This business is now closed.These guys are great!I have been taking my boat here for maintenance since I bought it 4 years ago. I have never been let down by Anchor Marine.There was a time I had to pull my boat out of the water for a repair, and the mechanic had me back on the water the same day. Usually, same day or next day service for my minor repairs.There are three people who I know that work here. Sue, who runs the front end of the business, Jim who is the awesome Mechanic, and Phil who is the shop owner. Each are very personable and a pleasure to chat with.In addition, what makes this place so awesome for me is simple; I trust them. They have always been honest with me. They always go the extra step. They repair your boat FAST and are reasonable when it comes to pricing, in my opinion.Why do I trust them? Let me tell you.In the beginning when I first got my boat, I did a do-it-yourself installation of a piece of equipment. Later, that day when I got to the marina, I realized I couldn’t get the Outdrive to raise or lower. I was convinced something major was wrong. So, I took it in to the shop after hours. Dropped it off and left my keys in the key slot with my phone number. I then called, left a message about why I dropped the boat off - knowing they would get the message the next day.About an hour later (remember, they were closed) I got a call. It was the mechanic who happened to see a boat in the shop driveway, so he stopped in to check it out. He told me to come get my boat as it was fixed.When I went back to get it, I asked how much the repair cost and what part he had to replace. There was no charge, as the repair was simply correcting a mistake I had made, which due to pride, I am not willing to share on this post (LOL).My point is, I was convinced something serious was wrong. They could have told me anything – like I needed to replace the flux capacitator or any sort of upsell that some places are known to do. But they didn’t. He found the problem, made a simple connection, and I sent me and my boat on our way.I have been going there ever since.If you are like me and want to work with a small shop who can turn your boat around quickly, has great customer service, knows who you are when you call because they’ve built that relationship – well – this is the place.Thank you Anchor Marine for all you do!

Horrible service!! Crusty old man cussing at me and my 5 month old son!! NEVER bring your boat for service here!! A bunch of low lifes run this place!
