Worked with Eddie the manager to get 2 windows in our house replaced. Both had lost the seal and turned white and fogged up. Eddie came out and inspected the windows did all the measurements (oh and showed up on time as promised). We ordered the replacements that were priced very fair and accurate (one was a tempered glass in a stairwell and the other a bedroom). Both arrived within a week and they were back out to install again on time as promised the day of the install. Both windows were done in less than 2 hours. After the install Eddie took it upon himself to point out a small issue with 1 window that was a manufacturing defect he found. Most people would have just left it and walked away. Eddie immediately contacted the manufacturer and offered to replace it again at no cost. Glass Guru and Eddie were absolutely nothing but professional in every way. Our windows look great and we couldn’t be happier with their services. If your in need of glass replacement or have a fogged window. Call them for a estimate you won’t be disappointed. They did a great job. Replaced the 2 front door windows on my home. Price was reasonable

Had an appointment to take down a large mirror ( cut into three pieces and remove for 9:00 AM. At 9:300 called them to find out one of their employees called in sick and they could not do it today. I understand people get sick but they could have called me to tell everyone the job needed to be rescheduled. They said the remaining technician could not do the job by himself and was on another job. I wonder how the sick technician would be able to do it by himself since the other one was on a job today. Now I have to reschedule another contractor if possible and hopefully he doesn’t charge me. Also need to reschedule my week in hopes the sick person comes back to work this week, no guarantees that the job will get done this week. This is not the way to do business. Very frustrated with this!
