Was the recipient of a beautiful flower arrangement and teddy bear during my hospital stay from one of me dearest friends.The flowers lasted sooooo long afterwards. Very impressed with the beauty and quality.

Went to go and grab some flowers for my managers birthday today and they were absolutely beautiful. I give this place 5 stars because it was outstanding. I am very happy with the way it went and I will be for sure coming back. Thank you guys for your great service.

During this Covid-19 partial shutdown of businesses, I was able to reach Debbie and order 35 Lavender Roses, with babys breath and greens, individually wrapped with a ribbon, and get them in less than a week! I made an appointment to pick them up and Claudia brought out three containers of the most beautiful arrangements, that I was able to hand out to our Seniors that night. Thank you so much for getting these together on such short notice!

I stopped in for a floral arrangement that would last through the holidays as a gift to a medical facility. The young lady pointed out a lovely basket which I immediately turned down as the”fresh” flowers couldn’t possibly last long enough! Turns out the flowers were not real!Beautiful floral pieces that will last years, not days! I bought one for myself as well! Very reasonably priced!

We were so disappointed with the flowers we ordered for our niece’s husbands funeral. We live in Montreal and ordered directly through Martenson’s Funeral Home website. We upgraded from the arrangement we saw from $64.95 to $84.95 plus delivery and tax. At the last moment we decided to drive and attend the funeral service. What we saw was smaller than the arrangement shown for the lesser price. So disappointing. Its too bad I can’t post the photo that I took of it to show the actual arrangement. I will be making a complaint to Martenson’s also.

Wow, my business has never been more obviously unwanted! Stopped in at 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon to see what they could do for my wedding as far as colors and such. The lady was very short with me, told me she didnt have time until after Mothers Day. I said oh thats fine, wedding isnt until Memorial Day, I just wanted to look at colors. She said, no, we are too busy with Mothers Day, youll have to come back (no other customers in the store). No thank you, I work and am a Mother myself, Im afraid my busy schedule doesnt have room for this poor service.

Everytime I go in Ill ask for a $15 or $20 bouquet and walk out with a beautiful arrangement! I never know what to ask for, but the staff consistently delivers bouquets that are big, healthy, and wrapped in a bow. This is the only florist Ill go to!

Not impressed with the website. I have no way of contacting them to ask about availability of flowers or pricing without having to sign up for their newsletter and even then I dont think I would actually get anything other than spam and junk mail. I really liked the photos on the website but when youre trying to set a reasonable flower budget for your wedding, it helps to not have to call or visit every place you consider.

I cant say enough of how pleased I was for my husbands arraignments. I gave you antlers and said what can you do. By far the best I have ever seen.Thank you all so very much. Michelle Matuska

The people who run it always act like.you are bothering them, like they are too busy to help you. Also seem like they are always closed for whatever reason. Been by there many times during normal working hours and there is a closed sign in window. I started going to ray hunter on king and allen but i no longer can because they closed up. Its a shame because they were always so nice and friendly

We had one issue with a delivery at a funeral that some how wasnt delivered. Besides that they have been pretty good. We have been using them for 15 years.

Always get my free flowers on my Birthday and spend $$ more as so many tempting reduced Christmas things.

Arrangement was beautiful far exceeding our expectations. I called at 914 AM the day I needed flowers. I was traveling to make the service and the staff went the extra mile to send me a picture of the arrangement in case I was not able to make it to the service. Great customer service and the floral designer again did an amazing job and I would recommend to anyone.
