Absolutely incompetent representatives work in this store. They lost the phone I traded in and I had to make 3 trips to the store to ensure they would fix the problem. It still isn’t fixed. My bill doubled. I get daily texts from Verizon saying my bill is past due. There has been no communication from Gabriel or Rue about resolving this issue. Switch to AT&T. This specific location is the reason Verizon will be losing my account.

This is my first Google review ever and I am doing it to warn people to not work with Austin at this Verizon store. Guy doesn’t know how to treat customers whatsoever. He told me that my plan from transferring from Sprint to Verizon would be $80 and $70 with Auto-Pay. Turns out it was actually $90 after I set up my new iPhone 13. When I walked into the store two hours after my purchase, I asked him about it, and he said there was a misunderstanding and that there was nothing he could do to help. He ended up getting aggressive the more I asked about why he told me a certain price for a monthly plan that ended up being false. No apology for his mistake or anything. Complete joke. AVOID WORKING WITH AUSTIN!

Worst customer Service ever! I walked in to review my account since they’ve been charging 2 lines for international uses and data nor cell service was available when I traveled. I walked in and denied to even take a look at the line and denied to assist me with a phone upgrade, they sent me directly to Apple and said he didn’t have time to review my account.Another customer walked in behind me and came to upgrade his phone and took care of him without any questions.This experience was beyond disgusting.

Awful customer services. We spent hours on the phone trying to upgrade and they kept messing up so I went into this store instead. They had only 2 people working midday on a Sunday and they said they were only taking appointments, their next one was 4 days out and could do nothing to help me even though only one of the people were busy. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Gross incompetenceI exchanged my iphone for an android, and the teller thoughtlessly sent the package to the wrong address where no one is presently residing. She figured it out after the order was submitted, and never asked me to confirm any address. Then the teller and manager lied multiple times, telling me that the package would not be left at the door without a signature (Ive done this before and they most certainly do leave it), and urging me not to call 611 for help because it was a waste and that they would tell me the same thing. I called anyway in the morning because the service center was closed for the night, and they informed me that changing addresses is easy, but that it was too late to do so. It is now headed to the wrong address in another state, where someone will undoubtedly steal the package from the porch, and Ill be left with the tab.Buyer beware. If you go to this store after reading this review, youve earned the experience thats coming.

I have found a lot of employees at various cell phone companies to be rather dismissive and condescending. But yesterday I went to the store located on Wilshire in Santa Monica and the customer service I received from Landry was first rate. He was super friendly, non-pushy and so helpful. He even stayed past closing to help my husband and I. I will definitely return to this store for all my future needs and its all because of the quality customer service I received from Landry.

You need an appt (what with COVID I guess the staff dont come in unless they know they have to) but when Audi realized I couldnt even call ahead to schedule one (being phoneless) and just needed a SIM card he went inside and took care of it quickly. Im grateful they worked me in since I otherwise would have been without a phone another two days.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon and did encounter a huge problem, partly my fault for not doing it right away after purchasing a new phone from Verizon.I had the best costumer service ever with the most patient assistant name Anna. It took 4 1/2 hours to get my phone going but she never gave up and called and repeated the same questions and answers.Thankful for the great service!

At the Verizon store best make an appointment. Parking on the lot is approximately $2 for every 15 minutes better to park on the street at a meter. As for the store they may be helping a customer but as you enter the store they will check you in as they help you on a first-come first-serve basis if theres no appointment.

Quite possibly the most ridiculous customer experience I have ever had. Do not bother going here. If you can take care of your issue online (or with customer service over the phone) do it. We were in the store for over three hours and things were still done wrong. A week later I am still straightening things out. Awful!

Terrible customer service. The in-store reps are like robots. Show no empathy for the issue I had, no desire to assist. Blamed the issue on me, when it was caused by one of the reps. I’m a long-term customer, but I will be switching over to a different carrier! Going to have raise that bar on in store customer service. Goodbye Verizon!

