Excellent customer service. I needed something as simple as changing the brake and signal lights and a very polite young man helped me, his name is Isaac. Whenever I need something for my cars I come to this place. The staff is very attentive to customers. I definitely recommend this place !!!

What happened to a parts store being able to help you with your custom builds. What happened to the guy behind the counter being knowledgeable about the industry they are in. All they know at this store is what is on the computer. I asked for a simple keyed starter switch. The manager told me they are all vehicle specific, even though I told him I have bought one from them recently. He was not willing to help. When I asked him if he knew anything beyond his computer he stated he did not really work on cars. When I asked if anyone else did that understood what I was asking for he told me to Google it and show him. Wow. No wonder brick and mortars are going away. If I have to do all the research I can just order it myself. I shop at brick and mortars to keep the locals working. This is outrageous. I ended up going to Orielys the they found what I was looking for in 2 minutes. When I asked for the regional manager I was told I could Google it. Then he told me to leave. Really unimpressed. I own over 6 vehicles and have shopped at this store for over 25 years and now I will never go back.

Wow I couldnt ask for better and more kind service. CJ came out and helped me check my fluids because Im in a wheelchair therefore cant reach it. The other AutoZone couldnt be bothered to help me but CJ with a broken wrist in a cast was so egar to help with the upmost positive attitude. Lord better bless him. Thank goodness they had the part that I was looking for that was not available anywhere in Santa Fe they put it off to the side for me and I was able to cruise to Albuquerque and pick it up

Never have I been to an AZ and have one of the employees tell me they have no clue how to help me. Was looking for a fuse, needed help reading the box (never done it before) and the very young man told me he couldnt help me, (after I waited 15 mins in line.) Because he couldnt look it up on the computer. There was plenty of help, or seem to be, but only 1 person was running the register. Everyone else was running around. Santa Fe #2517

Visited the Cerrillos Rd location needing new windshield wiper blades. Employees were very helpful looking up what size I needed & recommending which brand to choose. Associate Lee S. was very friendly and came out to my car and replaced them for me. As a single woman, that type of helpful assistance & friendliness, like it wasnt a bother, is greatly appreciated & Ill return to this location.

On day 2 of a road trip through the SW, my battery died at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately a good samaritan gave us a jump and we then drove directly to the closest Autozone, which happened to be on Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe. The two guys who helped install my new battery (I didnt catch full names, only got CJ and Mr. Hernandez) were so kind and helpful, even giving us some great tips for our two days in Santa Fe. They definitely helped turn a stressful experience into a positive one.

In checking a battery that I had, which turned out to be a dead one, Luis helped me in getting a new marine battery. He was very helpful in all that he did to make this a painless experience. I will continue to shop at AutoZone. The customer service I get at the two stores are great and I commend the employees at both. As a senior citizen, I rely on their expertise to help me in making my purchases.

Great Customer Service Every Time!

This store has outstanding support! I ordered a brake kit for my 1997 4runner, one of the calipers was received damaged. They immediately got another kit on order and replaced the caliper within days. I was helped throughout this process by 3 different employees, each one was very nice.

Quickly got my filter. Got home to discover it was the wrong one, so another trip across town to fix their mistake. Never happened at OReillys; get it right the first time.

Slow... but they did have what I was looking fir (D.E.F.).

They were very fast and helpful. Installed by battery in no time.

Asked them to charge a battery for me and was given a receipt. Went back to pick up the battery and there was no knowledge of my receipt in there system. When I showed them the receipt it read the name Jon Paul M******** and my $150 battery was gone. They said you only have 24 hours to pick up a courtesy charge. Yet that is not stated anywhere when I dropped it off and was never told that. I felt like they stoled a battery that was mine and it seemed to be premeditated because they never asked me for a name. Just gave me a receipt. I called to complain about it and the person who answered the phone told me that the core was only worth $18. I honestly feel cheated and will never go there again. What a sham, these guys used to be good to do business with. I do not recommend for anyone to take there battery there, and if you do, make sure your receipt has your name on it and do not leave it there for over 24 hours. I would really like to speak with a manager or regional manager about this situation.

