Ordered a sliding screen door because none of the big box stores carry the size I needed. Being that this cost almost 3x what those big box doors cost, I expected a much higher quality door. Boy was I wrong. It’s flimsy and doesn’t slide well because of how flimsy it is. Also the “four steel rollers” are not actually steel. They’re plastic. I called and left multiple messages, they never answered or called me back. I would never deal with this company again. Buyer beware.

Shade Screen Solutions is an extremely well run company that happens to make very nice products. I purchased quite a few PELLA -type window screens from them because I refuse to deal with PELLA directly and their nonsense. Shade Screen Solutions offered the Butterfly/Knife style latch which was a real plus since that is the type used on my 33 year old PELLA window screens. Their simple, but detailed instructions for measuring and ordering custom-made screens made my purchase a snap. Their packaging of these screens is near bullet-proof, using sturdy cardboard, stretch film and wood. I had (1) screen that arrived with a ding in the metal frame which I really dont believe was from their superb packaging. It may have slipped through the manufacturing process un-noticed. Shade Screen Solutions sent me a replacement screen promptly without any hassle.Oh, I also almost forgot to mention that I received free shipping on everything. I only wish more companies were run like this one. Thank you for making all of my purchases trouble-free.

We moved into our new (built 2018) home, and the first time time we had guests, we locked ourselves out. The only open,window was into our bedroom.