They sped things up. Loads of people but everyone had a person helping them. The only real downside I saw was of all the people helping I got the one who just had a ton of attitude and clearly didnt want to be there.I looked around and everyone seemed super helpful but this lady was just one word answers followed by a death stare..kind of funny now that I think about it but at the time I was just wondering why are you in customer service...anyway I gave 2 stars as I think customer service like that can really mess up your day as well as be bad for business. If you get someone like that I suggest you next them. Not worth it. They can go sulk and you can actually get someone who wants to be of help.

Excellent location but very unhappy.I was here two days ago and the store was full. I asked when the next available appointment would be and was told that it wouldnt be until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. So I came back today planning to buy a cell phone outright in cash only to find that the phone that they had on display is not available. They couldnt even order it from the warehouse because there are none in the warehouse. What is the point of putting a cell phone on display for sale if its not in stock or not even available to order from the warehouse? Very disappointed.

Staff does a good job of answering most of my questions and I never felt pressured to buy anything which was nice. It was very busy so I didnt quite get the attention I wanted but the staff did a great job of taking to me and answering my questions between scheduled clients which is a big deal.

Awful Reps, I’ve had an annoying issue that two different reps have had to help with, but my problem hasn’t been solved it actually got worse. The first rep, just told me that she doesn’t know what or how to exactly solve my problem, and the second told me to call customer service and even locked my account for forgetting my ID, even after bringing it 10 minutes later. She even made my dad infuriated causing him to make a scene, and even the security guard helped to try to find a solution. Worst part is I still haven’t resolved my issue and I have to go back and have them unlock my account. I pay $500 for this A1 service guys, pathetic.

Verizon is tough. Ive been a customer a long time but over the last four years and two phones I have been up sold into products that I didnt ask for and the kicker is that I was told I would be spending less when in fact it has actually cost me more. I would rather deal with Verizon directly on a corporate level in future then to have to endure a Salesman trying to convince me they have something good for me and my monthly bill. In the stores, they are not looking out for you, they are looking out for themselves and that is very clear. They get the three stars because I like their product when its what Im asking for.

Was told 20 min wait; waited an hour and finally gave up without being helped. One employee is ‘hosting’ which as far as I can see is just walking around looking at his phone not doing anything. He wasn’t ‘hosting’ when we walked in; he was apparently taking a break and one of the other employees who was actually helping someone had to sign us in. Random people with ‘quick problems’ who came in after us were helped while we stood there waiting.With how much money Verizon charges me every month for service, it is irritating that whenever you go to one of their stores anywhere, it is always a giant cluster.The ‘host’ could not even manage to act interested at all when after 45 minutes waiting I asked how much longer.

You need to come in here and have a clear explanation of your problem. The techs will be more than happy to help and answer any other questions you may have. The waiting times vary and are unpredictable. If you have the Verizon app on your phone you can check in and be put on a waiting list without having to speak to a tech. At least that’s what I was able to do. Aside from the wait times, I’ve had good service here always.

Purchased 3 iPhone 11s Jan 31,2020.I’m 71. Brought my two granddaughters, 17 & 19, with me.Salesperson told us about a deal that was tooexpensive. The sales person then checked a few things. He then said the first 3 payments would only be aprox. $227.00 a month. They’d drop down to$165.00 add tax per month until the 2 year contract was up.Before I left Verizon I paid $1,706.2.Bought 3covers, 3screen protectors, 3 chargers that came withdeal, had to mail in our 2016 iPhones 6plus. The iPhone 11s,had to set up autopay.We get home and on line Verizon states my first payment will be $400.17.Never did Rue say the payment was going to be that much! If he had, it would have been a deal breaker, and this young man knew that. When I went back to discuss it with him, he acted dumbfounded.The day before, he wasn’t there and his working partners said Rue always explains everything! I told them, not so!Britney in customer service broke down everything. She was wonderful!I feel as if the salespersons work together.When I left, they probably high fived.I will be with them until the contract is up.Never again will I deal with Verizon.If the service with Metro hadn’t declined in the past 4 months, I’d still be with them! Oh by the way.. the guard looked like a thug!!! He had knit cap on his head bugging my granddaughter and I as if he could help! I would suggest he dress normally!

