Everyone at this store is extremely helpful! When we were in the hospital my wife and I could not figure out the straps on our car seat we purchased from The Pump Station. Adam video called us and walked us through the whole process! Incredible service! We really appreciate it!

I met with a lactation consultant here today because Ive been experiencing a lot of pain while breastfeeding. Its not cheap, but so worthwhile if youre in need of caring, compassionate, knowledgeable support. I had a great experience with my first child at the Hollywood location too. Highly recommend the lactation consultants at The Pump Station! Their store is also full of very useful stuff for babies and their mamas. I truly feel nurtured after my visit today.

I went to The Pump Station in Santa Monica and I love this place. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. I met with Corky for a lactation consult and she is just wonderful! Very knowledgeable and overall a great experience; she helped me beyond just breastfeeding. She has loads of experience and it shows. Shes evidence based, and meeting her was just overall a very pleasant experience. Its a comfortable place and the shop is great too. I highly recommended any new mama (or repeat mamas) to stop by!

I like this place, theyre very nice here and helpful. The parking isnt great but its OK, theres a small lot in the back and meters in front. Youll pay more for stuff here, just be warned. But if youre looking for baby stuff and lactation consultants/breastfeeding help, this is a good place to come. You can also rent hospital grade pumps for nursing, which is nice.

This is hands down the best baby store in LA. It’s small so they don’t have big gear like strollers, car seats etc but they have a fantastic selection of educational toys, swaddles, pump supplies, bras and nursing clothes, feeding and bath supplies and a lot of very cute clothes for your little one. They also offer lactation consulting, mommy and me and other development classes.Fantastic resource for all things baby!

If you ever had a question or needed to get the best products for pumping and breastfeeding, then this is the place! They have one-on-one consulting, which my wife and I found invaluable. They also offer classes and groups for nursing mothers. Very welcoming, even for dads!

This business Is more than just a retail store. It provides a supportive community for new mommies to gather and share experiences in a group setting facilitated by knowledgeable women in the field of lactation and counciling. I gave it 4 stars because if you want to participate you have to be prepared to pay their high course fees. At the (high end) hospital where my daughter gave birth, its free!

Our daughter was born at 24 weeks/6 days old. She weighed 1 pound 11 ounces. Weve been through quite the roller coaster as first time parents with a baby in the NICU for 4 months before coming home. The Pump Station has been invaluable, providing everything from baby supplies and clothing to hospital grade pumps and exceptional advice. They are helpful, knowledgeable and go the proverbial extra mile to help parents in so many ways. Judy was our first employee experience, and she was awesome. Cant recommend this place enough. Dont even think about finding another store. Drive to this one - you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I took the child care class, breast feeding class and sent our baby-to-bes grandparents to the grandparent class. No complaints at all! Corky (the owner/founder) and Barbara are extremely knowledgeable and are clearly devoted to keeping with the changes in parenting that seem to be never ending. They present evidence based information and will let you know when they deviate from this.Although it would be a bit early, Id encourage you to take the class prior to your baby shower so that you get a better idea of the gear you need and get recommendations from those who spend their life around baby care. The store is great, they carry a lot of wonderful products and avoid those that they believe are less than that. Also they recently started carrying larger gear (stroller, car seats, bassinets, baby carriers) and an expert in this area to assist you as well.Friendly group all around and would not hesitate to shop there again! Thanks

Ridiculously expensive for the services theyre offering. Would also make a huge difference if you hire professionals to pickup the call when we ask for helpful recommendations or schedule of classes. This is the least that you want to go through when youre pregnant.

I was desperate with my newest son, who refused all the pacifiers Ive tried to offer him. I came in asking for advice and a new model to try. After exchanging some info, the employee recommended one and I took it without hesitation.Three hours later, and my son just feel asleep with his new pacifier. The only reason Im not giving five stars is because I came in before and was helped by one of the owners, she had a real know-it-all attitude and was a bit too pushy with her products.

Love everything about the pump station. The inventory, the classes, the staff, the research that goes into buying and testing the products. I also love that I can weigh my baby there.

I buy most of the expectant couples I know gifts from The Pump Station - They have a great selection of safe toys and early childhood books & videos - I especially love giving the french toy, Sofie the Giraffe, and the video Happiest Baby on the Block because its so easy for new parents who have questions about the 5 Ss - including how to swaddle.

The customer service was excellent. I even had a chance to sit down and pump in a room they have available. Their products work too especially if you need a boost in milk production.
