I don’t get it. Agree with the other comments about bad service at this location. We couldn’t find help and they seemed to have limited inventory. There were rainbows painted and represented all over the store, especially in the kids area with political motivated banners and “be yourself” signs for pride month. Truly confused how the propaganda makes sense in a PB store and what the point is other than to be provocative and drive away anyone that doesn’t agree with the same. There’s a big disconnect between the desire for tolerance (not what this is) and proselytizing to the latest social norms. I won’t shop at any PB stores again.

All associates do not care to help or address any concern. When you go to the THIRD FLOOR, you will find 4 employees more concerned with calling back customers than helping people in front of them. Sizing up customers based on appearance, walking around with a coiled phone cord looking at us. LOL. This place is a disaster.

I called because Apple Maps says this location closes at 6 pm. I spoke to a woman on 10/30/20 at 6:50 pm who was incredibly rude. I just wanted to know when they close because google says 8 pm and maps said a different time. She was short with me and have a sassy response. I just wanted to know the correct time. 7 pm wasn’t even listed as a time on maps or google. Get it together pottery barn.

Love Pottery Barn but a little pricey. I always search deal though as they have them at times.

Store is supposed to be open until 7:00 but they lock their doors 10 minutes before and won’t let customers in.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Steer clear of Mira and manager. They wouldnt return my blanket with a receipt. They both had major attitude. Took it to another Pottery Barn and they returned it in 5 minutes. Kierland is an awful location, horrible service, and unfriendly staff.

We dont know what happened with the negative posts written, but on multiple occasions we experienced excellent service at the Pottery Barn in Scottsdale Quarters. On our last visit we were helped by Louise, Myra and Joann, and they could not help us enough. They worked together well, was very friendly, very attentive, very professional and a lot of fun. Thanks ladies!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I was never greeted or even acknowledged. The women completely ignored me which made for an unpleasant visit. Pretty sad for a first time visit to this location. I gave the other stores in that area my business. Save your time and money and head over to Crate and Barrel or Design Within Reach, theyre amazing. Pottery Barn your stuffs not even that nice to be acting so snobby. Get it together.

They have some super cute stuff for childrens rooms..I had a baby in December 2018 and had been on the hunt for decorating her first room. I found the cutest crib skirt here. I had looked almost everywhere else and online and wasnt having luck finding what I was looking for. And I didnt know exactly what I was looking for but I had an idea and I felt like when I saw it, even if it didnt match my idea, I would know it and that would be that. I did find it here, obviously, and its beautiful. Its a light pinkish peachish tulle and has sequins scattered across the layers. Its simple and light and the perfect accent to an also light colored themed room. Im not in to the heavy, deep colors for a room and wanted to keep things light, which is exactly what this skirt is. I wouldve given them five stars but their customer service was lacking. I had ordered the skirt online because it was on sale but then found out I could use a coupon I had and there was an in store sale so I went to buy it at the store after cancelling my online order, and suddenly the sale didnt apply anymore and I was actually going to be spending more money in store than I would have online. I was super irritated about this and the way the manager handled it and refused to offer any additional help on her own as an act of decent customer service upon knowing my situation.if she had even acted apologetic I would have been satisifed..but she didnt and i wasnt.it wasnt about the few dollars after all was said and done, it was just about the effort and trouble I went to and then the way I was treated. It is the last thing I bought there and I havent shopped online or in person there since, nor do I have any intention to.

They make and sell the most luxurious faux fur throw blankets ever. They make great gifts!

Love the stuff we bought. However not happy with the lies they used to sell it to us. The month we bought our $3000 couch they were advertising double reward cash back. What they didnt tell us was that they dont charge the pottery barn credit card until it ships which was the next month. The next month the double rewards gimmick was over and we only got half of the cash back that we were told we would get. To make matters worse we got the run around and no resolution when we tried to get the problem solved. The people that work at this store would rather put you off until you forget about their mistakes and just give up.

Today 5/31/2020 At 2pm and they are closed even though I called the day before and said they are and would be open. Wasted my trip due to employee laziness. These days using excuse so they do t come in to work. Pathetic.

This store takes no responsibility on damaged peices nothing has been resolved for over a month!

The service at this Scottsdale location is horrendous....and not customer driven at all.Crate and Barrell across the street has much better service. When I need something from Pottery Barn, Ill drive an extra 20 miles to the Biltmore store which provides much better service than the awful Scottsdale location.I rarely give poor reviews but the level of service at this store is so atrocious that something needs be done by PBs Corporate office....

Horrible customer service online. Waiting over 4 months to fill one online order.My complaint is with on online order that I placed in November that I still am not estimated to receive until February. I have called twice and have been told there is nothing they can do. I have asked to speak with a supervisor twice and have been put right back to the main call number twice. I will NEVER order from pottery barn online again!

I purchased bedding a couple of days ago and saw today that it was 20% off so I called to see if they would do a price adjustment. Girl that I spoke to said no problem, just bring your receipt in. When I arrived at store, salesclerk Susan acted like it was a big hassle for her, rolling her eyes at at her colleague, like the credit was coming out of her paycheck. This transaction was about 350 so at 20% it was significant = ~68 dollars. However, all in all, I spent about 1500 on bedding. Sorry to inconvenience you Susan!

Paid over $3,000 for dining table and chairs in 2004. Contacted Pottery Barn (PB) for the manufacturers contact information to purchase a replacement part and PB threw up their hands and first said they dont carry parts for products they sell and then followed up with an email that said they are contractually bound not to divulge manufacture information. Never buying from them again!

Nice store and good quality but its expensive. Staff seems nice.

So rude! Im searching materials for 2 couches that another PB helped us choose (over $5k) and one associate asked a lady near me if she needed help, without acknowledging me. Then I asked an associate for help with swatches and she rolled her eyes and told me to go upstairs! Customer service is lost here.
