I purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger 10/1/2021. No one greeted me on the lot, I had to come in the dealership and go to the front desk and let the woman know that it was a vehicle out there that i would like to purchase. She stated she would go find a salesman. Mr. Jon Gordon greeted me, I let him know that it was a dodge charger on the lot that i would like to purchase. His energy was amazing. This is the fastest car purchase i have ever had to date. He ran numbers, and came back to his office and informed me. He repeatedly offered me something to drink, was just ensuring that i was good. I did not get the vibe that he was trying to get over on me. I was firm, he made this process pleasurable for me. The woman in the Insurance section was nice and knowledgeable. She got me a even better deal than my current insurance company offered me. Whoever Brad is should be replaced Think his name was Brad Buford. He went over my paperwork with me abruptly. He gave off negative energy. It seemed as if he did not want to be bothered or was irritated. I did not enjoy my time in his office at all. I asked if i would get copies of what i signed he said some of it. He was not informative by no means. It was as if he just wanted me to hurry up and leave. I should have expected no different because this was my exact experience three years ago when purchasing my Jeep Cherokee. Except there was a older, Caucasian woman who couldnt, nor attempted to remember my name going over my paperwork when I was signing for the vehicle. The only reason I am rating this a three is because of Brad. I could not roll my eyes hard enough at his negativity and mood. Mr. Jonathan deserves a raise, promotion and a 100 star rating. When my car was filled and washed he came to see me off. He made sure i had his contact and everything I needed and also helped me set my phone up to the car and everything!!!

Purchased a used vehicle and did not have it 6 months before major repairs had to be done on it. Be very skeptical of there used cars and especially if you do not by the extended warranty that’s not thoroughly explained to you like the gap insurance is why signing your paperwork. Being a veteran on a fixed income I thought they would have some integrity and at least be more willing to help but as car dealers do it’s all about the sale especially if it’s not a new vehicle. Talked to the Used car manager on the phone no help tried to reach farther up the chain no one knows nothing. My opinion might not matter but for those looking to get a good quality used car Be skeptical have it checked out by your mechanic and then pray you don’t have to need them if an emergency comes up. Called today per the answer to my review . Mr Mark Miller did not do any good Monday August 9 2012. Told that there still cannot be any accountability and that I could not talk to anyone else above. Him so the spill about talking to him to help with the problem was just a formality. As I stated on last review please please be particularly careful when buying an used car there he told me and I quote we are not going to have any liability when it comes to and used car especially if no type of extended warranty was purchased on it. Then I was rushed of the phone. I asked if there was anyone that I could talk to a lube him he said no he is paid by Mr Fletcher to handle these types of problems at this level and he is a busy man he rushed me off the phone. I can’t speak for others but just be a little apprehensive especially if you buy a used car that’s not a specific brand they sale like I brought a Nissan at a Dodge dealership. No use of calling Mark only thing he will tell you rudely is the same company spill.

What a joke! Brought my Jeep there a few months ago for an oil change. Made an appointment and it took hours to get it back. They took walk ins that arrived after me and serviced them before me. When I asked about it, they claimed this was a normal thing. I made an appointment so I could get it in and out. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. Do not bring your vehicle here if you want it back in a timely manner!

The service dept absolutely does not communicate. Called 4 diffrent times to get the status on my truck. Was told every time my service advisor (amy) would call me back. I never received a call not 1. I would not recommend this dealership for any service repairs.

Brought my ram 1500 classic in for an inspection due to a noise coming from the rear of my truck. Service manager said he couldnt replicate the noise so I rode with him the second time, I heard the noise myself three times but he claims he heard nothing and refused to do anything else besides fix a recall for the driver side mirror. Nothing else was said to me about the noise Ive been hearing for weeks now. After a horrible buying experience with an extremely rude finance guy and now taking time to have my truck fixed for a problem Im told cant be replicated even though the problem was replicated while Im inside the truck right beside the tech Im never buying from fletcher again and recommend anyone else do the same. There are plenty of options for dealerships around here, pick any but this one.

