Outstanding - This is the best Starbucks. Very Friendly staff and great vibe. The Hours vary - but so it goes in a pandemic. This store has proved to be a valuable asset to Trenton.

Im a Trentonian and it was actually my 1st time stopping by. Perfect environment, perfect barista, and perfect drink. I will be frequenting this Starbucks

The workers are all very upbeat and friendly. Great atmosphere. The line can be very long some mornings but thats every Starbucks. No drive thru but I dont mind going inside when everyone is nice. Always make my drinks properly too.

Great branch of this chain! I go here about 2-3 times a week for a java chip frap and occasionally a breakfast sandwich or grilled cheese. These guys are amazing, always super quick and my drink is fantastic! Ive shopped around a few nearby stores but none of them are as consistently astounding as this one! Plus the interior is super chill.

I went in the morning at 7:30 am. Wasnt crowded as this Starbucks is new and just opened a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions. The decor is beautiful with Trenton inspired murals on the walls. I got a gingerbread grande frappe and a cranberry scone they heated up for me. Both were delicious. It is clear they are still adjusting but I for one am very excited to have a Starbucks in this community!Update: have returned several times and am definitely seeing more people enjoying their drinks now. Preferable to dunkin nearby because I can comfortably sit down and relax for a while on a cold day.

Very nice Starbucks, the crew is awesome, they learn my name by the 2 nd visit, Ian, Malika, Raekwon and the other employees are great. I will recommend this place for anyone traveling in trenton area just to relax, working meetings, great freelance working environment.

Ive been meaning to go here for months and Im glad I did. Unfortunately, it was during COVID so I didnt get to go to an open mic or anything.Still, the place was clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the coffee was predictable.Though this location was great, I took a star off because, of the three iced vanilla lattes I ordered in the last three days (from separate coffee shops), this was the worst. Still, its not bad.Keep up the good work!

Love that all the artwork inside is from local artists. 6 times out of 10, I have to send my drink back as there seems to be a disconnect when reading orders. Also vegan friends, be sure to watch the baristas like a hawk to ensure soy milk, Ive had them put regular milk in my tea several times, despite paying for soy.But alas, it is Starbucks and the drinks are good, you just need to make sure it is what you ordered.

Yes it is always busy, due to all the people who work in the offices. But the staff is always great, polite and sweet. If you go there at least 3 times and you order the same thing all you have to do is pay because they know your order by heart by then.

It was very small, not handicapped friendly, and I waited almost 10minutes just for a buttered bagel not toasted. The employees however were nice. Normally when I walk into a Starbucks it feels comfortable and relaxed. This Starbucks was so so small, not many options to sit, and overall just did not look like a Starbucks.

Its a Starbucks, so you pretty much know what youre getting, love it or hate it. The staff at this location is always great: very friendly and pretty quick at completing your order, even when they get busy. I know this location has made a major push to train and hire Trenton residents, which is good to see. More businesses should strive for this.

When entering Starbucks for the first time this weekend, a immediate sense of rustic charm met me at the door. This along with the warm reception from the management and other staff. I had a lovely time hanging out with family at Starbucks in Trenton this weekend. It is truly a must-see with great community potential.

This a beautiful and friendly Starbucks with great staff and real community spirit. I love that I can walk here from home or work, any day of the week. When they see my dog waiting for me outside, they make a Puppiccino! This morning, they handled a rude customer beautifully. And, of course, the coffee is great. Kudos!

Come here regularly, though I live in Yardley. Much more seating and room. Good restaurants and bookstore nearby. Makes for a good bike ride, as well. Thank you Starbucks for coming to Trenton.

Hard to order drinks, and food around the people who work in the area. The construction team, the state workers, bikers, and people making movies. But it’s all good!

Intriguing to see that this place opened up downtown. On the good side its spacious, quiet, and the staff is really friendly. On the down side, parking can be an issue and the beverages Ive had arent made as well as other local Starbucks in Bordentown and Hamilton. Give it a try though.

A clean and convenient place to grab a coffee with a modern interior and a decent amount of seating. An extra perk of this establishment is that it features a small conference room (~10 people around a rectangular table) with a glass door entry that is free to the public for use.

Great to have an establishment like this in the heart of downtown Trenton! The weekends are when this diamond in the rough shines with the entertainment it help brings to the city. From open mic night to live podcasts, this is the place to be over the weekends when youre looking for some melo fun.

Fast and efficient

Service, service, service it was too slow. Nearly twenty minutes for a espresso drink with only four people ahead of us. Those four were already waiting when we arrived. This is a new and the largest Starbucks I have been to with lots of seating and room to move around. The staff is in need of reinforced training. They were not understaffed but in need of organization and confidence. This was a Sunday morning imagine this was a week day morning coffee rush hour it would be customers not happy and future business lost because of lack of skill and management. I do hope thinks improve quick for Trentons and the employees sake. Will give them a second try and hope all will be on point.

Im usually not a huge fan of Starbucks, but this is a great space. Its huge, with plenty of places to hang out. Theres a community room for group meetings, which I think is just awesome, and theres art on the walls that pay respect to being in Trenton. Definitely a place to get coffee and hang around if in the area.

Woohoo I dont have to go all the way to Lawrence or Bordentown for Starbucks any longer. This is a nice Starbucks to help strengthen the local community. The staff was friendly. It didnt have the typical Starbucks warm atmosphere, but its very pretty inside and its still new so Im sure itll get there. Plenty of space to work or have meetings although it was a bit chilly inside.

We visited this coffee Shop a while ago, it was hard to find a good place for a real good coffee in a winter time (february ), this was in Trenton City Capital of New Jersey.

Bit of an odd way to setup where the line starts in this place. You have to walk to the back of the store and scooch by some close tables to get there. Overall the very good drinks.

Ordered two white mocha Frappuccinos, both were made wrong by an employee who seemed to be new (since he kept asking other employees how to make them) after making them wrong I wasn’t really mad since It did seem like the guy was new. No problem i just wanted new ones... but another employee comes, ask what i did want.. so instead of making my drinks they go ahead and each have one drink and sip them down right in front of me before making drinks that i paid for... waited in total like 10-15 minutes on a slow night + the store was empty.

The guy who made my coffee had an attitude, did not put my hazelnut flavor in there and the coffee taste burnt!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would!!! Definitely just gonna stick to my Dunkin!!!

Bit sporadic with their orders, order more than one thing and youll likely be waiting an additional 5minutes per item, as other people are served that come after you. Caramel frap was alright, bit too much whipped cream, but nevertheless great to have a starbucks downtown.

Great! Starbucks has its act together. Tasty yuppy coffee as per my yuppy rideshare passenger, worth, apparently $5 for the globetrotting yupsters displacing the NJ lifers around these parts, and worth paying me a few more bucks for a second stop along the rideshare stop n go commute. Im Not a yuppy but its okay by me...theres money all over the road in NJ. And Starbucks is never very far from a $1 cup of real coffee coffee.

Placed an order for 10 items. They didnt do the entire order at one time. Instead I waited 35mins for my items to randomly be ready. Most coffee was cold by the time I left. Very Disappointed in a major franchise. I will look elsewhere for my coffee needs.
