What a fabulous store! Vanessa was great and shared wonderful history about the designer, the brand and various styles. Would love to do some Christmas shopping there. If I hit the lottery, Ill be back!

Earlier this week, I sent my friend to the CL Shoe Store in Santa Monica to buy a pair of black patent leather heels. When she brought them to show me, they had sold her a pair of flat black heels in a larger size to make the sale, that had been shimmed down to be wearable. When I sent her back to get the ones we wanted, they told her that there were no returns and no refunds, so too bad, so sad. She said that she had told them this was her first time in their store and they never explained the rules because they knew she would have refused the shoes. What a rip off place

Anna and Victoria at this store are simply amazing. They quickly attended every need and request with 0 hassle and made the whole experience a pleasure. Already working with Anna on my next order and will do ALL of my business through them from now on, even though there is a store less than 5 miles from my house in Dallas.. Thank you both so much for all the wonderful help, the package even came a day early to my beautiful fiancé in Temecula. I couldnt be more pleased. Highly, HIGHLY recommended boutique.

Beautiful store but was greeted by rude customer service who treated me like I was second class -Walked in and she asked coldly, what are you looking for? Like I didnt belong there. I asked her if she had any other styles out the back in my size not on display to which she replied, yeah... maybe But didnt budge.Ive had such amazing service from other CL stores this was a disappointment as we drove out there especially to visit it.

Omg this store was TBE my daughter bought her shoes there for her turning 13 and the employees was so nice and helpful i would give 100 stars if possible they treated my little girl with respect and really help her find the perfect pair of shoes for her