@Frank Fletcher:Very surprised to learn that a jeep with 100k+ miles on it (that’s never been there before, granted) is automatically disqualified and refused service. Very disappointing. Overall good experience. I was doing a preliminary test drive to narrow down my vehicle I had researched online. I test drove the truck that I had initially wanted, but found another truck which had all the bells & whistles I really desired. Mr. Brown greeted me promptly & was a very easy shopping experience. Bought a 2022 Ram P/U. Had 37000 miles. Had to bring it down from Russellville. Upon arrival and test drive, I had a few issues. First had only one key, and on paperwork from Russellville, stated it was remote start. The one key was not remote start. Ask for another one and was told this is a used vehicle and could not do it. No hitch told it had one, scratches on vehicle told it is used vehicle, finely they paied for a remote start, that they said would not work in this vehicle. Who ever had this truck before me really abused it. I just wanted Fletcher to fix the broken things. But always the same used truck cant do anything. I really like the truck if they would just fix the little things that are wrong.I have bought 2 Chrysler 300 1 new 1used Program car and a new Ram P/U. Nothing but very helpful. Not so this time around. This will be my last time dealing with Frank Fletcher Dodge. They have good sales people guess I just got a bad one. If they offer you a salesman named Cobey ask for someone else.

I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!! Purchased a journey that has a defective dash and was told that would be fixed. I purchased this vehicle a year ago and the car has been in the shop 3 times for repairs with no success. Trying to get someone to return your call is a joke especially when they dont even know half the time which staff is working. Called at 8 and was told Robert would return my call. Called back 3 hours later and asked to speak to said person and was told that person was not even at work!! I am done dealing with this issue and about to take it to higher up as far as I can. Even if it means bringing in an attorney!!

I wish there was negative stars. So I ordered a new truck and was told it would take up to 10 weeks to get in. I put a deposit down and waited. Week 12 rolls around and I call to check and get informed that they sold my ordered truck to someone else without telling me about it. As it happens I had sold my trade in to have a higher down payment. All fletcher will do is refund my deposit and make no effort to remedy the issue. I’m literally left on the side of the road and Fletcher does not care. There are plenty of other dealerships, learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere.

Very bad experience with my car repairs. The horn was honking randomly so I took it to the dealership. They replaced everything you could think of and charged me an arm and a leg, then they said it still wasn’t working and needed to charge another couple grand. I had done a simple google search and found what the issue was before I took it in, and I know nothing about cars, yet they had to replace everything to collect as much money as possible before solving what a novice on google could figure out. They also made claims that were not communicated to me about additional problems, they left that put but replaced parts to fixed the untold problem. Nice people but incompetence costing the consumer thousands. I Try to be reasonable but when it comes to thousands of dollars I need experts who know what they are doing.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. They were extremely unkind and unprofessional. They had my vehicle for over 7 weeks, and it still had issues when I picked it up. They told me, “it wasn’t their issue.” Their communication and customer service is lacking severely. Needless to say, my truck is back in the shop getting repaired - but not with them. Save your money, time, and energy: Do not use these rude people! If I could use one word to describe them, incompetent is what comes to mind.

I have a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country with 150,000 miles on it. This minivan has had all kinds of problems over the last three years. When my local garage said to take it to a Chrysler Dealer for the engine problem that I am having, this dealership told me that they do not work on Chrysler Vehicles with 150,000 miles. A Chrysler Dealership that does not work on Chrysler Vehicles? What a great service department. Not!!

The service department is bad. I have a 2020 ram with 10k miles and a idler pulley goes bad.They order the part that takes a week to come in.I make an appointment to get it fixed and wait two and a half hours to be notified its the wrong part and now i need to come back another day to get it fixed. I know mistakes happen but having a customer wait that long to be told about the problem is unacceptable.