My son got his first car. We went here to buy cleaning supplies to spruce it up.Service was excellent and we will return for other things that is needed as they come along.

*Terrible service, poor products, misinformation.*I went to this location to pick up a windshield repair kit, a headlight restoration kit, and to see if I could get my CA smog test done in New Mexico.When I walked in there were no employees in sight except for one behind a commercial customer desk who was on the phone, refused to make eye contact and acted as though I wasnt there -- after I had walked up and down the aisles several times, back and forth in front of the main counter AND to and from his desk. Zero response.When an employee finally appeared, he recommended a windshield repair kit (the only one available in the store). I purchased it, went home and found that it gets a 1.1-1.3 star review on all reviewing websites. Most reviews said this kit FURTHER broke their windshield instead of repairing it. The AutoZone employee had advised me that this was a great kit by a reputable dealer (3M).I asked the employee if he recommended a smog test place in town and he said the only place I could get tested was ABQ. He insisted that CA was required to take my smog test from any smog center even if it was out of state. I went to ABQ, got my vehicle smogged, came home to submit the test and found that tests are ONLY accepted if they are performed in the state of CA. If employees dont know what theyre talking about, they should just admit it instead of providing expensive misinformation to customers.

Are you tired of quick and easy checkouts like at most stores? Are you someone that loves to strike up a conversation for about 20 minutes with a cashier while there are 20 people in line behind you? Well this is the place for you! Their cashiers are just as chatty! And dont have the balls to tell someone like you to shut up and let them take care of the line. Come on by and hold one of their cashiers conversationally hostage, and help guarantee the 20 minute checkout time that this place apparently strives to uphold.

These guys were so helpful. My car started acting up on a Saturday at 2pm after a week long road trip and I was trying to get back to Denver that day. Dominic helped me by doing a diagnostic on my car and doing everything in his power to help me. When we found out it was a transmission issue he wrote down all the local shops that could help me with their phone numbers and addresses and gave me great advice even though I was crying and stressing out and looked crazy. That guy deserves a raise for his customer service skills and knowledge. Thank you for your help!!

The words honesty and auto repair seldom are found together. However, the Santa Fe Brake people are honest and trustworthy. My auto dealership told me I needed new rear brakes. I took the car to Santa Fe Brake, who examined the brakes and told me to come back in about a year! You can trust them!

My battery finally gave up. I got a new one, didnt have tools with me, but no worries, they installed it for free.

No customer service what so ever stood in line after some other customers paying only to have the person say to co workers Im stepping out. No acknowledgement to me standing in line to pay. Waiting five minutes at register no one else acknowledged me either...dropped what I was going to buy and left..

I asked the short guy a simple request to connect my battery for recharging, i csme 3 hours later when he said it would take an hour and a half and my battery was still sitting on the counter where I left it never recharged it totally ruined my job and delayed my clientele and no customers were in the store it wasnt busy at all

Always good.But this time the motor oil hadnt been stalked and I was forces to pay 7 dollers for a quart.

I had to return an unused relay and they were a little rude. They questioned me about whether it was used, which it wasnt, and finally gave me the refund I wanted. I expected better customer service, especially for a part that cost a whopping (sarcasm) $25.

AutoZone has inexpensive parts and a very knowledgeable workforce when it comes to trying to figure out what your vehicle needs.

Auto zone is a great place but this one is located closer to downtown and is very crowded. I waited10 minutes at the register to pay for a quart of oil. The Auto Zone on airport road has the same stuff and has less traffic.

Took a batteries to get charged. The gentalmen was very nice

The staff at this location gave me great service, when I bought a new battery and they put the new battery into my car for me at no extra charge. Friendly and positive service all around, I will continue to shop here for sure!
