When I was looking for a new home, everyone turned me away but when I came here they worked with me and helped me out so much. Sheena, shes amazing. Always going above and beyond to make sure things are good to go. She stays on top of everything and gets things moving along asap. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a forever home!

I can not explain how upset I am WITH THIS DEALER !! They will not refund me my deposit. I was told It was refundable if we decided not to purchase the home. It has been SINCE December 09, 2020 and they still wont refund the money!!!PLEASE BE AWARE ! The first thing they told me was I was in good hands... ahh NOOOOOOO

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE THIEVES !!!At first they tell you about all these inccentives like a deck and the side skirts, but when you are going to sign the contract they play dumb and will tell you they dont do any of those things . I have been waiting on my $500 that I gave down for 3 months to get refunded .I delt with Art or Arthur and every time he tells me that its on its way from Austin . Its all bs !!

After visiting a few locations, I knew this was the place Id be continuing my daughters home buying experience with. Not only were the sales staff extremely knowledgeable but their inventory was amazing for the price. When other dealerships turned away my daughters business because of her credit, Dream Homes offered us an alternative avenue to explore. They worked diligently with us for OVER 6 MONTHS to come up with the down payment and never hassled us once. I am over the moon with my excitement as we will finally have a place to unite our little family for Easter this year. you all are amazing.

My 4 bedroom double wide just hit my property last week and shes beautiful. Whole process took about three weeks from start to finish. good job guys and might I say that this view is just perfect. the wife and kids love our 10 acres

This was the first on my list of places to search for a home as I see it everyday driving to work. I was greeted right away by the women in the office and was helped by Danny. He was such a sweet and informative man. I didnt feel pressured by him in making any decisions, as I had told him that we had just wanted to look. I plan on coming back to work with them.

Do not give this people money unless you are garanteed a house if you end up asking for your money back they will tell you 15 days and then just drop of the face of the planet wont return calls and never at the office when it should be open

I give the deposit On March and we decided to dont buy it. Because off the virus. Since then I call to get my money back and I dont have anything yet.

I was recommened here by a friend, and I would have to say my overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rene Hernandez went above and beyond to help with my questions and concerns regarding my home purchase and financial needs. I would highly recommend him and Dream Homes to anyone who is in the market for a new home.

I went in about 2 weeks ago only wanting information and wasnt too sure on what I wanted I wanted to do. I only went in to get information for my daughter who is looking for a mobile home. Turns out my sales guy was so helpful and informative, I ended up purchasing a home for my daughter and grandson. We are currently in the process of closing on the home and we couldnt be happier!!!

This place is ridiculous! Again, RIDICULOUS! We have been trying since mid June to get into a mobile home. It is now September and we have been waiting for 3 1/2 weeks to get our refund. We were told we weren’t approved but with a larger down payment we could be. Gave the larger down payment, we were approved only to be denied again a week later??? What is really going on! Then we get a call saying “we found a way to get your loan approved ...” 🤔🤔🤔 like no thank you! I don’t even want to hear it! Not to mention that the sales rep Maria who we were dealing with quit! She was a “no call no show and stopped answering phone calls” as per Cesar’s words. 🤔3 months later and we are calling and having to go there on our lunch breaks every day only to keep getting told something different every time! We just want our money back and they are making it so difficult for us! When something is meant for you doors will be opened, God makes a way, and when it’s not those doors will be shut! Gods will be done! Just please refund us our large down payment! That’s all we want! They’re so quick to take your money but they’re taking forever to return us our refund!

DONT WALK AWAY!!! RUN AWAY!!!! THEY HAVE LOTS OF PROMISES AND CANT EVEN CONTACT MAIN OFFICE! EMPLOYEES NEVER RETURN CALLS OR MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

Do not buy from them, a bunch of scam artists.

They will take your money and wont give it back and prentend that they dont know whats going on..

Dream home its a very bad place to go to I wouldnt recommend it for anybody the owner likes to play mind games and if you give something down and something goes wrong they make you wait 15 days but hell make you wait longer because he likes playing that mind games with poor people that doesnt have good credit or Fair Credit he does not want to give you your down payment money back to you and I think that was rude

Prices are ridiculous and we were actually told that because of the hurricanes that we would not find a home for the price range we were looking for!!! Taking advantage of people who were affected by the hurricanes...SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!