My wife and I purchased a 2008 Jeep Liberty brand new and was told we were getting a lifetime powertrain warranty on the motor and transmission. We were told all we needed to do was keep the oil changed and the vehicle maintenanced. I see Mike Miller on TV and hear Frank Fletcher on the radio lying about the powertrain warranty trying to lure you in to purchase a vehicle but they will not honor their word. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this company.

Took my vehicle in for a coolant leak it was there for three days. I picked the vehicle up and the very next day I come out the house and what do I see, coolant underneath the car. I take the car back and this time they keep the car for a week I get it back and a couple of days later guess what COOLANT LEAK! It gets worse but Ill spare you. Was not impressed! Set an appointment for noon on Saturday. Arrived on time and waited to be checked in. I seen a lot of people walking from one building to another. 25 mins goes by and no one checked me in. I was told by ONE guy he would be with me in a minuet! There was only one person in front of me. Terry Ault is the man that can make the impossible possible! He got us into the vehicle that we have wanted for so many years. Every other dealership told us there was just no way but Terry made it happen. He took all the stress and waiting out of the purchase. I called about a recall on my Jeep. I get I didnt buy my Jeep from them, but being a Jeep dealer, theyre suppose to handle recalls on all Jeeps, not just the ones they sell. I was told they didnt know when the part would come in but they could put me down on a wait list and they would give me a call as soon as they got the part in. Well, a few months went past so I decided to call another dealer. The one in Searcy. They had the part in stock and could order more if needed and got me in super quick. Great experience there. Funny how they could get a new one in immediately, but Fletcher hasnt seemed to be able to get one in for two years now? Hm. I guess I know where we wont be looking next time were vehicle shopping.

UPDATE: I did finally get a call back last night about the status of my vehicle (cost of repairs), but it is 8:30am and the promised call from Daniel (the service rep) still hasnt come with an ETA of when I can pick up my vehicle. Save yourself the misery and drive the extra time to Landers.If there were a way to leave NO stars or NEGATIVE stars, I would. Ive had my 2016 Jeep since 2016, and only taken it to Fletcher once before - driving the 30 minutes out to Steve Landers is SO worth it. Had an emergency this am, and decided to give Fletchers a 2nd chance. Theyve had my car since 11am this morning, and *I* had to call them at 3pm to see if they had any idea what the repair would cost. Still no answer, but Daniel was going to call me right back. *I* called again at 5:30pm to see if anyone could help me. Daniel was not there (voicemail), the Service Managers were both gone, and the person they sent me to (Amy) also went to voicemail. I called back a 3rd time to see if *ANYONE* could tell me how much it was going to cost and when I might be getting my car back. I was promised a return call, and its now 6:30, and NO ONE answers ANY of the extensions at the dealership (although it is supposedly open until 7pm). This is the LAST TIME FRANK FLETCHER WILL EVER GET MY BUSINESS.

Brought a truck from them on 6/1/20 said they didnt have any gas cards at the time so they would have to mail it to me. I have talked to them several times and always the same thing we will get it mail out for you. Talked with salesmen he said he would check and see and let me know never heard from him again. Told from to other people that worked in office that they would take care of it never happened didnt get my title for almost to month had to pay extra on that because I was driving it after the 20 day period to get my tags.

