I come to this store about once a month and Im always greeted by friendly helpful associates who are willing to assist with whatever I need. The store is small but the recent reorganization really helps to break the store up so its easier to get around. They are really nice and knowledgable about the coupon policies and the products available, which isnt true for a lot of places anymore. Its clean and bright and they keep everything nice and tidy. I love it here!

Very nice store alot of inventory. Many new fragrances. Didnt see Moonlight Path my favorite however I was able to substitute other scents.

I love Bath and Bodywork!!! The only thing I dont like are the different rules for different states. One gives military discounts, one collects your points and gives gift and others does none of the above. It would be great if they were all the same.

Staff at Nittany Mall location is super friendly and helpful, but BBW needs to bring back some of the favorite scents!

Was very crowded because they had people working emptying bins...just wanted to get my stuff and get out. Would have bought more if could have looked around in a relaxing atmosphere but felt I was in the way.

I absolutely LOVE B&BWS! I was super excited when they opened back up for in store shopping, but they were only open a couple days, I drove the whole way over there from Lewistown with about 20 wrong candles i wanted to exchange because i ordered them during the pandemic and i didnt like the smell, I even called that morning to make sure i was able to make the exchange, drove over there and they were closed, Ive been waiting for them to open back up again so i can actually get what i want because i tried the online ordering and my first order was damaged and missing items, the replacement was damaged, now waiting on the 3rd replacement so we will see, but 2 of the candles i wanted the most were now not in stock when they did the replacement, so i got royally screwed, First time i ever did the online shopping through B&BWS and i was so disappointed, so i really hope the store opens soon, they said they were gonna be open last week and now they saying next week, I did take a trip to Selingsgrove but Never again! They barely had anything i wanted, people were rude, I really need my store back! So i am i suppose to return this stuff if you have been closed?

This is Mary Anne Ventura. NOT JOHN.... Was in the Nittany Mall store a few days ago and Betty was the person working the floor and behind the register. She is a true representation of customer service; happy, offering help, informative to everyone regarding what was on sale, what prices were, and offering more assistance if needed to everyone. She deserves recognition for truly demonstrating what it’s like to enjoy her job and do it well. 👏

Typical Bath and Body products. They had $24 candles mixed in with the $10.50 candles. Store was busy.....so how many dont check their receipts right away? Hmm.......

Awesome but dont go when the prices are not 3.00 USD each.. their product range is great very soothing on the skin and no side effects..

For three weeks or more they have a recording saying they are open but temporarily closed do to issues of the store but still not open

Had a real garbage experience here at the nittany mall location. Im not very satisfied with the management. I walked in and the girl who i assume was manageing yelled to the other girl can you ring as she was sitting there on her phone. The other girl came up and helped me out the best she could but she seemed new and couldnt figure out the problem so she asked the manager for help and the manager insisted on talking to her instead of talking to me asking her all the questions she should have been asking me. The girl who seemed to be the manager was quite snippy and snobby but the girl who originally was ringing me was quite nice and probably should be the manager and the other girl probably shouldnt be working there as she seemed to be pointless and didnt seem as if she wanted to do anything. The sales are great tho and some of the staff is nice.
