Marinell is your go to sales person at this place!! Shes so knowledgeable and has a great eye. This is like an a candy store for adults. Such great designs to choose from. I cant recommend Marinell enough.

Excellent plumbing supply house for professionals and homeowners. In Santa Monica where there is a dearth of home improvement retailers and hardware stores, this place is a mecca for specialized plumbing hardware and equipment, not to mention the ritzier side of their business that sells all manner of household appliances and fixtures.

The associate i spoke to had one of the parts I needed but instead of selling me that one, he went online and found them both at another store and gave me the details so I could get what I needed in one place. Heaven for us plumbers

I remodeled my place 6 years ago and purchased my shower and all the attachments to it from Ferguson. I just had an issue that the water was not getting hot enough and the plumber told me that there was an issue with the thermostat. I called Ferguson Santa Monica and within 3 days they fedexed a brand new thermostat to me for free since it was under warranty. I was really impressed with the quality of customer service Delaney gave me. Prompt, quick and pleasant.

After visiting several smaller fixture showrooms, Ferguson was my last stop on my hunt for a shower trim set and a kitchen faucet. I wish I had started here because I certainly wasted my time with those other businesses. I was greeted promptly, shown where the items I was browsing for were in their showroom, and within 5 minutes Victoria was there helping me place my order. All told I was in and out within a half hour, and to make things even better my fixtures were delivered to me over night. I have to say the service I received was top notch and professional, and many of the other fixture showrooms I visited would do well to follow this particular showrooms example. Thanks for bringing an annoying day to a quick and stress-free end!

Everything from plumbing parts to High end appliances. Hilda from Walnut Park was very sweet and helpful. I went in not having a clue of what I was looking for, but when I left the store I felt like I was in good hands and definitely got the help I needed to remodel my bathroom. Parking was a bit of a hassel but once I found parking it was easy breezy.