I have never in all my car buying experience ever seen a more incompetent service Department at a Dealership. I received a recall for my bubbling dashboard on my Jeep Grand Cherokee with a expiration date that it must be turned into chrysler for approval for repairs. I made a appointment with Fletcher and was greeted by a service Advisor at the time named Daniel (Who is no longer employed there, Which i found out because it has been weeks since any correspondence.) A Lady from upstairs came down from upstairs and took pics of my Jeep and they assured me that it would be sent in for Approval for repairs and they would call me when my dashboard Arrived. This was in April, I waited until July and decided to call and ask the Status of my Dashboard that supposedly was Approved and ordered. I was informed the service advisor Daniel no longer worked there and they had to hunt my information and file down. I was transferred to the Service manager named Paul and i am still baffled how he even got the position as a service manager. Paul put me on hold and called parts and told me that my dashboard was on backorder until October but he said it will be a lot earlier as usually when the parts come in and they start calling customers most have traded their vehicles in by then so that would leave the part quicker for me as ive been waiting many months. so i decided to call 11/21/2020 And left Paul a Voicemail which he has yet to return my call back. Here we are Today 11/24/2020 I reached back out to Paul and he Finally answered my call and i had explained my situation again and explained to him how he assured me for months my dash would arrive and here we are in November. He put me on hold again and called the parts department and put me on a brief hold and said Parts said the Dashboard wouldnt be here until April 2021!!!! So i am beyond over this location and everytime i talk to paul he honestly has nothing but a excuse and a story how this and that and honestly doesnt have a Attitude of someone id expect in the Service Department. This final phone call he has not offered any solutions on any resolution to fix the problem with my vehicles as the bubbled dashboard is now affecting my auto headlight feature. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FLETCHER DODGER AGAIN!!! AFTER THE SALE YOU CAN HANG IT UP!! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

My husband dropped the vehicle off Saturday and was asked if we could leave until Monday to which we agreed. No call Monday. Called service Tuesday and told we would get a call back when they had a chance to check with the technician on what was going on, never received a call back. Called service Wednesday and told we would get a call back when they had a chance to check with the technician on a status, never received a call back. Thinking the only way to get a status update is to be inconvenienced enough to have to drive there in person to potential be told the vehicle isn’t ready or hasn’t even been looked at yet. Mike Wolfe was awesome to work with and so much so I purchased 2 cars from him - one in June and the other in July. As awesome as the sales department is, I have had some interactions with the service team. Truly this department is just as wonderful to work with. All cars have issues at some point, therefore, it’s how you are treated and how the problem is resolved. Stan is the service manager and he and his team are the BEST. They take care of issues quickly, fairly and are super friendly. Best dealing I’ve had with a service department! If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. Wow, bad experience, took my truck in for engine light, I paid for extended coverage when I Purchased this used truck ($2000) they told me the extended warranty would cover the DEF issues quoted me a $900 plus to fix, I refused, so they charged me $150 for the Diagnosis, I immediately drove it to landers in LR, they repaired my truck which WAS covered under my extended warranty !!! I called Fletcher to express my disappointment with them an to ask for my $150 back as they Mis diagnosed my vehicle, they have not returned my calls, so I issue this warning to anyone needing vehicles serviced/repaired take it to Landers if you want it fixed correctly!!!!!!!!

Worse experience with their service department. On multiple occasions they’ll take our van in for service and keep it all day to find out they haven’t even worked on it. What’s the point of making an appointment. It takes several calls to their service department to get answers. I had the Transmission replaced because of a warranty issue. Maybe a recall something that was Dodge’s fault with the transmission so they replaced it. Or gave me back a refurbished transmission I don’t know. Now we’re about 13 months away from the transmission being replaced and they’re telling me that they do hear something wrong with the transmission but it’s not covered under warranty because I didn’t pay for the transmission. Since it was replaced under warranty, it only gets a one year warranty. If I would have paid for it The warranty would be for three years. Now they want me to pay 150 bucks for a diagnostic to tell me all this. So frustrating! Get ready for P.i. Roofing trucks to be a Chevy because I’m done with dodge.

The customer service was great. The owner was great. The sales person was great as well. They only issue that I was having a problem with was getting the vehicle and the finance department. I wasnt that impressed with either of the sections. However, I will continue to buy vehicle from Fletcher. I do believe in second chances. Everyone has a bump here and there. I will rate Fletcher 3.5.

