Being a FIRST TIME BUYER of a RZR, I was treated very well.. Donovan (Store Manager) made sure I was taken care of promptly!I went to look at a 2018 Can Am they had in their back stock and ended up getting the brand new 2020 RZR Pro-Ultimate XP. Outdoor Powersports saved me THOUSANDS of dollars that no other dealership could! And I got a 500.00 PURCHASE of IN Store Credit for purchasing my machine from them!Ive been looking at one of these for over 6 months and have ran into some pretty arrogant sales people, the ones that give you the feeling that you dont know anything and the intimidation that goes with it. Do not waste your time with Gainesville location go straight to the Sherman location. I do not even know where to start. I called 10 minutes before closing time and spoke to Donovan about a ranger.Donovan returned my call after they closed. I was very impressed with that the next morning Donovan called with the unit built. When I arrived the staff was very friendly very professional and I was out of there in 45 minutes with my machine. I can’t say thanks enough to Donovan and the staff there. They definitely deserve 5 stars plus for the customer service. Gainesville location should take some notes

Have been shopping around for some time checking prices on the unit I was interested in. I emailed OPS in Sherman and got a great price without any headache. The process was extremely quick and easy. I will be shopping soon for another purchase and will definitely be headed back to talk to them. I will also be using them for service on the unit I purchased. They are extremely laid back and easy to deal with.

I took three wheels to get new tires mounted and balanced.. I dropped them off right before lunch and was hoping to get them back that evening.. Bad luck strikes and a seal blows on the tire machine causing them to not be able to mount the new tires, nobodys fault, just bad timing. It was a bummer because they didnt have one on hand and, we were also looking forward to putting the wheels back on that night. But the manager, Mike Cone, expressed his apologies and promised to have wheels finished by following morning, cut me a break on the cost of labor and offered to deliver to my residence. Cant really ask for anything better than that.

I usually don’t post reviews, but after my experience with Outdoor power sports Sherman location, I wanted to hopefully help anyone else out there that is on the fence about where to purchase their ATV or side by side. I was in the market for a Polaris Ranger, and started shopping around to find the best deal. Outdoor power sports had the best price online, but I wanted to get other quotes as well, so I went to Cycle Center of Denton to see what they could do. After about 4 hours of waiting to see the actual out the door price, I noticed additional hidden fees that added up to about $1200. After haggling, and trying to get the fees removed, I finally got fed up and contacted Robert at Outdoor Powersports Sherman. When I first got the quote from Robert, I was expecting the same experience with additional hidden fees that I wouldn’t see until I sign the paperwork. This was not the case at all! Robert got all of the financing, and paperwork completed ahead of time, so all I had to do was walk in and sign. When I looked at the contract, I couldn’t believe I was actually paying the price I was quoted. Seemed too good to be true, but then I noticed a sign in the shop that I thought about sending to Cycle Center which said In bold letters “No Bullsh*t Fees”.. It was true.. I will definitely be a return customer, and will recommend OPS to friends and family.

The purchase of my pre-owned Polaris ACE from Holiday Powersports went very smoothly. My sales rep. Chris was very knowledgeable and very attentive. Since it was not a large purchase and I had driven/owned several ATV’s over the years, I chose to buy a pre-owned from a dealer vs. through an individual which saved me driving around to unfamiliar people’s property. Chris spent a lot of time with me on the phone since it was just a financial transaction and I was not visiting the dealership. I was more than happy about the fair price for this pre-owned Polaris ACE and I couldnt be more satisfied. Also, having someone deliver my Polaris ACE to my ranch was a huge relief and made the transaction very smooth. The driver who delivered the unit to my ranch, which was over 200 miles from the dealer, was quick, courteous and on-time. When I took receipt of the unit, I couldn’t wait to drive it. I was everything that was described on the Holiday Powersports website and more!A few weeks later, there was an unforeseen issue with the unit and I called Chris at Holiday Powersports to let him know. Without hesitation, he let me know that they would take care of things and just wanted me to be happy. I received a call back from his manager, Matt, within an hour and he talked over the issue with me. He said he would get the unit picked up at my ranch, again 200 miles away, and assured me they would resolve the issue. I was out of state when they picked up the unit from my ranch for the funeral of my father, who had just passed away. Not only did they pick up the unit seamlessly, they did so with little disruption to me. A few days later they called to tell me they would replace my pre-owned unit with a new unit. It was completely unexpected and an absolute testament to Holiday Powersports’ customer service.I could not have expected anything better or more from this dealership! Their professionalism is captured in every detail. They have a competent staff, detailed website, and an honest sales team. This was by far the best experience Ive had at any kind of dealership. Their integrity was demonstrated in my unfortunate situation and they went over and above what was necessary. I HIGHLY recommend Holiday Powersports and will enjoy the purchase through their dealership for many years to come.