This store is being remodelled, so they are using a small space, with minimal phones on display, and with NO information displayed.They do not have the newest LG or Samsung.phones, and the reps have little knowledge of those phones. Perhaps in 2-3 months, in the remodelled space, it would be worth visiting.

When asked about it, she just shrugged : I guess her job description does not involve helping customers when there is a need. The lady that helped me was the least helpful Verizon employee I’ve ever met. My phone had been acting up and without even testing it she just told me I needed an upgrade or replacement. I had visited another store before when the same problem happened and they were very helpful by replacing a part and giving suggestions about my insurance plan. I went into this store today to buy a phone. My Disability prevented me from standing around, waiting for the rep to complete the transaction. I told him this, he was dismissive. I asked when I should return; he responded 15 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes, he hadnt completed the transaction. He had, instead, put my phones aside. I asked again when I should return; same answer. Upon return, he was absent, nobody else would/could help. Now I have no more rides to store - and no phone. I do, however, have the bill.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!I returned a phone to this store that I purchased at this store a few days earlier. The store did not register the return and claim they mailed it back to me. Instead, they mailed me back an empty box and charged my account for a brand new phone. It took me more than 6 months of calling Verizon constantly to remove the charge. The only way I was able to prove that I was mailed an empty box was by contacting Fedex- as they weigh all of their boxes. It seemed like someone from the store stole the phone and tried to charge my account. Staff at this store stand around watching youtube videos while there is a long line. Came in 3 times to setup a new account and 2 new lines, as well as get new phones - we were constantly interrupted and our lack of knowledge about the inner workings of Verizon business practice was a problem for our Verizon representative. When offered that this behavior would lose our business we were met with silence and another question of our intelligence. I am generally a very patient person and this is the first store review Ive ever done. I have worked in customer service, I know the minimums of what it should take, this place has routinely not reached that low bar.

Make sure you turn off your cellular data, and roaming, and location when traveling as much as you can, pretty much at all times or you will get hit with a $1200 phone bill when you get home. Only use WIFI as much as possible.

This is a very busy store, but they usually help me pretty quickly. I had trouble with my phone not charging and learned it was an issue with the phone. They helped me replace the phone with a different model. I learned its quite difficult to import contacts into a Windows phone which I eventually replaced with a Droid model. Ive been satisfied with the service here and its my go to store.

The young man who sold me a new upgrade iPhone7 Plus was pleasant but dishonest. He told me that he was signing me up as a preferred customer for a particular rate plan. I told him that was super & needed to complete the backup of my old phone before activating. To make a long story short, no he did not set me up with the plan he indicated. Nor could I activate the phone as he took the SIM card & the little tool out of the box. On Monday (after Christmas) Im returning the phone & moving to TMobile. Ive had it with Verizon. Lots of one stars. Does anyone there care? GM Dave or David? I went there this AM. Not at all busy. My phone either froze or was dead. Can you help me? My service person hit the trifecta plus one. Short. Snotty. Disinterested. Not helpful. He offered to do a hard reset or sell me a new phone. Anything else we can try? No. You must assume now youve lost everything on that phone. What else can we try? Thats it. I left the store, went home, got on the phone to Verizon and was connected immediately to - OMG - a helpful and knowledgeable person! In five minutes she guided me through a reboot, not a hard reset, and the phone was running again. She took a few more minutes to do a remote diagnostic. All seems fine. Some kind of hiccup maybe. Glad we were able to get you going Mr Doherty. Is there anything else I can do for you today? No, but thank you! Tried and failed three times to call and speak with the GM. Oh, hes not there today? When will he be in? We dont know. The managers dont tell us. You have my cell phone. Call the GM. I want to speak with him now. Not tonight or tomorrow. Waiting.