I was only looking for a vehicle. I told the salesman, Bill Clem, I did not want my credit report run because it would show up and I do not want a bunch of inquiries. He stated he would do a sot run which would not show up and would not have an adverse effect on my credit report. He did run my credit report. A Hard inquiry this was not authorized and has taken 4 points off my report. These kind of scandalous sales tactics need to be show. Do not buy a car from Bill Clem he is dishonest salesman.I received a call back from the sales manager. He was a wonderful person. Was very gracious and really wanted to help me. I am going to buy a vehicle from theses folks. Im not going to deal with Bill Clem though!! From my phone conversation you can tell that Fletcher Auto really cares!!

This dealership is so bad they got my financing and paperwork done in less than an hour. Cleaned the truck and brought me the truck to where I work with the paperwork to sign. It’s is a nice clean 2017 Ram truck with only 41300 miles. I just like to say great dealership. Took my 2010 chargerc in for timing chain recall. Told service rep had issue with water pump nio sure if just gasket was bad or pump. Well pick up car and was told bad pump. No call to see if i wanted it fixed. Had to remove pump to get to timing chain. Not a happy person. Now get to replace pump on my own.

I am very happy with my car. I feel the service level could have been stepped up a notch from the staff. I dont feel I got the best deal or offer on the vehicle. I wish I had waited to see if there were other cheaper options verses feeling like I was forced and had no other options for a cheaper price on the same model vehicle.

Recently I spent a substantial amount of money replacing the oil coolant housing on my 2012 JK because it was leaking. After replacing it with a brand new housing, one would expect that a dealership would then check the oil level to make sure it was back to spec as mentioned in the multipoint inspection that was supposedly performed. However, this was not the case. Shortly after this service we had an engine light come on so we decided to do an oil change ourselves and only drained 3 quarts out. The engine is supposed to have 6 Quarts of oil. This means the service department failed to complete its job once installing the new housing.

My wife and I have been shopping for a new car since December, and just haven’t found what we wanted......and more importantly, haven’t found a TEAM that was easy to work with. We bought our last car from Fletcher (2017 Chrysler Pacifica Limited) and were very pleased with the whole experience. We are in town for an extended weekend, and thought we might as well see if there was an SUV at Fletcher we might like. Our last salesman, Justin, was not working today. But, General Manager, Mark Miller, was. He paired us with the most chill salesman, Chris. Other places we have been are very high pressure. They also try to “sell down”. Not at Fletcher. They made the process so easy. They let us pick the vehicles to look at and drive. They were very straightforward with pricing and trade in. And, the end result........we got exactly what we wanted. 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition. We really appreciate the fun and positive process. Our 6 y/o daughter was even having fun. Thank you Collette, Ryan, Mark, and Chris!! Y’all are awesome! And, now that we know Fletcher has other dealerships we can shop from remotely, they have customers for LIFE.

Came in for an oil change. I’ve waited two hours. I was told this was only take one hour. Same thing happened to me the last time I was here. 2 1/2 hours. Fletcher service department is the just got my jeep back 2 1/2 hours later. Check the fluids it was low and oil no windshield wiper fluid in the back and low in the front I wonder if they serviced anything else.I guess I’ll have to take it to Superior. In Conway.

I looked at their website online and it showed a mopar quick lube. I spoke with chat person and asked pricing for oil change and tire rotation. They said they would have someone contact me. To date no one contacted me. I then called the number on the site and it was a call center who could only give me the correct number and not connect me. I called and asked for pricing and it took 10 min for them to get me a number. I then showed up at the dealership only to find out that they did not have a quick lube like the website said. I was told it would be over two hours to get an oil change. I setup an appointment for the next day. When I showed up the next day I was told it would take an hour and a half. Thankfully it only took 1 hr. When I went to check out I was surprised that the price was so low. I asked the representative, This was the price for synthetic oil like I asked for? He told me yes we buy in bulk so the price is less. I took my receipt home and got in my truck. The sticker said I needed an oil change in 5k miles which I thought was low for synthetic. I then looked up the item number online and found out I was given conventional oil. I was disappointed that I was lied to when I asked a specific question. I also didnt get what I asked for. I am not sure I can recommend this dealership. Hopefully i was a one time case. I would recommend proceeding with caution and confirming multiple times with them what you want (i did and it didnt work out in my favor). This was my first experience with this dealership.

