I was at the RIGHT place. SERVICE, SELECTION, QUALITY and they are super fast. The laser measuring technology helps speeds things up. When you go ask for CHRIS L hands down the absolute! Stonetech did for the prior owner of the house i bought, So i decided to call them to have them come out and do some measurements for my new project for granite counter tops. They would not come out until they have a committed contract with them. They want me to send the dimensions and measurements. Ridiculous request.

The selection was 10 times greater than anywhere else, and the prices were much better. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to accommodate our timeline. Purchased namib white quartzite from this place around 14 months ago and I’ve been noticing chipping along the countertop cut out for the sink. Finally decided to contact the company and after two phone calls with two messages, someone returned my call. Upon speaking to the representative from stone-tec, they advised me that since it was over a year they would be be able to send someone out for a price of $350 for up to two hours. This piece of quartzite was over $5,000 and we were sold on the durability and strength of the product that the salesman sold us on. Apparently this company doesn’t stand behind their products and it makes me question the authenticity of the quartzite. Please be aware of the products you’re buying from this company.

We did our research, we live down the shore and went to 3 granite places before finding Stone Tech. The selection is about 10 times anything we ever saw down the shore- DEFINITELY worth the drive. I chose slabs I had never seen anything like before. Dino was so very helpful in the process. It was a huge job- 2 kitchens, a laundry, 4 bathrooms and a bar- and we are thrilled with all of it!! Drove a good distance to visit the showroom and was not impressed. First had to wait 20 mins to talk to a saleswoman, who had no interest in being there. Next walked around aimlessly outside viewing the granite slabs. Very haphazardly, with forklifts zooming by and paying little attention and trash on the ground. Should have been more organized. Finally, quote was way more than I was anticipating.

I went to Stone Tech today to look at granite for my master bathroom. All I can say is WOW. If you havent been there yet then you dont know what selection and service really mean. I went there to get an idea of what would look best for my remodeled bathroom. I was greeted 3 different times by different people who made me feel welcome. Not one person was pushy to get the sale. They offered me water, sat me down in the office, and asked me what I was looking for. They then spent over an hour with me walking me around the outside, showing me different slabs. I went there to get an idea - I left purchasing my new granite. All because they made me feel so comfortable, and really listened to what I wanted. If you are looking for new countertops - you need not look any further. Stone Tech has it all!

Terrible experience with this company, one star is too generous and would give zero if that was an option. From start to finish it was a struggle to receive updated communications from the staff. My rep was Casia who was more interested in playing computer games on her mobile when she originally showed my wife and I the granite samples. Installation was delayed two weeks and then the wrong stone of inferior quality was installed. After much complaining, it was rectified, but this time the surface was left hard, not smooth, and a small chip was glued. At my wits end, has been a nightmare and wish I went elsewhere. Such a shame because they do have a nice showroom and I wanted to support a local Greek business.

This is the third kitchen i have done..in 3 different states.Omg..this company had over 10,000 different granite.I couldnt believe howPerfectly cut it was.they just popped it in..so professional.fast no mess.I would highly recommend them. Stone Tech provided an outstanding selection of very unique stone at a competitive price point. Their technicians worked seamlessly with my contractors and my crew on Marthas Vineyard. Every piece, each bathroom, each hearth and every custom installation fit well and looked great! They were responsive and fast. Their new fabrication machines are fascinating. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable selection and service! My husband and I went to Stone Tech to look for countertops for our outdoor kitchen. Dino spent over an hour walking us through their enormous selection of slabs. His knowledge helped guide us and we found the perfect countertops. In addition, his pricing was better than the other 2 places we looked at as well. I highly recommend Stone Tech!!!

I made visits to several granite fabricators and none of them had the selection of inventory that Stone Tech has. The variety of colors and patterns was speechless. The staff is very professional and helpful while still having that family oriented environment where they really care about matching the right product to our project. I actively recommend anyone that has project big or small to Stone Tech as I will never go elsewhere for my granite or marble needs!!!!

Dino was very helpful and took the time to go over everything we needed for our custom kitchen and bathrooms. We put off redoing our kitchen fo years due to the cost of replacing the counter tops. We visited many places, and the selections were limited, the turnaround time was over a month out, and the price was extremely high. A coworker told us about Stone Tech so we decided to take a ride out there. The selections were endless, the quality was impressive, and the price was very fair and much lower than anywhere else we visited.I highly recommend Stone Tech as they were courteous, professional, and the price was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Stone Tech! Dino gave us great advice about the countertop that would work best for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Everyone at Stone Tech was very helpful when we came in to see the slab and extremely professional during the installation. We were also amazed at how quickly they had everything measured and installed. They did a beautiful job and we’d absolutely use them again!

Nice selection of marble to view in the show room and outside, just a bit overpriced. Rep Kasia, tried her best, but was incompetent with the transaction and resolving. Wish I dealt with someone else. Stone delivered to house was wrong size and the cutout for the sink was crooked. The replacement looks ok except for the crack in the middle they couldn’t fix because of the large size of the marble and making it into two pieces.

They were able to get me templated very quickly, and the installation was perfect. They were professional, and most of all, the final result exceeded my expectations. First-rate operation. When we had a bathroom redone a few years back, our contractor dealt with Stone Tech and everything worked out beautifully. This time we needed just a 2-foot by 4-foot granite piece to put on a waist-high cabinet. Although Im a homeowner and not a contractor, Eddie treated us with respect and took time to answer our questions and help us decide. He estimated a week for completion, and they called two days ahead of schedule. Top-notch work and courteous, helpful people. The experience was refreshing.

My wife & I had such a great experience at Stone Tech. We recently built a house & were on the search for the perfect stones for the whole house. We went to 5 or 6 different yards when we first started our search. Everywhere we went was over priced & we couldnt find anything that we were looking for. Then we decided to visit Stone Tech. I worked personally with Dino to pick out a perfect stone for my counters, island, and entire back wall in my kitchen. The price was right and the stone we picked out was exactly what I wanted. My kitchen is definitely the centerpiece of my city condo. Dino helped me with planning and executing the perfect design including a gorgeous waterfall island. He then had extra stone cut for hot plates as well as a piece to cover the sink in the island so that when I am entertaining the island would be one flush countertop. I have, and will continue to recommend them to friends and family without reservation.
