I went to replace a string after I seriously failed at doing it myself. The owner tried to make what I had work but after a while did end of replacing it right there. He was only going to charge me for the string but I wanted to buy a set of new strings just to support. However, my card declined. SMDH. So he basically replaced it for free. Going back to get some pedals, this time with money

Maybe the best thing about PureTone is owner/guitarist Rick Yancey, whos one of the most knowledgeable (and nicest) guys in the business - highly recommended!

A small shop in the shopping plaza. If youre not careful you could drive right past it. But they have quality guitars for just about any budget. Very competitive prices and they offer military discount. Most importantly the guy who helped me is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Zero intimidatation factor....Willing to take the time to educate and answer all of my questions. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

I really enjoyed visiting Puretone Guitars today! They have so many neat guitars, both acoustic and electric. I even spied a banjo AND a ukelele! The whisper room is PERFECT for people like me who know in our hearts we play like Santana, but others havent quite caught on to our style yet. Add to that the accessories and expert shop owners like Rick and Jo ... wow ... this is definitely the place to find your first ... or next ... guitar.

When was the last time you really had a five star review to leave? A sincere one. How many times in your adult life have you even left one? Me? This is the third.The problem with 5 star reviews is: once identified as 5 star worthy, youd rather keep the organization a secret and hoard all the good stuff for yourself! However: I cannot say enough about the quality of the product I received, the attention to detail, and the customer service (pre and post sale) that I was accorded by Puretone and its front man, Rick. You can imagine shipping a musical instrument half way across the States is akin to putting a small child in an airplane by his/herself - and hoping he/she arrives safely.My new family member from Puretone - all 5 strings of her - arrived in safely - in mint condition - wholly oblivious to any exterior, environmental challenges it might have encountered.So the cats outta the bag - Puretone is excellent.
