My phone screen was cracked and we brought it here. The screen was fixed quickly and there are no problems with it. The price was also cheaper compared to a phone repair business i previously went to

Had my grandson destroy his iPhone se. Took it to metro, had the screen replaced, ear speaker replaced and battery replaced due to multiple drops in water and pavement. Works great and have been using it with no issues for 3 months. Awesome service, highly recommend.

They will not be able to tell you the cost of the repair if it’s more than just cosmetic damage. They will send it out for motherboard issues and not be able to tell you how much it will cost. You will be charged $40 and not even get it repaired because the range will be as much as the device. Go to Best Buy for apple products they will give you the cost of the repair in less than 30 minutes for free.Edit: If I had known you could not repair my device in store and give an actual repair price like I was able to get at Best Buy I wouldn’t have left my device with you. They figured out the problem and did not charge anything. So it is a lesson learned. I’m over it but I wanted people to know that all repairs are not done in store. I wish I had that information before dropping off my device. It is best to let your customer know this to avoid issues in the future.

We had a good experience here. My wife dropped her phone (Note 10+) and broke the screen. We found this place online, stopped in and they had the screen in stock. They replaced it in about an hour while we went shopping and it works great! We will go back if we need to.

My boyfriend took his phone in to get the screen fixed– they charged him $100 and it took a week to fix it. no big deal, when he got it, it worked fine. however, he’s had it for like 4 days now and the screen has randomly cracked in three different places. he hasn’t dropped it or bumped it or anything like that, it’s literally cracked out of nowhere and he can no longer use the entire top half of the screen. poor quality job and too expensive for the service done. im writing this review because im mad FOR him, its bs.EDIT: that reply is bs because i already know that and that’s exactly why i’m mad because you guys didn’t do your jobs good enough. you just care about the money. Took my iphone 7 plus to replace cracked screen. got it back, but it wasnt seated correctly so the home button sticks up on one side. Functions for the most part... but once a day one side of the screen doesnt register contact till I restart. Take your iphones to apple, because the extra $30 is worth it

I took my iPad air in for screen and charging port replacement. The first thing I noticed after taking it home was that the battery wouldnt hold a charge so it has to be plugged into the outlet for use. They never told me the battery wouldnt hold a charge and now it has to be taken back for additional repair which will cost more for additional handling fee when the problem could have been repaired during initial repair if they would have simply told me that the battery was not good. The second thing I noticed was the screen was dull. It was dull as if the pixels were not all working despite having the screen brightness up all the way. The image was brownish. Lastly, within days the screen cracked and then completely broke through the surface leaving a hole in the screen. Ive had this iPad since 2014. The screen was cracked for several years but still operational (until the charging port broke) and never cracked through leaving a hole in the screen. After paying $200+ for repairs with less than 30 days of use and being told that the cracked screen is not under warranty, I would not recommend this place for iPad repair. It was a waste of money. Next time I will take my iPad elsewhere or to an official Apple repair store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DO NOT DISCLAIM!!!!I took my Apple Watch series 5 in to be fixed in March, it had a cracked screen. I paid $400 to get the screen fixed, I get that the screen is expensive but $400 is the price of the watch itself so I was a little suspicious even then. So here I am, three months later going swimming with my watch on, and all of a sudden it just shuts off. I was like what the heck? I turned on the water lock and had taken my watch in the water prior to getting the screen fixed. So I called MPR this morning and they told me “yeah, once the screen is replaced the waterproofing goes down significantly on the watch” THEY NEVER DISCLAIMED THIS TO ME!!! And now they want to CHARGE ME $50 TO RUN A WATERPROOFING TEST, WHICH THEY SAID MIGHT NOT EVEN WORK!!!! I am beyond angry. Not only is that $400 down the drain for buying the watch originally, but it’s another $400 down the drain for “fixing the screen”, which in turn destroyed my watch completely. It is so laughable that you want to charge me to fix the watch that you broke. And the best part is you don’t disclaim that when replacing the watch screen, you can no longer take it in the water.NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!Edit to the response of the owner:First of all you’re lying about how much I paid to get my series 5 Apple Watch screen fixed. I was charged $400 and I have the receipt to prove it. Second of all the Apple Watch series 5 is specifically made with swimmers in mind, it can be worn while swimming to track laps and meters. I responded the way that I did over the phone because I was so blown away that you were about to charge me to fix something that you never disclaimed would happen. Instead of arguing with your customers and making false claims, check your facts and be a little more friendly to your paying customers.

