Even though they did not have the particular hard to find part I needed.They did try to point me in right direction.

Terrible service experience. Boat was at their shop for three weeks with no communication at all. Calls were not returned. They blamed the problem on having to fire their service manager. When I went to pick up my boat to take somewhere else for service there was only one technician with multiple boats and ATVs in various stages of disassembly. Shop was in complete confusion.

Needed a boat prop Joe with parts wanted to see the boat just to make sure it was correct (I was unsure of the size but it was on the old prop) we went out side. Spoke about changing them out. Really nice guy very knowledgeable I will be back. Thanks Joe

Honestly, the people were lazy and rude! We came down with friends and they came prepared to buy a boat. They didnt even get our of their chairs to show us a boat! And the prices are not what the online prices are, they are about 5000.00 higher! I will not be back!!!

Have talked to the parts guy, the receptionist and the sales manager.... I can tell you that I don’t ever want to buy anything from these people. Rude! Rude! Rude! Most unprofessional “sales people” I have ever talked to! They must be the only boat dealer close by because I don’t know how they stay in business.

Just bought a Tracker ProTeam. Salesperson, Tanner, was very helpful in me making my decision. He knew the boat inside and out....every question that i had he knew the answers.Tanner was very easily reached by phone and text...always returned my calls quickly. I havent been able to deal with the service dept yet, but look forward to doing business with them.After looking at BassPro shop in Bossier City using Bradford was a no brainier....the customer service at BassPro was no good.

Wildly disappointed that the salesman flat out lied to us. He didnt have the boat he told us about on the phone to get us in the door, he didnt have the motor we wanted in stock and tried to pressure us into a larger motor and to top it off he wasted 3 hours of or time. NEVER trust these guys with your money, your boat, or your time.

Had the parts I needed for a 94 Nissan Outboard . The young lady was very nice and helped until we found what I needed.

I had a great experience with the parts fella Joe. He was very knowledgeable and had all the parts that I needed for my spark trixx. If you need parts Joe will be the man to talk to. Havent dealt with service yet. Thanks a bunch Joe best parts guy I have dealt with.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the customer service from the parts department! Joe was a life saver, we called so many different places to get fuel pump and they couldn’t help us but joe found us one! Thankful to have found this place!

I was tired, needed to charge my phone, and clean out the cab of my truck! The folks9 were nice, polite, accommodating and let me do what needed to be done. Then, unfortunately, I fell asleep and they left me be to sleep away the extreme tiredness that had been accumulating on me. If youre anywhere in that area by 100 miles, PLEASE, go see them about your next outboard speed boat, Platoon boat, Small Yacht, or ATV! You wont be disappointed in the least! While there I looked around and priced a few items. They will fit any budget!! Highly recommended for the people that work there!!Douglas E Weiss.

Bradford is the go to place, no matter the situation they are there to help and not just take your money. I am always taken care of when I leave there. Mr. Joe at the front, very friendly, and will always go above and beyond to get anyone taken care of. 10 out of 10.

They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We needed a filter for our Mercury motor and I couldnt make it to the shop before 530. The parts guy took my payment over the phone, made arrangements to get the part to me after hours and checked to make sure we got what we needed. Great service!

Ordered a snorkel kit for my X3 from Joe Gillenwater, Parts Manager. Arrived promptly in two days and installed. After installing the kit, it was determined that I was sent two identical pieces and shorted one important piece. Notified Joe of what happened and without hesitation he overnighted me the piece and had it for me the next day! Great customer service on his end! Thanks a lot!

The sales guy was nice. I cant really find anything nice to say about service. They told me to bring my boat in and it sat there for over a week before they even looked at it. Every time I called for status they acted like they didnt have a clue what boat I was talking about.

There salesmans are professional. And they now there product well.

Quoted a price to fix a part and get to pick the fourwheeler up and they added 200 dollars to the price that was quoted. Not happy will not be coming back.

Small miss communication price on phone was different from when I went to buy it and i cried a little inside when i had to part with $20 instead of $10 but it was ok cuz the fat guy behind the counter had a cheery attitude and made it a pleasant experience

Absolutely the worst place we could have taken our can am four wheeler to get insurance work done! On top of it taking entirely to long they quoted parts then told us they couldnt get them, my husband had to tell them where to locate certain parts, they lied and told us if we came out of pocket to buy axles we could get a check for what they quoted for them when we got the four wheeler! we came out of pocket 2400$ went to pick it up they told us it would be 7-10 days before we would see the check, which lead to me having to make a trip to little rock to get it because we couldnt do without it! Although the parts manager did all he could to help us and make it right he was the only one. Last to top it all of they broke multiple parts of the four wheeler that we had no choice but to fix! I wouldnt refer this place to anyone! my suggestion it go anywhere but BRADFORD MARINE !!..OH! and I forgot to add that they ordered the wrong differential and we had to pay not only for them to overnight the right one but for them to return the wrong one.

Some fat guy in there was rude about my 3 year old making too much noise, after I bought a 15,000 sxs from them. The salesman snuck an extended warranty in my loan paper, by the time I got to the bank to sign them, an extra 1000$ was added on to the price, The service people were also rude when I called and asked a maintenance related question about the sxs. I dont get a welcome feeling from the staff, I will drive out of town to support a different business that appreciates my biz not one ran by owners and manager who dont care, Noone I know has anything good to say about this place

They had my jet ski for 2 yrs sitting . when i called they say they waitin on parts after a yr and half i went ther and sd they just put in work order as if it hadnt been sittn the entire time. no to mention wen i took 1st time they never even tested . had to make them take to river aftr they sd was good to go but never touched . finally they got my parts in 3 wk ago and i picked up to find out they had sittn in sun whole time . faded the jet ski thst has always bn garage kept anf paint job still was great . now everything is cracked and faded .. even the plastic cover by handlea busted off . and when went in cosmetically in great condition and now looka like trash. they even tried to charge me and i need to b charging them for all the parts im having to replace they let ruin..

Prices are high as heck. No discounts to Military. Fixed the problem but, WAY overcharged for it.

Horrible customer service in the service department, after buying the extended warranty on my can am outlander, took it to service the 4wd system which went great on that part at no cost, but what went wrong is asked them to change the oil on my atv since it was back there for service, needless to say I left out of there with a $200 bill for just an oil change after complaining to the manager he said their was nothing they could do, needless to say I will never buy another atv or side by side from Bradford marine and will never recommend them to anybody looking for a boat or atv.

Been dealing with the crew up there for many years now and bought a few boats from them. They are always helpful and have what I need.
