If the car have clean title or reconstruited they write the title status on the bill of sale and the seller help everytime the costumers

Was not told it has a reconstructed title. Which means you can not get full coverage insurance. It failed inspection and all i wanted was 200 of the 400 it cost me to fix. HE agreed, i got it fixed, and now he will not answer the phone. God will take care of him. The public you Just beware!