These guys have done a great job twice! Only reason it was twice is that I keep breaking my phone. Costs are reasonable and they have an affordable alternative to big name phone cases.

They fixed my screen but broke my home button. It took over an hour and a half and I am completely disappointed with the service provided. When I told them that the home button worked before I turned my phone in, they told me their analysis showed that it didnt, but then they helped me turn on the touch assist, which proves that the home button worked previously. No discount was offered, and yet my phone does not work as well as before the repair. Even after calling the manager and explaining the situation, they could not offer a full repair. I am very upset with the quality of work/service provided. I do NOT recommend coming here to fix your phone.

I went to get my cracked screen fixed. The store clerk is cool. And they took care of it in a timely manner. And when I got it back my phone looked brand new. It was only when I got home that I realized that my screen was a little unresponsive to my touch so I ended up bringing it back. They fixed it no charge and still kept my screen protector on there for me. Thanks guys 👍By the way it was 99 dollars to fix my iPhone 8 screen if you were curious.

Very nice service

I went there, I was having problems with my storage, me and my dad waited there for a few seconds before the guy came in from the back. He looked nice and friendly. I told him the problem and my dad asked if deleting my tabs would do anything. He asked to see my phone and I handed it over, expecting him to go to my storage. Nope! Instead, the man went to my safari and started to delete ALL my tabs! In the end, when I got home, I noticed it. He didn’t even tell me he did that! I was so angry at him I SWEAR to never come back!!!This isn’t even the first time my family has had problems with this store! My brother went, gave them his phone, and picked it up later. There was something wrong with his phone but when he got it back it was TEN TIMES WORSE!! The phone wouldn’t even turn on.If I could, 0 out of 5 stars! Would NOT recommend unless you trust them completely. Which from now on I don’t.

VIOLATED OUR PRIVACYSo my girlfriend and I got a new screen on her cracked iPhone. They didnt seat it correctly, leaving part of the screen not pushed down entirely, causing it to crack down the middle from sleeping on a couch with it in pocket (this has never happened before or after to either of us or anyone we know, because a properly seated screen takes more than the pressure of s couch to crack.) This was only days after replacement.Not only did they refuse to fix it, they went through her text messages to me and told her they would not fix it because I suggested ways to phrase what happened as to not falsely admit guilt via text. This was not the most recent text either, it was far enough up to require a decent bit of scrolling.Shes really un-confrontational, which led us to a conversation about phrasing how it was broken properly. They had no reason to go through her texts, it was simply a screen replacement. Do not come here if you value you, or your familys privacy.EDIT:Reached out to the shop in reply to their reply on this review. They just denied this as a possibility, as if employees never do things theyre not supposed to.Also, we did not speak with a female, we only dealt with a young male worker

I went to this place twice within the first two days. Initially the male worker said no problem we can fix your screen, however we may need to keep it overnight due to there being phones needing work prior to mine. I came back a day or 2 later & got suckered into believing my battery had damage as well so I paid extra. My screen is wonderful, however my battery has never been worse, and regularly shuts off at30%. Im sure this will be apples fault, however this was never an issue. Staff- nice as can be, but I feel I was another Sucker they got to pay extra $. Probably was better off to get a new phone.

The service has been poor. They ordered a new screen but didn’t tell us how long it would take to get in. When we called to find out the status, the order had not yet been placed. At that time they said it would be 7 days from the original date. Called today (9 days later) and it still isn’t in. They have not communicated with us at all, despite holding the order because they had a question for us. I would not use this company again but they have our deposit so we are stuck

I wanted to cry when I got my phone back it was so nice to see it in one piece.