The service dept here is a joke. First, they tell me they have to wash my 4 wheeler (50 bucks) before they can look at it. Secondly, they would not so much as even take a peak at it until they put the diagnostic on it. Basically I was going to be out 135 dollars before anything was going to be known. By the way, I took it to Sherman Power Sports. 30 minutes and 50 dollars later it was running like a champ! Do not waste your time and money here

These guys are pros. I was looking for a 2017 Honda CRF250L online. I checked several places around me and couldnt find a deal. We bought our Polaris Ranger Crew from the Holiday Powersports in Sherman this summer and it was a great experience. This is the second Polaris we bought in the last few years and by far the better experience. Holiday gave us the best price right off the bat and beat everyone by a large margin. Went to pick up a new 2017 rzr s 1000. It was literally the cheapest one in the country. Was a little skeptical at first about the deal but when we got there the deal was as it was said it would be. The unit had a few hours on it from being test drove but they cleaned it back up and went ahead and did an oil change on it. Over all it was an extremely good and honest experience. Not to many dealerships have good customer service anymore, just take you money and dont let the door hit you in the way out. Holiday however, still has that old fashion take care of the customer mentally . Thank you Chris and Tony for the experience.

Very bad experience. I spent $26,394.90 on the purchase of a Canam 8TJA model with a lift kit which was supposed to have airconditioning.They lied about the Canam having air conditioning, which was the whole reason I was buying it. It was supposed to be a NEW Canam, but it was delivered to me with 40 hours already on it. It was also delivered with steering issues.They refused to fix it, swap it or give a refund. They delivered the Canam on Saturday after they closed. Then refused to answer calls, even on their cell phone that day over the weekend and Monday. Finally talked to them Tuesday when they reopened for business. Then they tried to say I was past their 72 hour window to refuse a vehicle. They have refused my requests to speak with the owner. After 3 months, we are now having to hire an attorney to seek relief.....22 minutes after posting this review I received a call from company rep stating that they would rectify this situation, but only if I remove my review immediately!!! This review is staying up for all the world to see until this situation is resolved.

I took my 2018 rzr 900 to holiday with front differential noise with only 71 miles on it. Later that afternoon I received a call from holiday saying they couldnt find any noise, I asked for them to check the noise coming from the front differential so they said that they would bring in the shop and check it out. The following day I received a call saying that everything was fine and the tech couldnt hear a noise. I went after work to pick up the rzr and I was told to pay the cashier!!! $ 116.65 is what it cost to find nothing. I took the rzr back home jacked up the left front wheel and spun the tire yup the noise is still in the differential like I said. So I jacked up my brothers rzr same year same model and it makes no noise, so I took a video of it and sent it to the dealer. Didnt help!! I would not recommend anyone to deal with Holiday power sports. I was told some rzrs make noise some dont thats all great but it didnt make noise when first purchased but now it does. Only the left side makes noise not the right but the tech said fine!!! Good luck if you purchase or have work done at Holiday....

Went in the store to buy gloves. someone said hi when i walked in but i was there 10 min and no one asked if they could help me they staff just sat at the desks playing on cell phones.

Helped me out with my Ranger after trying to work on it myself. Fixed the problem. Kept in contact with me the whole time and didnt price gouge.
