One of the most unprofessional companies we have worked with. This company was recommended to us by our contractor, First Rate Construction. During our first visit with them we selected a few slabs of quart that we were told would be held for our project. By the time the countertop was ready to be installed the company had sold the slabs and the sales person, Natalie, said she didn’t know anything about holding slabs for us, just that she had written down the name of the style on a piece of paper. We had to go back and re-select a few new slabs that were thankfully in stock and matched our already created design. When it came time to install they gave us 15 minute windows to let us know they were coming. If no one was home they would leave or just not show that day if you weren’t there exactly when they needed you to be. They would not call the day before to schedule a time for install or service. There were some issues with the install that needed to be remedied. The installers that came were incredibly rude, unprofessional and in more of a hurry to leave than make sure the job was done right. Upon there initial visit they complained that the cabinets were not placed level and had a difficult time leveling the countertops. They were swearing about me in Spanish and seemed annoyed that I asked them to come back to adjust something that wasn’t level and not clean or polished when placed. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs.

Took 2weeks to get them to take measurements and had to call and remind them to send me my estimate now we will see how long that takes might get countertops before the new year.

We had a good experience with Timeless Visions. Alex took the measurements of our countertops one week, we then went in to choose our quartz style/color. They were patient with me as I went back and forth trying to decide on quartz or granite. It took me about about a week to decide on the quartz. On July 1st we ordered the countertops and paid the first installment. They estimated that they would be able to install in two weeks. They estimated correctly as they were installed July 14th. I was told they would be there that Wednesday and they were. The team that installed them was efficient and courteous. The installment went smoothly. I would work with them again.

Avoid this company at all costs! In 2019, they delivered the WRONG granite but it was not discovered until my kitchen was torn up and they brought the first piece inside. We chalked up the mistake to a new receptionists coding error on the slab we chose because it didnt have a name sticker on it. She assured us she correctly written the name on our order but when I showed a picture of the granite we chose, the installer realized instantly it had been written on the order form incorrectly. We opted to keep it because we needed a functional kitchen and would be hosting 24 family members for Thanksgiving. Ugh.Fast forward to 2021 and our kids bought a mobile home and wanted new countertops. They went with Timeless Visions because they are so much cheaper than others in the area. Their kitchen has been torn up almost 3 months now with multiple excuses and they STILL dont have their counterparts installed. Every time our son calls to speak with the owner, Alex, he gets a different excuse as to the situation. They cannot move into their new home without a working kitchen! The sink cannot be installed without the counters. Alex swore theyd be out to finish the install this past Monday, but instead, the installers removed 2 countertop pieces to fix them. We were told by them that theyd return the following day. Nope, here we are, YET AGAIN, with no counters and no delivery scheduled! This company expects to give you a call when theyre in route and you just have to drop everything to be available. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Counters ordered on March 30. First installation April 14th, but measurements were incorrect so they couldnt be fully installed. They have been back out with multiple crews on multiple dates and yet we STILL DO NOT HAVE COUNTERTOPS (nor a functional kitchen) at the time of this post, June 9, 2021.

I was extreme happy with the service and product. The workers on time, worked efficiently, answered my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. I got a great price on quartz and am very happy with the quality and the look.