When a coupon experience with another phone repair facility had me ready to tear my hair out this place restored my faith that businesses still put some value into pleasing their clients, which translates into great customer service. I was sold a new iPhone screen for $94 thathad a broken ribbon cable on it. When I took it back I was told I could not get a replacement or a refund. They sell broken parts as new. The person that was installing it does it for a living somewhere else and was trying to do us a favor. I was sold the part as new and was upsold on the OEM part because it was better. If I would have known that it was a used part ahead of time (because apple doesnt sell spare parts) I would have gone with the new aftermarket part. This along with the non warranty policy was never mentioned by your sales person.

I am a little disappointed, so every few months I have been going here to get a screen protector for my phone. In the past two to three months I have went in there 3 different times for a screen protector and got 3 different prices for the same exact thing. First it was just $20, then Memorial Day weekend I went in and the guy said $10, and literally a week later I dropped my phone and needed a new one, went in and it was the same guy and he said $25!!! Are you kidding me?!? I don’t feel comfortable going to a business that decides that day what the price will be. And on Memorial Day I paid cash and he didn’t give a receipt and when I asked for one the other day because I paid with a card he looked annoyed.Very disappointing

I went in to solve a problem with a screen i purchased, the “manager” instantly has an attitude. She was so rude and nasty. Store has dust all over the floor. I only buy screens here because i don’t trust them so i put them in myself. She is on video yelling like a remedial child. Something told me to record and I’m so happy i did. She is not gonna disrespect my boyfriend like that. I have posted the video to Facebook so hopefully people can see how immature and unprofessional this really is. The couches were really dusty. You should really look into hiring better staff.

I have had several past experiences with having iPhones repaired. This location offers GREAT and reasonable prices. Extremely fast service (usually less than a day if you bring it in before noon) and the staff is knowledgeable. They have assisted me with my iPhone, Samsung phones, chargers, battery, iPhone screen repair. I inquired about computer screens and can repair Mac screens. They are able to help with several brands and models of cellular phones as well as their mechanical and electrical components. They sell cases, screen protectors, batteries, chargers, and more.Additionally, I have called and asked questions and have visited several times in person. The staff is always polite, hard-working, focused, willing to help and answer questions. The staff ensures that customers feel like they are making a positive business exchange. I even left with a sense of overwhelming satisfaction.They adequately meet the five-star business and consumer standards.I am so pleased to have done business locally rather than travel over an hour to the Apple Store. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

Do not go here, I had my iPad screen replaced and it was very cracked but had no issues. Since having it fixed it jumps around on videos to different screens basically its possessed now as it controls it self cant type words as they start going on there own, just terrible now I need a new iPad. Waste of time and money oh and they kept it an extra day to fix it

Awesome staff anytime I have needed my iPhone fixed or iPad screen repaired, it always comes out looking brand new. Depending on the time I drop it off, its usually ready the same day. The only thing I think they should implement is some type of loyalty perks for those of us that come back more than once or send friends and family. I think Ill mention this the next time I go, but overall they get a five in my book!

Was told it would take 4-7 days to get the screen in when I placed my down payment. Waited 16 days. No communication from shop. Just got it fixed and now there’s a scratch or fuzz on the inside of my front camera.

I was having trouble with my Iphone 6 charger. I took it for repair at the Trenton store. The technician told me she could puta new charge port for $40. When i went to pick it up 90 mins later she said she was able to repair the original port and charged me only $25. Phone works fine.

AWFUL! I was told it would be about a half an hour wait depending how many people were in front of me. Two and a half hours go by and my phone is finally finished. LESS than 1 week later, my replacement screen is already cracked and I havent once dropped my phone. I bought the $70 replacement screen for an iPhone 7 plus, I will never go here again and would not recommend to others. I called to check if they have a 30-day warranty on their replacement screens and I was told THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING to fix the screen that they clearly never put in right. Might as well have lit $75 on fire. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
