I see alot of 1-2 star reviews but it looks like it has to do with some sort of online business. i went into their location and honestly astonished by their prices. I bought a rug, a bed and a mattress for probably half the cost of ANYWHERE ELSE! highly recommend!

Very unreliable on delivery, recently moved ordering a lot on Amazon, was not able to get a proper tracking number. Order is running late, crazy how a order out for delivery goes to needing up to 5 more days to arrive.

Do not order from these shusters. I ordered an Oliver Smith mattress thru Amazon, less than 2 yrs in, its sinking in the center badly. I emailed and called Superior, no response, no nothing. Awful customer experience....stay away!

Ordered first rug, and it shipped fine and was as advertised on Amazon. Ordered a second rug (2 x 7 runner with the exact same design as the first), as well as 2 smaller rugs (each 2 x 3, with the exact same design as the first). I only received 2 rugs (not 3), to which the first rug was a runner, but not the design as advertised on Amazon, and the second rug was a 5 x 7, and again, not the design as advertised on Amazon. I have everything bundled back up to send back to New Jersey, but it would be nice if I just got what I ordered, rather than fiddling around with a refund.

This Amazon order from this company was initially sent to the wrong state. Shipping confirmation it was delivered 500 miles away. Then I received a personal email from the company asking me to check with my neighbors to see if they had it....What??? After multiple emails, phone calls and promises of a constantly changing delivery date, a replacement was sent but not on time...delayed by yet another week. I was given a FedEx number, but it never showed that FedEx actually had the package. It finally arrived with the wrong name but the correct address. Glad it got here. I would have never ordered from this company if I had known it would take 5 weeks and so much effort to get my order. Not to mention I wanted this rug for an event, which has come and gone. SO NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

Just got rugs here last week. They seem good enough for the price. We really only came here because we wanted to save some money on decent rugs. The workers were friendly and seemed helpful... however when they helped me load the rugs into my Jeep they cracked the entire windshield. It was an accident & they were very apologetic. They gave me the business owner’s phone number. I decided to call to see if he might be able to help me out with some of the cost being that The lease is up this week... what a joke! He treated me like I was wasting his time & said “I shouldn’t have let them help me load the rugs” & “that I should have paid them a small fee to deliver the rugs” around the block. So according to this clown it’s my fault they broke my windshield. Anyway I definitely wouldn’t go here again. They have alright rugs for an ok price... but there’s something to be said about showing appreciation for your customers and caring about their satisfaction . Even if he doesn’t feel they are at all responsible, he could have shown at least some understanding. He Obviously doesn’t care about his customers... he just wants our money.

Quick and easy. The guy that helped us was great. Needs a little better lighting because when we got home the rug didnt match LOL. But thats my fault I should have had them pull it out in the sun before I made my decision.

TOTAL SCAM. IGNORE ALL GOOD REVIEWS-you will regret it. Called fed ex to check on my order only to find out my package only weighs ONE POUND. Its a couch! Called Superior Importers to ask if there was a mistake made-only to be ignored 11 times and sent to a voicemail not even professional set up by a business JUST A REGULAR VOICEMAIL. Eventually when someone answered, he was foreign and very very very hard to understand because he mumbled a lot. When I addressed the issue he just told me I was receiving it tomorrow... okay. Yes I know. BUT ITS ONE POUND. He then was extremely rude and raised his voice at me to tell me to stop addressing the weight of the order because Id receive it tomorrow. IM LIVID: what the hell is even happening?! Hoping amazon will fix this problem before others deal with the same thing. I triple checked-100% a 1lbs package-AKA NOT MY COUCH THAT I JUST SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON. Now I have to go buy a new one BEFORE receiving my return-time, money, and honestly excitement for this couch just all wasted. So pissed off.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a firm mattress and they sent a plush one. I called, emailed, left messages and they refuse to pick up the now unpacked and unrolled mattress which cannot be picked up by a carrier like UPS or FedEx. I’ve asked for a refund and have yet to receive one. Just terrible service. I would recommend not even considering them. They should be shut down.

Bought 5 rugs from this outfit and the stench is horrible after 2 months. After all the horrible reviews I’ve read I’m reporting them to the FCC for selling online through Amazon and the FTC for lying about their products. I did I believe get a refund from Amazon only because I’m going to report them and take a part of the rug to my allergist to see if it’s toxic. Those rugs were making us both sick and have put them outside. Anyone not happy please report them to the FTC and if you got it online the FCC because at that point the government does get involved. I’m very sorry for anyone that experienced a bad time with this company but I have found that Amazon has some pretty unscrupulous vendors and they really don’t care.

Really bad service and really bad products. I received an Oliver smith mattress from the company which was complete garbage and hurt my back. The warehouse was disgusting. The customer service and people there were just not nice. Just an all around garbage experience. Pure garbage. Do not buy or do business with them.

If I could say 0 stars, I surely would. I ordered a bed off Amazon sold by Superior Importing. After days of no updates on shipping, I received a text message and email from amazon saying my order was canceled for “account adjustment” and to expect a refund. When I inquired about it, Superior said Fedex “lost” my order and they did not have any more in stock. I contacted Fedex and they informed me that the name was wrong on the order, correct address but they had never even received any item to deliver to me. So Superior straight up lied to me to cover the fact that they don’t run their business efficiently and their counts were off on what merchandise they had available. When I emailed them about what fedex said, they did not address the fact that they lied and just said they could show me other bed options. I will absolutely not patronize a shady, untrustworthy company. Even though I have a brand new mattress just sitting in a spare bedroom that I cannot use because I can’t find a bed now - I refuse to do business with them. And for the record, Amazon was useless in the situation as well. Terrible customer service from both companies.

Ordered a mattress through their Amazon store. They sent the shipping label and asked me to wait ten days for the shipment to arrive. After a week of creating the shipping label, I contacted them - asking for shipping updates - because Fedex was still showing Shipping Label Created. The seller choose to ignore all my emails until the day of expected delivery. When I contacted them, the seller told me that they did not have the product in stock and thus did not ship it at all. In other words, I had to wait for ten days for a shipment that was never shipped in the first place. At Amazons intervention, the seller agreed to refund the amount paid for the mattress. I had an awful experience dealing with this company and will also recommend others to stay away from them when there are simply other better sellers around.

Order couches on February 26th 2017... it is now March 9th 2017.. couches were expected to deliver between March 6th and 9th. Coming through FedEx, the tracking has said pending for almost two weeks. And Im still waiting by the waiting

Beware of this merchant. I ordered a bed from this seller via Amazon and my bed never arrived. They gave me a fake tracking number with Fedex. After confronting them on the bogus tracking number and my bed never arriving, they now wont respond to any of my calls or emails.