My salesman was amazing and searched for a vehicle that would best fit my familys needs and wasnt just trying to get us in anything that he could sell us. I ended up being very happy with the 2016 Dodge Journey we got and the finance people got my payments right where I wanted them to be. Very unhappy with the Service Department, I made a appointment March regarding my dashboard recall on my 2014 JGC i had been dealing with a Daniel in the service department (Who is no longer there) Go figure, I had come to the service department and a lady came and took pictures of my dashboard and got the claimed approved and etc they said they would be getting back to me when it came in. Since i have called once every couple of weeks to find out daniel is no longer employed there and i have left numerous voicemails for people to call me back with the receptionist to see the status of my dashboard as it is time sensitive and the claim was to be submitted in a certain time frame. Everytime i call i just get transferred and transferred to voicemails, Very unhappy with this location and how things have been handled so far and will be looking to service my jeep elsewhere. They might have sales down and advertisement but communication and the service department needs some Major HELP!!.

Shannon the service rep was great! The facilities were clean and nice. What impressed me the most was that in the 50 minutes or so I spent in the waiting room, 3 different people came in and checked on all of us that were waiting to see if we needed anything. I guess the only disappointment was that they didn’t have a window regulator in stock so I’ll have to wait a couple of weeks and go back for the repairs. All in all, a great dealership and service department.

Corey Bealer was our sells person. He was very friendly, kind and respectful. He worked with us to where we thought we got a good deal. They processed pretty quick for a car dealership. The only issue was Corey asked another sells men to have the jeep cleaned. The person came back later and said it was done. It wasnt even touched. We had been there for a bit and was getting pretty hungry. Corey himself took it and cleaned it himself to our satisfaction. I definitely recommend Corey to do business with!

The overall experience was excellent; however, our salesman Mike in his defense did everything to get the problems resolved. I will never buy another vehicle sight unseen. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but a similar one was so our salesman found another one out of state and had it shipped in. He reassured us it was the exact same model, just a 2017 instead of the 2018 on the lot. It was not the same - two key features we wanted did not come with the 2017 we bought. Instead we will have to spend $1,660 being the grill to get one of the the items and the dealer is going to install at their cost, the other items being the running boards which we were told were on the truck and was not. and spray in liner at no additional cost. I also think the price of the grill is a customer off the street price and not the dealers cost. I have not received the part, nor have I paid for it yet. We will discuss the cost further after it comes in. But all in all, as soon as the deficiencies were brought to their attention they did bend over backwards to make it right. Just have to work on the cost of the one item we will have to pay for the the grill. We will recommend our Salesman Mike to friends for future purchases

Service department told me they could get a part I just needed to pay for it before it shipped so I came the next day to get it done and they told me they dont make the part anymore. Then I wanted to test drive a truck while I was there and when someone finally found a salesman he told me I couldnt drive it. His exact words were just because I like a Lamborghini doesnt mean theyre gonna let me drive the mother******. Just find a real car dealer dont bother with these idiots.

GoogleThis is NOT the first time weve used this dealership for car repair, but as usual, another excuse as to why A WEEK LATER we do not have our car! And I mean an excuse, someone was out. Okay, understandable, and so is the holiday. Monday, A WEEK AGO, when it was dropped off we were told Thursday, no later than Friday. No call, no communication since last Wednesday. Left more than one message for Justin in the service department and we had to try THREE times until we were able to talk to him. Now, a week later, excuses, no communication, and NO CAR. If you want poor customer service and a company that cant give a valid reason that you dont have your car, then GO FOR IT, and if you dont care when you get it back, or if theyll return your calls, by all means use them! If at all possible, there wont be a third time.
